This is a horrible hotel if you can even call it a hotel They claim they have free parking in the hotel.... but to enter there they ask you to honk with the car so they can open the gate. When you honk for 10 minutes and nothing happens, they say: "In that case, just call us". The problem is that no one answers when you call. So then I go to the lobby and no one is there. Every day same story. I wasted every day 20-30 minutes to enter the hotel and sometimes for several times. A hotel that respects itself would never allow such behavior. If you have a car and you need a parking, my advice stay as far as you can from this hotel.

Our experience was very positive. The person at the reception was not very warm or receiving, but the rest of the staff was quite friendly. It is nice to be greeted at a property by someone friendly. We hope to return!

I have never had such rude staff experience in any hotel. Our breakfast was almost non-existent; the staff claimed they didn't owe us anything specific for breakfast and then claimed the dining room was closed for renovations (which is was not, it was closed as they had few guests and wanted to save staff) without telling us this when we checked in. I complained that we should have been informed when we checked in and they said "we don't owe you explanations". There were no waiters for breakfast. To make matters worse, the breakfast in the lobby had very little food; we had to wait 20 minutes for spoons, for milk; the bread and buns were not fresh and only served once we asked for them twice; there was no hot food; there were no salads (except a vegetable salad which we also had to wait for); no fresh fruit; nothing to put on bread (and we had to wait for them to bring it from the dining room). Disgraceful. After shouting, I finally got a voucher for the next day for a different hotel's breakfast. Our stay was horrible. Better to have told us WHEN WE CHECKED IN that there was no breakfast and no patio [apparently building the succa the one morning] and to have offered us a voucher IN ADVANCE for facilities at a different hotel.

Hotel location very good, close to beach. Nice spacious room with terrace, nice bathroom. Was clean when we arrived but subsequent days cleaning was mediocre. Just to say THERE IS NO SPA here- while it said on the website that there is one, so quire deceiving. Also I wanted to order a coffee in the bar and they said the bar is closed 'for the moment' - how long? nobody knows. To not be able to order a coffee in August while it's high season is quite dissapointing..

We needed a place close to a concert we went to Ceseray so we chose Netanya. Only needed a place for tonight but we were surprised all that big comfortable room and the beautiful Beach front view. We were so ended up having breakfast in the hotel and the stuff was super welcoming and friendly.
We didn't expect much but we can definitely recommend this place.
The location was perfect for us , it was quiet and peaceful and felt very safe.
