Excellent hotel, perfectly located. Free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. Lovely staff at top levels and a perfect breakfast. I am vegan and Alberto, the dining room manager immediately made sure I had plenty of options. He was particularly charming. Perfect hospitality!!!

This is my first business trip to Israel. I was introduced to a hotel by a colleague. The price is good, the food is delicious, and the room is very comfortable. I don’t feel nervous. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

The rooms are decent with a beautiful view but beware getting in and out of the tall bathtub. I understand they are undergoing renovation in the near future. Parking is available onsite though we parked every night on the street for free. We did not eat at the hotel but there is a coffee/tea station in the room. The hotel is located on the mount Carmel with wonderful view to Haifa port and the whole coast up to Rosh Hnikra.The Hotel is very welcoming already in the reception and up along the staff. Breakfast is wide and very tasty/ We enjoyed very much our 2 nights staying there!!!

You can’t beat the Dan experience no matter which location you visit, they’re a 5 star hotel for a reason. We had a room with a view of the bay which was spacious and comfortable. WiFi was good at all times. We had access to the business lounge. We stayed for three nights over the holiday weekend. Everything was perfect and what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was really great. The hotel is going through a renovation with a group of young very helpful staff, super fast wifi installed and all new furnishings inside what at first appears to be an old hotel. They got all the important things right - great showers, comfy new beds, they upgrade for free when they can. And a great location too.

The guest house is newly renovated, elegant and in a historic building. As it is a guesthouse, it is simply furnished but the bathrooms are nice and the beds comfortable. The location is between the railway station and the town centre which makes it ideal. There is no breakfast offered but there are many cafes nearby.

Recommended. This is a family owned hotel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. However, I paid extra for breakfast to discover when we got here they don't serve breakfast but give you a voucher to a restaurant nearby (too far in the pouring rain and not kosher). It is located two blocks from the main street in Haifa, it's a new hotel with comfortable beds, two terraces, breakfast, and nice staff. The pictures sometimes show an old hotel but that is just the reception, the hotel is brand new with state-of-the-art technology.

I needed a place to stay in Haifa for a couple of nights, and the Hotel Marom was great, and didn't break the bank. Marina and her team were kind, spoke great English, and were very accommodating. Located in the middle of the city on a hill, WAZE was able to get me there and back every time with ease.

Marom hotel is not a new hotel, but it's well maintained, and the service in the hotel is great. As a guest, I felt the extra mile done by the staff, and that the service was really good.
