Helios Boutique Hotel in Be’er Sheva was a huge disappointment. The room was dirty, with stains on the bedding, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that smelled terrible. The air conditioning barely worked, and the noise from outside made it impossible to sleep.
The staff were rude and dismissive, showing no interest in helping guests. The so-called breakfast was inedible — stale bread, watery coffee, and almost no options. The “boutique” label is misleading because the place felt neglected and cheap.
For the price they charge, this hotel is a rip-off. I left early and booked another place because staying here was unbearable. Do not waste your money on this hotel.
