Stayed for a couple of days mid week. Hammudi was incredible in his service from unassumingly giving us a room upgrade to the sweet gesture of the congratulatory happy birthday poster and gift. Though the hotel looks tired from the outside, everything within was amazing. Highly recommend.

Great location to stay with a nice view . The hotel is okay not so spacious in a double room . Buffet breakfast and the St Peter's fish was good for dinner . The corridor has a nice view and there is a swimming pool where you can use it .

Our Holy Land tour group stayed at the Royal Plaza Tiberias during March 2023. We were give a very good welcome to the hotel. The staff were dynamitic an were very helpful especially the manager. I would recommend the hotel if you are staying in Tiberias. It is however 20 minutes from the centre of the town. The food and accommodation were excellent and the staff service were very helpful. My spouse and I are doing an EO tour of Israel and Jordan. When we arrived at the Royal, we were so impressed! Great view of the Sea of Galilee, in room hot tub, tasty fruit tray. The view off of the lounge is amazing. But, there were a few issues. We’re in room 910, and there is a distinct sewer smell in the room. The fitness room and pool are closed, and the staff seemed annoyed to even be asked...

The hotel has stunning setting on the kineret and an amazing pool which was lovely to sit around. All of the staff were lovely and the breakfast was good, but by the usual high standards in Israel it could have been better. Hotel has great location and offers beautiful views of the Sea of Galilee and decent buffet style meals. Like others have stated, the dining staff was not that pleasant...seemed put off when asked to assist.

I was being generous in my rating. Location is a 5, pool is a 5 however, service is a 1. Everyone is in a bad mood except the mechanic/maintenance man. He can to the room to check on something and was pleasant. The staff needs a workshop on his to smile. Other recommendation is replace the carpet throughout the property. Old, dirty and gross. The outside looks okay but the room is quite old. There is nothing to shout about on the food selection as it is standard buffet style for dinner and breakfast. The only issue is there are no laundry services and swimming pool close at 7pm. Wifi coverage is fair as there are blind spots in the room. Nearby surroundings are quite quiet and there is nothing much to explore.

Nothing fancy here. Just a clean room, a good breakfast, a helpful staff, a fairly good bar, and convenient to the bus lines. (Warning: The bus service in Tiberias is not too reliable, but that is not the hotel's fault.) I enjoyed my stay.

We spent our anniversary at U Boutique Kinneret by the Sea of Galilee and it was truly an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived. we had the most beautiful stay... the atmospher is wonderfull.... rooms are very clean .... service was exellent every body in the management were extra nice in every way... the food breakfeast was delicious.... we eat only kosher and found the masghiach on premises and he was really accomidating ... who ever is looking for a relaxed wonderful expirence should only come to this place

Great location and view of the sea of galilee. lots of dining options along the boardwalk. Recommend the Hermitage a Lebanese restaurant with good food and ambiance. I would have given five stars across the board, but there was some confusion about breakfast. Which has to be ordered the evening before and was not included in the price. Overall a great place to stay.

The location was good. The room we had was large, suite like with a jacuzzi with a gorgeous view of the Kinneret Sea. Breakfast was included and was ok. The bathroom is TINY, the size of a small closet with a small shower. Only one person could fit. Towels were very small and hard feeling. BEWARE, there is NO parking at the hotel.
