This is a decent hotel, the staffs are friendly, the rooms and dining place are average. I like the grand piano! The view is really great from the hotel overlooking the lake! The buffet spread for dinner was interesting, always having fish, chicken and beef. The breakfast spread - liked the pastries and the cakes! If you’re visiting places in the north, this is definitely a place to do a couple of nights 😉

The hotel has stunning setting on the kineret and an amazing pool which was lovely to sit around. All of the staff were lovely and the breakfast was good, but by the usual high standards in Israel it could have been better. I would rate the hotel a 3/5 but the holiday itself definitely brings up the rating . The only thing I would say is that the rooms did not so much like the pictures, but they were nice even still. The hotel is in a fabulous location and we were able to access Aqua Kef and two amazing, authentic Israeli restaurants nearby.

Hotel has great location and offers beautiful views of the Sea of Galilee and decent buffet style meals. Like others have stated, the dining staff was not that pleasant...seemed put off when asked to assist.

I was being generous in my rating. Location is a 5, pool is a 5 however, service is a 1. Everyone is in a bad mood except the mechanic/maintenance man. He can to the room to check on something and was pleasant. The staff needs a workshop on his to smile. Other recommendation is replace the carpet throughout the property. Old, dirty and gross. The breakfast buffet provides a large selection but no fresh fruit. In a country that supplies Europe and Africa with fresh fruit they served canned fruit. Not a banana, apple, orange? And, no dates? So disappointed. Place need refreshing!

The outside looks okay but the room is quite old. There is nothing to shout about on the food selection as it is standard buffet style for dinner and breakfast. The only issue is there are no laundry services and swimming pool close at 7pm. Wifi coverage is fair as there are blind spots in the room. Nearby surroundings are quite quiet and there is nothing much to explore.

This is the worst hotel i experienced in Israel, by far. The pictures are outdated, the service terrible, and the price is completely disproportionate to the product ($250 a night). Someone entered my room TWICE without knocking, warning, reason, explanation. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Additional comments: Zero offers of guidance at check-in on the facilities or the town and its activities; nobody at the door; attendants at pool hanging out and never approached you ad you entered pool area. AVOID

Nothing fancy here. Just a clean room, a good breakfast, a helpful staff, a fairly good bar, and convenient to the bus lines. (Warning: The bus service in Tiberias is not too reliable, but that is not the hotel's fault.) I enjoyed my stay.

It's a quiet and nice boutique hotel. Not fancy. Offer good service. The staff were mostly welcoming but not all. They are not used to the local demanding clientele and some were a bit impatient for requests. The food is basic in Israeli standards but very good. In international standards it is top notch. We had good time staying there and will consider coming again

The best thing about this hotel is the view of the lake. Spectacular. Upon a high Ridge overlooking the sea of Galilee. The neighborhood is interesting because I’m a geographer I like to see different places… Although I can see why some tourists would not particularly like it. The second best thing about this hotel is the breakfast… It is really amazing… Definitely the bean sprouts and the yogurt is fabulous - and the coffee. The third best thing is the swimming pool… It is very clean and wonderful and it is big enough where a person can even swim laps. The rooms and hallways though were average… They are in some severe need of being updated.
