Nice view from the room. Food quality for dinner (I did not have breakfast there) was divine. and as much as you like. .

Hotel needs to be updated, but I would stay here again anytime. The staff are SUPER helpful and there is a great view from the room. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic.

Nice place. Amazing view. A short walk from the old city and the Azrieli center. The only thing that bothered me was bad maintenance - my air condition console was broken and a/c didn't work.

We been there for a business convention. The parking area was big enough, the hall used was ok and the support services were good (all around coffee, fruits and cakes). Lunch was a bit spicy but the quality was good. All in all we were able to concentrate on the business which is what we came for. The hotel also have a pool and an excellent access to the beach.

Went to the Hotel's spa for a breakfast and massage pacakge. Breakfast was made in the hotel's dining area which was very crowded and noisy. Selection was ok. Massage was fine, but the spa area needs more than a lick of paint.

Lovely stay in true B&B style. Owner Nzar is friendly and will always assist you with knowledge of the area. We had only minor issues with finding parking and always succeeded in the end. Akko is a great spot to discover northern part of Israel. Highly recommended!

Nzar is a perfect host that makes you feel like you are a family guest at his home. He very kindly let us use rooms in the morning, welcomed us with snacks and drove us to the gardens as well as to the train station. The rooms are in his old family home with lovely terrace overlooking the sea and the lighthouse. Wish we could stay longer!

Nzar is a generous nice guy who will tell you everything you need to know to enjoy Acre. His rooms are clean, cheerful, decently priced and you get to enjoy possibly the best seafront terrance in town ... and a piece of apple!

Stayed 3 nights in this 'boutique' hotel. Not sure the owner knows what the word means.. feels like office building. Located in the busiest junction in the area with lots of noise. This hotel is fantastic. I came down with covid during my stay and they took care of me by delivering a hearty breakfast every morning. This is our first home in Israel. We were warmly received. Very comfortable hotel and location. Right across the road is the beach and promenade. This made the most pleasant impression on us. It is located two blocks from the main street in Haifa, it's a new hotel with comfortable beds, two terraces, breakfast, and nice staff. The pictures sometimes show an old hotel but that is just the reception, the hotel is brand new with state-of-the-art technology.

The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and the food is tasty. Especially the view is nice, especially in the mornings and evenings :). And not far away from the hotel is also a beach, stores and bus / train lines. I can only recommend it despite the standard rooms are a bit small, it's totally enough.

This hotel is far from being 4 stars. The photos on the booking website do not reflect reality. The standard room is tiny, unattractive, and in serious need of renovation. The bathroom is terrible (as shown in the photos I posted in my review) its door doesn’t even close properly. The only two positive aspects are the location and the helpful, friendly receptionist.

Great mid price boutique hotel in the prime location, renovated, very helpful staff at front desk, and immediately next door to the best restaurant in Haifa - Fattoush. The Bay Hotel resides in a beautiful historical building, fully renovated in a style that matches its origins. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from restaurants and bars, 3 minutes walk from the Karmelit subway, with easy parking right on the street. Highly Recommended :-)

I defiantly would recommend this place. Added this boutique hotel to my list of favorite hotels among very few in Haifa. Loved its design, comfortable room and a really good bed in addition to a pleasant atmosphere.

All in all a decent stay. Rooms are a bit small but nice views of the bay. Breakfast is pretty awesome. I wouldn’t say the hotel is 4 star rather, 3 star at best. Room amenities were severely lacking—mini fridge is not stocked, no iron or ironing board. They do have off site laundry service which was helpful- but nearly $100 for a few articles to be washed.

Very well located in the city. The hostel is modern, clean and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a very nice and comfortable stay there. Even if we booked a dorm, got set up in a 2-3 persons studio with private shaded terrace, bathroom with huge shower, equipped kitchen, dining and living area with TV and sofa. I recommend this place.

Worked out great for us. Very clean and much more space than I was expecting. Comfortable bed and lots of hot water for showers. Everyone very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late because out touring all day and they made sure someone would be there to let us in and show us to our room. Breakfast brought to us promptly at 8am, as requested. We had a room with a view of the bay which was spacious and comfortable. WiFi was good at all times. We had access to the business lounge. The food at breakfast and dinner was simply outstanding and was beautifully presented.The staff were polite and helpful. Altogether an unforgettable stay (7 days)

We stayed for three nights over the holiday weekend. Everything was perfect and what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was really great. I could list everything, but it was all good. My only suggestion is to perhaps provide some type of evening musical entertainment in the lobby, even a piano player.

Amazing view from multiple sides of the hotel and from the Louis Promenade right outside the hotel. Very near to kosher restaurants and to the Carmelit furnicular to get downtown. Brilliant breakfast and the hotel also offers dinner for an extra, very reasonable amount. Would come back to stay again.

Excellent hotel, perfectly located. Free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. Lovely staff at top levels and a perfect breakfast. I am vegan and Alberto, the dining room manager immediately made sure I had plenty of options. He was particularly charming. Perfect hospitality!!!

The hotel is in a great location and has a charming boutique vibe. The outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight, and the massage by Dudu was absolutely amazing. However, there was a short delay at check-in, with no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes, leaving guests waiting confused. Once the receptionist arrived, she was friendly and helpful.

Marom hotel is not a new hotel, but it's well maintained, and the service in the hotel is great. As a guest, I felt the extra mile done by the staff, and that the service was really good. As in our previous visits, from the moment we walked into the hotel, we were made to feel like long awaited guests. Yair greeted us with a smile and it felt like coming home. The Marom staff was wonderful, as always. Roy , the new manager is wonderful.

This hotel is just ok. Wifi is not consistent, very small rooms, only limited breakfast items only with egg, mainly they will charge in local currency with the exchange rate & don't accept USDs. But the behavior & support is very nice.
