This hotel is over priced , my stay was $800 per night and it should not have been more then , $

Great staff - delicious food. Room was very clean and the view was excellent.

We had the best holiday. Highly recommend. We look forward to going there again soon.

A nice hotel when it is not overcrowded A nice hotel with a nice setting but in the last week of August it is overcrowded. This is noticeable a breakfast and poolside. Some families with little ones don't clean up the messes they leave on the floor!!! As table cleaners are not responsible for cleaning floor this was a hazard waiting to happen. Stay in Netanya at the Leonardo Room was clean throughout our stay. Nothing too much for staff at hotel. Dealt with all our requests extra towels, extra chair etc all with a smile and polite

Looking over the ‘town square’ was enjoyable to watch all the activity. If you are a very light sleeper the evening revelry might be a bit loud at times.

Ok but not great. The hotel is somewhat rundown. The pool area is small and not particularly nice. The rooms are ok. The biggest disappointment is for sure the beach. The beach is a far walk from the hotel, and then you need to go down a big elevator to reach it. Then you need to find a person to help get you seats, etc. my kids did not even want to go back to the beach the 2nd day. I found it...

Breakfast selection was a bit limited. Decent room. Average cleanliness. Hotel a bit dated, furniture needs updating, especially the mattresses.

Services, imperfect and disappointed overall

We stayed twice at the David Tower in 2025 and enjoyed it very much. It is adults only so ideal for couples looking for a quiet break. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean (no wall to wall carpets) and the (small) indoor pool and spa facilities are lovely. Great hotel for couples. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent kosher breakfast. Comforable, large rooms with balcony, good quality bedding and towels. The pool is small but it wasn’t busy and the rest of the spa facilities are top notch. For shomer shabbat guests the hotel provides candle lighting, shabbat keys, hot water urn plus teas/coffee.

The room was very comfortable and pretty clean but the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The staff were quite surly and the receptionist in the Spa was particularly unhelpful when I was trying to book a facial.

Large room with seaside patio, bathroom with tub and kitchenette. Short walk to beach elevator/stairs and city center. Terrific responsive staff. Incredible value. Stayed 3 weeks. Thank you!

Beautiful room views ,the rooms are a bit dated and need a little TLC wih more kitchen equiment.

Good situation and good views to Mediterranean. Rooms are ok. Nothing special but everything what you needed. Sometimes places seems little dirty but you can handle it. Overall we got good memories from these hotel and especially Netanya Heikki from Finland

It is not a five star. Not in price nor in fancy. But it is SPOTLESS. ALWAYS AND EVERYWHERE. The food is plentiful and fresh and the staff and super attentive. This is a great great place for location service and price. Super recommended.

I booked this hotel the night before for one night. It's a budget hotel on the beach. Don't expect anything fancy. The receptionist was very nice to me and changed my room because the TV was broken. The room was clean and the hotel staff were very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. A very welcoming place and I felt really comfortable here. I enjoyed the food and there is plenty of choice.

Very small rooms but some do have a balcony (if the doors aren't jammed). Otherwise quite nice and good amenities for very short stays.

Excellent stay. The hotel is ideally located just across the street from the beach, just around the corner from the center of town, food, fun and transport. The staff are pleasant and co-operative at both the front end and dining hall. The array of first quality breakfast and dinner matched what I've had in 5 star places that charge double (and more) for a stay. Maybe some of the decor is a bit dated...

My friend and I went for dinner. We were staying at another hotel and fancied a change for dinner. The meal, buffet style, was excellent.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Average quality buffets. Great location to Mediterranean Sea. Older building in need of updating, very dated.

My wife and I were looking for a nice little pesach vacation. The drive from Jerusalem was about an hour and a half. The hotel is centrally located with the beach and other attractions nearby. The rooms provide a beautiful view of the beach however it was old and musky but the service was very pleasant. The food was decent and plentiful. All in all it was a good choice.

Plus points: - Best view of the sea from the balcony. - Good room finish, with lots of storage space - nice upholstery - dinner was OK. - free Wi-Fi Minus points: - room is extremely small - the room AC is centralised. Hence can't adjust the temperature as per our wish. - the bed was too cushiony (soft), might get back pain after the sleep. - bathroom tiles slopping is not properly done. Water stagnates...

The bed had no comforter and there were Roches on the countertop in the kitchen.

The bed was horrible, it falls to both sides. It is very small for a couple. The place is dated and very dated

It's an older high rise that has not been updated for many years. The room is very basic -- not unclean, but certainly not "refreshed." That said, the location is lovely -- overlooking the Netanya beach. 20 minute walk to the South Netanya Ashkenazi Congregation. Grocery store conveniently located on the ground level of the complex.

They have fantastic take out every Friday for Shabbat, GREAT FOOD

The room needs remodeling and there was a mix-up on the floor we were supposed to get. The young man who accepted us was very nice and helpful. The view of the sea was breathtaking, and was well worth the mix-up.

The suites are super basic but clean and good for a fam like ours looking for a place to stay on the beach in a place that will fit all our kids. We have 5 kids under age 11 and here we were able to get a suite with 2 bedrooms and pullout couch bed for a decent price. Our experience was very positive. The person at the reception was not very warm or receiving, but the rest of the staff was quite friendly. It is nice to be greeted at a property by someone friendly. We hope to return!

Out time at Azimut Medi Terra in Natanya was beyond our expectations. We arrived at 3pm check in time and we were given our room immediateky. Amazing views however access to the beach is now closed so you have to walk about 2.5km to reach the beach. People with high sensitivity to smells should be careful as the hotel uses very strong perfume in all the common areas. Free parking. Breakfast is plentiful and very nice. The bed was broken. The pillow was uncomfortable at all and the pool was dirty.

We had a family event and we took 9 rooms, all rooms are with sea view, and are large & comfortable. Great service, every request was meat asap. Nice pool ! Great experience !

The hotel has a good location very close to the beach. Has a good view to the sea, but the hotel feels very old and outdated. There is an odd smell throuhout the building. Dinner was very basic on a weekday and it is best to eat outside. Breakfast is ok.

This is third time we have stayed at the property. It is in poor repair. Things work but the aesthetics are terrible. The lobby is unpleasant, the number was missing from the room door, the bathroom sink was cracked, etc. But the suite was comfortable and clean.

I booked the best room that I saw in hotel. Com But I’ve got very disappointed the shower was so small that I couldn’t clean myself comfortably. Plenty of space lot of noises the air conditioners was louder. And so on.

Very noisy in the next room, a person was on the phone until midnight/30, we had to call reception to stop it, it was impossible to sleep

More of a boarding house than a hotel. Sufficient facilities for a night or 2 stay, very close to the beach so perfect as a place to rest between morning and afternoon dips. Breakfast is very modest. Rooms are simple and clean. All facilities worked well. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Overall, a good value for the buck.
