The Efendi Hotel Akko in Acre

In the hurt of old Acre, the hotel is amazing. Old historical building, decorated painted ceiling, great view of the sea and superb service. Very clean. The rooms are very nice and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Breakfast was also very good and fresh.

We booked a Deluxe room for a romantic getaway. The room was a disappointment—it felt relatively small and quite dark. We decided to upgrade (for an additional 600 NIS) to a suite, which was a big difference: much more spacious, bright, and luxurious.

However, the room maintenance was lacking; we found a hole in one of the towels and another in the bedsheets. On the bright side, the hotel itself is beautiful with several unique, beautiful corners to explore.

Our package included a massage and a tasting menu dinner at Uri Buri, which was phenomenal. The hotel breakfast was also a highlight—rich, indulgent, and paired with excellent service.

One important note: the hotel does warn about the Muezzin, but in our case, the call started at about 5:30 AM. Unless you’re planning on joining the morning prayers, be prepared for a very early wake-up call...

.There is nothing to say about this wonderful Hotel from the staff, helpfull, frindly, to the room and the Beautiful building and the unbelievable breakfast that was so rich and filling that we didn't eat till the evening I can't wait to visit this place again

This was one of the best long weekend getaways we've ever had. The hotel is phenomenally beautiful, and the staff is amazing—especially the wonderful Elias and the lovely breakfast team. The breakfast is absolutely perfect! Yes, Akko's alleys aren't the cleanest, and stray cats roam the streets, but that's an issue for the municipality to address and is beyond the hotel's control. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. It had been 10 years since our last visit, and we kept asking ourselves—why did we wait so long to come back?
