Staff was extremely rude. Couldn’t get new towels over the stay. Housekeeping never came during my stay.

Check in with sparkling water and halva ＜3 (and small sunscreen pouches! I did forget to pack).

Secure entrance.

Comfy beds.

Well equipped kitchen.

The music in the corridor is cool and also provides much privacy.

Great location. Helpful staff. Wonderful shops all around especially the cafes and pastries shops and restaurants.
Many bus routs to assorted locations in the area, walking distance to many of Tel Aviv attractions. The room was clean when I got there. The in between cleaning could be better.
Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed a week in November. Overall it was OK, this is a good 2 star hotel, sensibly priced but with an unusual aspect as it it decorated with music related paraphernalia and has background music playing in common areas. Hotel street gate & room access is via a smart card, very handy and straightforward. Just minutes walk from Dizengoff Square, with the beach a little further but still within easy reach. Easy access to busses around Tel Aviv including the railway station for onwards travel. Lots of good coffee shops and other eateries within walking distance, the challenge was to decide which to visit! Also a rooftop terrace, lovely for sunbathing or just chilling any time of day or night. Bed was comfortable, room has a fridge, kettle & microwave, bathroom OK (note it has an opaque glass door). There is also air conditioning, a TV (which I didn't have time to use) free safe and free WiFi. Bit hit & miss to see the concierge, but there is a WhatsApp option.

If you expect cleanliness, service and quiet, do not come but even if you don't do not come. This place was actually awful. No staff around ever, reception was closed all day long. Check-in was atrocious; had to stay outside for half an hour in the blazing heat before anyone bothered showing up. There is cleaning only once every three days. Our bathroom smelled so terribly we couldn't sleep the first night until the room aired out. The elevator didn't work properly. Nowhere to leave our bags when we checked out. Stay away from this place at all costs. Super weird and just a bad overall experience. There are much better full-service hotels for the same price.

We had a family wedding in T.A. in the middle of the war, so my daughter and I took a chance and booked this hotel for a week. Vi got room no. 303. Spacious room with small kitchen, table and chairs, safety box, big closet, very good and big bed, amazing light system(usually hotel rooms are not illuminated good enough!), windows with a view to dizengof and Gordon streets, nice bathroom with a window, but with no hooks to hang the towels on(the usual problem in many hotels) and considering the location, quite place. Very nice rooftop with great view and sunbeds. Elevator, shelter when sirens and beautifully designed stairs and halls. Nice music all over the building at all time. Cozy😊. Reception in some hours in the day time. Otherwise you could always call them. Nice Cafe on the other side of the hotel/street, where you can get your breakfast(coupons from the hotel). We were very satisfied with the quality of the hotel.
