Nice room. For someone who loves stay at guest house, this is not bad. But as you know, Bandung is too cold. And the hot water is not working for my room. I don't know. At noon, the hot water is working, but at dawn (since my train is in early morning) isn't working at all. Besides the hot water, I recommend this guest house

1st floor is for Guest house and 2nd also 3rd are for kost. Very nice place, located near ITB it self and some restaurants also cafe around it

Location is in a small road in the centre of Bandung near the town square park. A few minutes walk from Braga, Lengkong Kecil Street Food Market, Asia Afrika Building and Grand Yogya Mall. The atmosphere is quite good. Our room is clean enough but room facilities need more attention especially the bed sheets, airconditioning, and tv. No toiletries and tissues are provided. Parking is very limited...

I had a great stay here. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, with plenty of clean towels and toiletries provided. The shower had good water pressure and temperature control, which is always a plus.

I stayed here for several days. It's a nice accomodations. Clean and comfortable. The WiFi could get an improvement.

Nice place to enjoy Bandung from the height. Quite good for family or group staying. Swimming pool available, the service also quite good. The shortcomings are the road access (quite narrow) and the car park.

In terms of cleanliness, especially the bathroom, it's really lacking, there's an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, the bed sheets are also dirty and not clean, and the floor is also not very clean, there are lots of stains.

simple, functional, and adequate room size. no pools, no playground, limited seat for breakfast, very limited parking space (you might be required to leave the car keys to the management)

If you look for a hotel room in Bandung which is located around Terusan Pasir Koja street which price rate is about below 500.000, you can choose this one. The room is standard but it's fine. However, equal to the price, dont expect too high with the food. I'm not saying that their food is bad, but they don't serve many menu.

For strategic location near Kartika Sari, TV facilities are off

It suppose to be a decent choice for a budget level hotel near pasteur gateway entrance, even if the hot water took slower time to appear (in 310 room it took about 7 minutes to get warmer). Foods are serving directly to room. Wall between rooms seems thinner than other budget hotel since I can hear voice from room 309 (somehow it's kinda a girl moaning). Unfortunately I didnt take any picture in this...

The hotel was quiet unexpensive with the facilities and friendly host. The room was clean and neat. You will find a dispenser outside the coridor. The elevator was great. Recommend for you who has minimum budget to spend the night here.

Average, may be price should be around 200-250k because location is secluded, location in the city but inside housing area, hard to find food and at the night time very dark in the area because thers no strret lights.

It was a great guesthouse considering what we paid. The ac was freezing cold, water heater worked perfectly, and wifi reached most rooms! The service was also superb. The staffs went above and beyond. When we reached the guest house in the morning they told us the rooms were not ready yet and will be ready during check in time. The only good thing about this hotel is the service from the staff. The rest is really bad 🙃🙃🙃 The sink was clogged, the toilet didn't flush, the toiletries were terrible, even the tissues provided were leftovers from previous customers. I only took a few and they were gone. Not going to come back.

The window couldn't be closed tightly at all. The family room was located near the highway. At night from 9 to 3 o'clock, the sound of the motorbike parade was too loud, in the end I couldn't sleep for a whole night.

From here to lembang is actually not that far, but again the heavy traffic must be puted into consideration. It is a small nice resort. Very easy to access from any angel you come to the Bandung city. It is in the midle of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.

Rooms are not spacious. Not bad if just transit. Low prices, friendly service. No food can be ordered inside the hotel.
