Realy a nice hotel. You can swim in a nice pool or go to the beach a cross the street. The rooms have views of the sea . The breakfast is amazing. I will go there again anytime. It did make our vacation even more amazing. Also you can walk alone the beach to Jaffa. Here you can cute restaurents- and behind it many cute stores.
Absolute amazing from staff to accommodations! Staff is very friendly! Food and service is amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Absolute best hotel in Tel Aviv, been staying here since 2017 and it keeps improving. Spice at lobby level and the whiskey lounge on the 24th floor are incredible. Lobby restaurant has amazing views and good breakfast and bar food all day. Request a room with north view to see down on the old mosque next door. Beautiful views at night from club lounge on 24
Our first time in this impressive hotel, we had amazing time, great service all around the hotel as specially at the Club lounge and breakfast. The cleaning is on very high level! The stuff is wonderful, we have to mention Zehavit and Martin who showed us around the hotel and took care of all our needs
We had a great experience at the hotel. It is spacious and very clean. I highly recommend upgrading to go to the club lounge. The staff there were so attentive to all of our needs. Martina, Oleg and Sergey went above and beyond and totally out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We needed very specific foods to accommodate our food allergies and they were constantly on top of it and brought...

We scheduled a trip to Israel and arrived in late February 2026. As you know, the war with Iran started on February 28, 2026. We extended our stay until early March 2026, primarily due to the Hilton Tel Aviv’s team professionalism, calm demeanor, and competency during the daily multiple incoming missile and rocket alerts with audible interceptions. It was obvious that the Hilton Tel Aviv team...
Booked a Twin Deluxe Seaview for one night, as a Diamond member via Hilton app. Positives: - The hotel is only a minute away from the sea front and you can walk there for hours. - The area seems safe. - The food and drinks at the executive lounge were exceptional, service there friendly, the atmosphere and guests were also good. You get good food all day long. Some guests even had a bottle of wine...
The Hilton is an old school hotel in the best sense - spacious, with lush grounds and the rooms have balconies, a far cry from the modern, glassed-in office/hotels. The location is great, right on the sea with fantastic views and above some of the best beaches, not on a noisy road like most seafront hotels. A bit far from Carmel Mkt and Jaffa (both still walkable) but great for Dizengoff etc. Excellent...
What a view. You can't get any better of a location. The staff is great. Rooms are large. Walking distance to almost everything. The breakfast is great. Just missing some beef or poultry.
Another great stay at the Hilton in Tel Aviv, and even got a few days of breakfast at the Sukkah this stay.
Another phenomenal stay! World class hotel, restaurants, bars, spa/gym, pool/cabana, fully stocked business lounge with food, snacks, beverages, alcohol, from early morning until 11pm every day! Excellent service, staff, and amenities. Comfy, elegant, and accommodating. Fav hotel.

I travel frequently and have been an Ambassador for 10 consecutive years. This hotel had the best run club lounge I have been to so far. Adam, the manager, made sure th service and food we top notch every day. The staff was absolutely incredible!
This is an amazing location! It is right on the beach. If you have enough Bonvoy status they take you up to the lounge on the 18th floor for check in. The staff up there is very attentive. Adan checked us in and made sure we had complete tour of the facility. Every evening we had drinks and a light Mediterranean style dinner. Plenty of fish dishes and the desserts were amazing. Anna, Zenaida, Nazal...
The Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv is an excellent hotel. What really makes it special is the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff at the Club Lounge. I wish to especially thank Mazal for her warmth and friendliness during my check in process and throughout my visits to the Club Lounge. I also wish to thank Maria who spent time with me today successfully resolving a problem with a taxi service. Both women...
My favorite Hotel in Tel Aviv. There is great Lounge on 18th floor with amazing staff, extremely friendly and helpful manager and all employees, new employee Marry Ann was very helpful and always smiling. Actually the staff are main reason why I always book this Hotel. Thank you ❤️
The staff in the lounge at the Sheraton are amazing. Elena and Mazal took excellent care of me and my staff. Can't wait to go back.
With outstanding service, excellent amenities, clean, well-designed rooms the Sheraton Tel Aviv offers a five star experience. We were warmly greeted by Henri upon check-in, who upon learning we were part of a group of 14, went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Being on the club room floor gave us lounge access, a perk worthy of the extra expense. The hotel surpassed all of our...

Everything great just very old and slow elevators
Excellent service Usually stay at Dan Panorama but cancelled my reservation 2 days before because my flight was cancelled. So needed to book something the day before my departure and needed something that allowed overnight check-in. Arrived at 4AM with the friendliest check in clerk. The hotel is steeped in class . Service was a strength. I was in a “Deluxe Room” - the cheapest but quite expensive...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel was very clean and the service of the staff was very good.
The hotel was extremely close to the beach, the indoor pool was great (even in the winter), the parking was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but not the best I've had at an Israeli hotel (admittedly high bar). Would stay here again!
The hotel is very nice and perfectly situated. Staff is nice and friendly. My only complaint is service in the dining room. There is no water or coffee available unless requested and it takes a very long time to receive.

Have stayed many times, and always a lovely experience. A high end hotel. Rooms have great views and are very clean, breakfasts are really spectacular. Great location, walking distance to all key tourist areas, amazing food, and on the train line to the Airport.
Amazing place to stay, excellent amenities, wonderful service, excellent gym and the best location! Quiet and very spacious rooms. We will be back. Special mention to Tommy and Eden at reception for always being so helpful.
Hotel is awesome! Front desk staff and managers very accommodating. ! Great location. Easy access to Tel Aviv sights and activities. Will stay here on my next trip!

Wonderful hotel - 10/10 Probably the best one in Tel Aviv Pool menu is overpriced but that can be expected. If you are looking for best, that’s the best. But price wise, prepare to pay..
Spotless, staff super nice, breakfast was exceptional.
Location, welcoming environment, nice room,
The rooms are clean and the hotel is nice. However I just don’t think there is a 5 star hotel in Tel Aviv. This is as close to it as you can get.
Room was spotless, staff were great
Great location, clean rooms, great Service , good options for lunch and dinner. Overall great experience.

I’d give it 10 stars if I could. This was our second stay here. The hotel is beautiful and well cared for. Our room on the 17th floor was outstanding. Great view along the coastline. Wonderful buffets in the Vista Lounge. But most of all we appreciated the EXCEPTIONAL staff of friendly, helpful, courteous, kind people in EVERY department. Special thanks to Gili. And many thanks to the management...
The food offerings at the Vista Club lounge were frankly uninspired. Same food every day. No variety. The downstairs breakfasts are included in most room rates so upgrading to the Vista floor is not worth the extra. The staff have a strange snobby stern like attitude. Not welcoming whereas the staff in the rest of the hotel were very warm and helpful. The poolside staff and outdoor coffee shop staff...
Exceptional Absolutely world class. Service is absolutely immense. Vista Lounge is exemplary. Couldn’t recommend more
We had an amazing experience at The Vista at Hilton Tel Aviv. The concierge team was outstanding—so helpful with recommendations, reservations, and making sure everything went smoothly. My husband and I absolutely love our stays at Tel Aviv Hilton. This time is no different. From the moment you w Yet you are greeted with friendly staff. the staff was very accomodating and friendly and it was a luxurious place to stay with many amenities
A picture-perfect hotel built upon a historic site while preserving all of the history of the location. You feel as if you are back in time along with the amazing luxuries the property has to offer.
Overall, really nice hotel, but couldn't stand the smell of the AC in the property and the rooms. I thought the roads would be more remodeled than they were OK . What the stuff was amazing really good breakfast. I gave her breakfast. Five stars. Also, the restaurant in the hotel was amazing. Really good food really good sushi really good stuff. Just didn't like the hotel needs a little bit rewarding...
Fantastic property. Beautiful building with historical significance and insanely cool infinity pool.

It was just fantastic. Staff was kind and helpful We extended our sta and they even gave us special price and free breakfast
Great room great breakfast Lobby can use an upgrade Parking was hassle
The hotel urgently need to get renovated, around the pool is old and dirty, sun beds are not invited. The bathroom is not clean and not enough amenities. The backdoor to the beach is broken, and injured my husbad. Too bad cause the hotel is on the best location. The room has amazing view. And many options for food. So those things made me have such a great time.
Great location great staff and nicely updated just a little overpriced in my opinion.
I don’t know how some people gave very bad reviews for the parking or the pool. When you are in Tel Aviv and on the beach that’s all that matters. Best ocean. Just pool is over crowded. But I wasn’t there for a pool . Room was great and renovated. It’s a very good hotel to stay at . Don’t hesitate.
This hotel was nothing special. The lobby requires upkeep. Rooms are small. Balconies were dirty. Pool area wasn’t kept well. No chairs or lounge chairs or beach towels provided to guests. Hotel is understaffed. Concierge always needs to be called, front desk usually has 1 person working. It’s a cheap beach front hotel I only stayed here because I had to.

What can I say about this wonderful establishment that hasn't been said before? Beautiful property staffed by beautiful people who take great pleasure in welcoming you and bringing light into your day. One of the best stays I've ever had in Tel Aviv
I rarely write reviews, but I’m compelled to share our thoughts on the Norman with potential guests debating a stay. The unequivocal answer is YES. I’ll begin by saying that we’ve stayed at the Kempinski on our last few trips (and even for a few nights on this trip). The Kempinski is nice and new— and on the beach— which has always been important to us. However, after staying at the Norman in a...
The norman is the most beautiful hotel in Israel. Staying there is a spectacular indulgence. And you will fall in love with the people even more than the hotel itself. Andrea is phenomenal and her front desk staff are the best in the business. Harry is the best resource in all of Tel Aviv. Imri, Shai, May, Karin, and the other restaurant/food & beverage personnel are spectacular. Din, Gal, and the...

Great amenities. Suites A wonderful for families giving us two bedrooms which is a rarity in Europe and the Middle East we normally you’d have to buy two separate rooms to get two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Wish more hotels did this. They were also very quick to take care of a noisy neighbor that we had.
The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. Outside noise is extremely loud so if you plan to sleep past 730am, good luck! Breakfast service is sloooow. Definitely don’t stay here for a special occasion or they will ruin it for you. 2 stars cause the rooms are nice (but be careful if you book a “sea view”, because unless you’re on the 7th floor it’s really an “apartment building view”. Bring your own...
Wonderful boutique hotel. The staff was very accommodating & the room we stayed was perfect for us. They made sure to help us with our requests for drivers to & from the airport. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Centrally located & right near the beach.
Really pleasant stay with a great location next to the reach.
Wonderful breakfast, nice spacious rooms, clean. Genle staff. Perfect location close to the beach and to the residential areas of Tel-Aviv, not far from Dizengoff shopping district, easy access to public transport

Great! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and there was a 50% reduction for parking when you were a guest. The beach was only round the corner and the room had a sea view. Only thing I would say is that while there was a cooking job and microwave, there were no cooking utensils so not much use to a tourist.
Too much noise....service o.k...food is nice
Well situated great shower nice beach
Niceish rooms great location nice people - not the cleanest I've been to
We stayed at this hotel 3 times as a family of 4 people. We love it as the rooms are decent for a family, the breakfast is tasty, the pool is great and the location works for us. No problem with parking, you can walk to the beach and have guest come over. Staff on site were always nice and helpful.
Free parking. 5 minutes walk to the beach and promenade. Nice open pool. A small porch in every room
