The Hilton Tel Aviv team was calm, professional, and met the multi-generational needs of the guests and the general public in the hotel and shelter

From the elderly that needed assistance to the shelter, providing portable cribs for families in the shelter, and everything in between

His team with Martine, who is absoloutely delightful and manages all the waiters and waitresses to Kseniia as the maître d to Michal who made sure we had our morning lattes - on their beautiful deck overlooking the sea - and sitting down and enjoying a plate of our favs from Bourekas to polenta, from olives to pine nuts, from smoked salmon to herring ,from beet salad to tomatoes marinated with soft...

You can swim in a nice pool or go to the beach a cross the street. The rooms have views of the sea. I will go there again anytime. It did make our vacation even more amazing. Also you can walk alone the beach to Jaffa

The hotel is very well maintained and very clean! the food is tasty and the service is just the best! We had amazing experience all around the hotel, starting reception, breakfast and also the housekeeping! we have to mention Zehavit and Martina for taking care of us for the entire stay

Absolute best hotel in Tel Aviv, been staying here since 2017 and it keeps improving. Spice at lobby level and the whiskey lounge on the 24th floor are incredible

Lobby restaurant has amazing views and good breakfast and bar food all day. Request a room with north view to see down on the old mosque next door. Beautiful views at night from club lounge on 24

The Location of this Hotel is perfect in middle of Tel Aviv and next to sea, I really enjoyed my business trip, Th 18th floor lounge has nice sea view, Yummy foods and excellent service at Executive lounge by Elena, Alex, Adam and Maria

I travel frequently and have been an Ambassador for 10 consecutive years. This hotel had the best run club lounge I have been to so far. Adam, the manager, made sure th service and food we top notch every day

Anna, Zenaida, Nazal and Elena were all fantastic hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We had beach front views and could watch the sunset every evening with nothing blocking it

The staff was absolutely incredible!

This is an amazing location! It is right on the beach. If you have enough Bonvoy status they take you up to the lounge on the 18th floor for check in. The staff up there is very attentive

The Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv is an excellent hotel. What really makes it special is the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff at the Club Lounge

Good location …center. . Easy to take expressway. Parking underground. Room 1917 are quiet. Bed and pillows are very confortable. air conditioning working well . Laundry service are good. Nice stay

Very nice hotel for families. The indoor pool was a bit chilly though so keep that in mind. Noisy at times too but the breakfast was amazing!

The breakfast was surprisingly good for a mid-week buffet and had everything we needed, including the best fresh OJ machine. The rooms were clean, very quiet, well equipped, and in good condition but slightly outdated

Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center is an excellent hotel with a perfect central location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was great, and everything was very convenient for getting around the city

I was very impressed by this hotel when I stayed here for three nights in Dec. The quality is very high especially for the price. The staff is highly attentive and will help with whatever you need

However, I was a bit disappointed that they could not grant me a late check out on my last day. The hotel location being near HaShalom station is also very helpful for those hopping around TLV

The waitstaff were efficient, professional, and discreet, and the service throughout our stay was excellent

The dining room overlooks the sea, providing a beautiful setting to start the day. In the evening, we enjoyed a tasty dinner with a large selection of fresh salads, meat dishes, and many other options to suit every taste

If you're eyeing an ocean-view room with all the trimmings, do yourself a favor and book the "New Executive Room". A heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable

We stayed at the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel for three nights at the beginning of the week and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and offer stunning sea views

An excellent hotel on the Mediterranean coast. The hotel has excellent rooms and a lobby. The breakfast and service were wonderful. A huge selection of fresh products at breakfast

The hotel is ideally located just across the road from the beach, making access to the sea very easy. The breakfast is rich and indulgent, with a wide variety of choices, including delicious French-style crêpes

Wonderful hotel - 10/10 Probably the best one in Tel Aviv Pool menu is overpriced but that can be expected. If you are looking for best, that’s the best. But price wise, prepare to pay..

The David Kempinski hotel is by far the best of the new Tel Aviv hotels. It's a beautiful, modern building, featuring the unique architectural styling

We wanted to get a Sea View room, one grade down, at first, but then it became unavailable and we chose the Executive, which was a smart move. It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny. Breakfast buffets are abundant

You can also order eggs and a al carte, all included in the hotel room rate. Lunch has sushi the likes of which you can only find in Japan or top-level restaurants. Evening dining is worth a Michelin star

Nice updates rooms that are a good size. The pull out sofa is a good size and my 17 year old picky son was comfortable.

At our last stay some issues were mentioned and the extent ti which these were addressed was very encouraging and in line with past experiences. It seems as if they have improved on already satisfactory service

Practically perfect Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on

Hotel location is good, just across the road from the beach. Rooms are OK, somewhat updated, but without the right final touches. My shower water went through a hole in the shower wall and flooded my bedroom

A picture-perfect hotel built upon a historic site while preserving all of the history of the location. You feel as if you are back in time along with the amazing luxuries the property has to offer.

Unlike other hotels this one does not provide a free coffee machine for self-use. They charge you every time you want a coffee. Make sure you turn on the "Do not clean" button when going to sleep

Hotel bedding is lackluster at best. The bed cover is very small could not cover 2 people. This is a hotel fitted for younger clientele. At one point in my stay housekeeping left their cleaning supplies in my room

If you don't, the staff will just walk into the room in the early morning as they did to me at 8am! When they realized I was in the room, they got out and slammed the door scaring you know what out of me! The restaurant downstairs has potential being in a corner location, but it is always empty and uninviting

I give it four stars because it has a clean modern look, pool and dry sauna, for the price per night compared to other hotels in the area that are falling apart, it cant beat

Easy access to the tayelet and yarkon park. But it’s pretty north if you’re coming for tourist activities. There were a few nights where I heard a club until about 5 AM

General Service – Hit or Miss Service during meals and around the hotel was generally excellent, but sadly, that level of care didn’t extend to key moments

From the moment we checked into the Jaffa hotel, this weekend, we felt pampered and cared for. Ruth greeted us in the lobby and showed us around, detailing the history and the amenities of the hotel

This hotel also has a very cool spa, where they do quality massages, and there is also a gray-haired woman there, who like a fairy envelops all the hotel residents with warmth! thank you!

Liza, and the other waiters in both the pool area and restaurant were incredibly friendly. As a Russian speaker, it felt good to have the kind of service I’m used to in Israel; a big surprise

She displayed such a love and knowledge of the property. The setting is magnificent as was our room with its super high ceilings

I’d give it 10 stars if I could. This was our second stay here. The hotel is beautiful and well cared for. Our room on the 17th floor was outstanding. Great view along the coastline

We stayed for 1 night for a basketball game the next day of our stay. Very good breakfast, clean and spacious room with fridge, also big bathroom. The beach is about 30 min walk

Great location and very pleasant hotel. The reception staff were all very helpful with the check-in, suggestions on Tel Aviv and on check-out. The rooms are decent, comfortable bed and AC works as expected

The rooftop is an added bonus as the sofa area is very relaxed and great for a bottle of wine (bring your own). The hot tub is also work a dip. I would stay here again assuming the prices are reasonable

With that saying they really really nice and Isrotel is usually very good but it seems that the hotel is too small for the number of guests- pool area is small, no sun beds, just chairs, and very little of them

We stayed at the hotel for a day. Very good location, everything is nearby: the old town, the sea. Near the hotel there is a beautiful walking alley and a tram

Even if we set aside the beautiful design of the rooms (and the entire space), the artistic photos, the flawless breakfast, and the perfect location right on Jerusalem Boulevard — just a few minutes’ walk from the Flea Market, the beach, and the port — the service alone is worth more than five stars

From the always-smiling reception team, to the kind housekeeper, and even the owner himself — who personally made us an omelet at breakfast and insisted we try the freshly squeezed orange juice — everything was simply exceptional

One of the best stays I've ever had in Tel Aviv

Andrea is phenomenal and her front desk staff are the best in the business. Harry is the best resource in all of Tel Aviv. Imri, Shai, May, Karin, and the other restaurant/food & beverage personnel are spectacular

In full transparency there were two minor things we mentioned to the front desk on departure- 1) the room was extremely dark, even with the dimmer on full power, 2) room felt humid and had a faint mildew odor despite the dry climate

I’ll begin by saying that we’ve stayed at the Kempinski on our last few trips (and even for a few nights on this trip). The Kempinski is nice and new— and on the beach— which has always been important to us

The beach isn’t so far after all, and we didn’t want to eat the food in the Kempinski’s Horizon lounge anyway! The vibe, service, food, location and rooftop pool at the Norman especially stood out for us

This isn’t a large, convention hotel catering to the masses. The Norman is a wonderful boutique with personalized service, intentional follow-up and delicious food (both Alena and Dinings)

Great location. Room on the small side. Some street noise filtering in late at night. Breakfast nice, but more interesting options available nearby. In terms of value for money- not entirely sure.

Room was pretty small and the bathroom was tiny. There was also not enough soundproofing for such a busy location. And new hairdryers needed ASAP, the one in our room was minutes from dying

Noah and Miriam (the front desk staff) were really helpful. Both spoke great English so communication was easy and both went out of their way to advise and guide a first time visitor to Isreal

Everything was excellent except for the cleaning which was a bit problematic.

Miriam And Noah at from desk are wonderful. They should be paid well. And, they should both get bonus payments as they go above and beyond especially for new tourists like us.
