Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value.
Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep.
Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean.
Apartment was in a proper condition. It would be good if it had a closet though.
Also, for some reason (never explained) our room wasn’t made after the first night.
We stayed there for three nights.
However, there is a huge street outside which is very loud and also pretty dangerous for pedestrians (we saw cars running red lights at HIGH speeds multiple times). The neighborhood is very nice, however it is also apparently not super duper safe (AFAIK its not crime that should affect tourists, though).
It's within walking distance of the train station, german village, bahai gardens, all the important sights.
I enjoyed my stay there, but sleep was not great (because of the loud street).
