Our experience was really bad because of the terrible smell in the hallways, on the way from the elevator to the room. The smell was strong, it made us really nauseous. It's a shame because the room was lovely, but the smell was so strong that we won't recommend the hotel to friends and we won't be staying there again. It's a shame. It ruined our vacation.

I stayed two nights with my wife for the marathon event. The hotel was fine not far from the race The service is fair and the staff are friendly. Our room floor was a bit sticky but the bathroom was clean enough. We missed breakfast due to the race but on the second day (whichis shabbat) the selection of foos is basic and adequate. No fresh pastries bread and espresso on Saturday. All in all we got...

The food, kitchen staff is awesome! They have a private space for prayer and everyone is respectful. It's a place you can be yourself and others respect your choices.

We spent a few days here as part of our tour. We loved the location and the accessibility to the Sea of Galilee, we would walk out to the lookout point every night and enjoy conversations with our friends. The staff were very kind and helpful. Nice entertainment and shows for the kids. The pool was pleasant with unlimited drinks and ice cream — a great touch! The hotel is a bit old, but the atmosphere is friendly. The food isn’t the best, but it’s decent for the price.

the hotel is exelent but most of the people coming to this hotel are famelies with alot of childrens so its so noisy that you will prefer to be in a tent.

Was only there for one night two days but it was very enjoyable for my family. There are water slides, all meals were included was just very pleasant experience.

It's a beautiful Hotel with really nice staff. We loved being here. The food is also delicious. The rooms are comfortable and for me it was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool is my personal highlight, because it was so nice to swim like almost everyday. I would love to come here again for another time! :)

We came with a pilgrimage group and stayed 3 nights. Lovely place, super friendly staff, clean and modern. The rooms facing the sea have the best views but unfortunately alsi the noise from the building work taking place outside. The swimming pool opens on May1st.

Average hotel. Only one electric outlet in the room for charging phones. Wood floor was clean . Has a bath tub but no water stopper. Breakfast and dinner buffet are average.

We just came back from a great weekend at the hotel, the owners are a lovely family that keeps everything clean and organized . It was an absolutely highlight to our trip to Israel. Wonderful accommodations and attending and lovely staff. The pool was the best part for my 8 year old child. Don't let me start on the food - we received free breakfast and lunch and it was excellent. Lots of great options. Very friendly staff, received lots of extras, just spontaneously. An extra, free, lunch, chocolates and fruits in the room, soft drinks with our supper, and even cold water for our trip back home. Indoor and outdoor pool, spa with experienced staff, only the jacuzzi was missing.

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with carpark. I checked in on a Saturday which was Shabbat and was upgraded on Sunday to a larger room. They offered me a free fruit platter. Good value for money. The breakfast is basic but not bad.

This hotel is waaaaay better then i expected. The Staff r veeeeeeery friendly & gave me the only room on the 1st floor with a big porch. The King Solomon did the job for our four day visit to Tiberias. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel has seen better days. A good deal for the price we paid.

Clean the mould in the showers If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. Good quality room. They upgraded us (free of charge) to a deluxe room. Good sized bathroom. A coffee/fridge area separate from a long table-desk area. Good night's sleep - comfy beds. The most amazing breakfast experience. Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel did not pick up the phone after booking when I had questions. The beds and the room itself were really small. And the hotel has a set temperature for all rooms you can’t change it for your comfortable temperature, I had to sleep with an open window and hear street noise all night.

The communal areas were great, and the food was AMAZING. The rooms were clean, but could do with a lick of paint or some DIY. The pool area was nice, but above the busy road into Tiberias.

The staff is very kind and helpful, though the property has known better days. The hotel is not at walking distance from the lake or downtown Tiberias, in the middle of a residential area.

One night visit. The nice personal on reception. The hotel need renovation for example I got a room with broken floor near bathroom. Also was very noisy neighbors. I got the room without breakfast. In total:" for one night it's ok. Little bite far from the lake.".

Simple hotel with all amenities needed to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and well displayed. Beautiful location to reach nearby sites and access to fabulous bora bora beach. If you wish to enjoy the Sea of Galilee waters, plan to have water shoes and bring your own beach amenities and food and beer to enjoy the lovely waters.

Nice comfortable, clean room, if a bit small. Toilet/shower room small and very basic. Flooring to one room was peeling up. Generally, the decor is old and tired. It would help if the hotel had a city map available that highlighted local tourist sites- we were told just to use Google when we asked. Staff polite and friendly.

Very basic hotel, the noise from the corridor got into the room since the door was far from sound proof. The fire alarm was triggered 6 times in our short stay and woke us up in the middle of the night.

The building was not very secure-anyone could walk up the stairs from outside and there was work being done on an adjoining building so it was a little noisy one morning. Reasonably priced. Bed was very comfortable. The room was not clean, and is somewhat small (enough in my taste, but should be taken into account). Bathroom lacks some basics like a hook or something where to hold a towel. Location is great. Easy to find nearby parking (at least during the weekend). Rooms had a TV (with Yes) and a refrigerator.

I took my 3 kids there (13,11,7) while my wife was away, and we had an amazing time. I have nothing but good things to say - every aspect of the hotel and water park were perfect. The hotel have big problem treating disabled parking. The hotel prefer the privileged!! causing the disabled park far away (in my case I had to walk 200 meters in 40 degrees c). It is especially disappointing because the room and the food is quite OK.

The immediate area and volunteer guides were excellent. I really enjoyed being close to the beach and sitting by the water. The chapel is outstanding for a place to pray and meditate. I can't give my opinion about the rooms because I just went there for dinner. However, I can tell that Uny's attention at the reception was excelent. At the restaurant, the attention was great too and the food very delicious with plenty of options to choose from. It is worthy to make your own opinion yourself.

It's hassle free boutique hotel. The Hotel staff did their best to provide with superior experience. The hotel exterior amazing and unique. The interior outdated and furniture in the rooms required renovation. The veiw from supperior rooms(5th floor) is amazing and worth the additional cost. As a couple, we spend a day in this Hotel and specially in the Spa , we had the chance to use all the facilities there, its a very nice place , the breakfast was good and tasty , The staff is very friendly, accept the guy that works as a lifeguard at the pool , he was impolite to me , the way he talks to the guests there , as he asked the to collect their towels, i hope this will be treated.
