The perfect stay
From booking to check in the service was friendly and efficient. The hotel has a massive parking garage it costs extra but is within reson.
The breakfast is what you would expect at any good hotel with plenty of verity and great service.
The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable.
The shower was amazing like standing under a water fall.
Would recommend and will 100% stay there again.

- Room was filthy. Carpets were not vacuumed. Rubber floor felt tacky. Dirty slippers left in the room. At check in they had given my room to someone else and I had to wait 30 minutes till they. Straightened that out. Parking is outrageously expensive. My reservation confirmed the price included all taxes yet they added tax to my bill. Not a good experience.

terrible reception manager, named Vlad. Zero customer care, Zero/non existing flexibility. horrible human relations/ communication. In addition, room was not clean and quite dilapidated. Gym also had seen better days, to put it mildly...in short: STAY AWAY!!!

delicious varied breakfast, new bottles of water were placed in the room every day, there is underground parking, although for an additional fee, but very convenient.
