With outstanding service, excellent amenities, clean, well-designed rooms the Sheraton Tel Aviv offers a five star experience. We were warmly greeted by Henri upon check-in, who upon learning we were part of a group of 14, went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Being on the club room floor gave us lounge access, a perk worthy of the extra expense. The hotel surpassed all of our...
I had an amazing stay. The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was amazing, and the location was great. The hotel looks like new and they don’t nickle and dime you about everything. I got free glass bottles of water daily, daily morning and evening room housekeeping and they even gave me chocolate before bed. The pool area is beautiful and it’s in such a walkable area. There was all sorts of good...
This hotel is a solid 3 start hotel dressed up to look like a 4 star hotel. (Note that all hotels on the tel aviv strip claim to be 5 star, they are not even close except for maybe Kempinsky ) Sheraton has hands down the BEST location on the strip but it lacks in pretty much everything else. They up up charge on everything ( extra 3 year old in the room? +$60/night. You want breakfast? $45/ day per...
We have visited this hotel many times, and it keeps getting better. This time they had a new chef who prepared gourmet cuisine that deserves 3 Michelin stars - and it's kosher! Their Friday night buffet is endless, with mouthwatering appetizers, a giant salad bar, beef, chicken, fish, vegan options, and desserts right out of a Parisian patisserie. The outdoor pool is crystal clean, warm, and surrounded...
Love the club lounge everyone is great and friendly . Mary Ann is here every day at breakfast offering to bring me coffee or juice and whatever I want. It’s so nice to have happy faces around :
Wonderful experience. The Sheraton and Tel Aviv are one of the best places in the world to visit. The staff in the executive lounge including Adam, Anastasia, Elena, and Maria treated us as family. We can’t wait to come back. an extremely friendly hotel to both business and family travelers !

My stay here was absolutely perfect. Adar at the reception was kind, effective, professional and with great humor. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. Irena in the dining room spoiled me every morning. All the staff was smiling and service minded. Have stayed many times, and always a lovely experience. A high end hotel. Rooms have great views and are very clean, breakfasts are really spectacular. Great location, walking distance to all key tourist areas, amazing food, and on the train line to the Airport.
Amazing place to stay, excellent amenities, wonderful service, excellent gym and the best location! Quiet and very spacious rooms. We will be back. Special mention to Tommy and Eden at reception for always being so helpful.
Hotel is awesome! Front desk staff and managers very accommodating. ! Great location. Easy access to Tel Aviv sights and activities. Will stay here on my next trip!

The building itself, the garden and the pool are absolutely amazing. Rooms are really nice but not so functional.. and a bit difficult to understand how to do things.. (TV in the mirror, curtains with button next to the bed etc. breakfast is really nice with good variety. You can find a nice buffet + menu to choose hot dish. Also the restaurant is really good Generally speaking very nice for...
Our children brought us a present of afternoon tea at the Jaffa as our roots are British 50 and 42 years here and they know we like afternoon tea.The room was stunning with only a few tables .To be fare the staff were friendly and told us to ask if we needed anything .And the food tasty .But This is not the 1st tea I have had in Israel and abroad .The tea itself was a good brand but served in a tiny...
Review: The Jaffa Hotel – A Stunning Venue with Disappointing Service We chose The Jaffa Hotel for its beauty and reputation, especially to mark a special occasion – a wedding. While the hotel itself is architecturally stunning and the location is truly one-of-a-kind, our experience, particularly around the bridal package and service, left much to be desired. Booking the Bridal Package – A Nightmare...
Great hotel, very comfortable, great location too. Good pool, all nice and clean, beautiful room.
From the moment we arrived the staff at the Jaffa were truly incredible. 5 nights of our needs, wants or concerns were always met. Aviad with concierge was very attentive and extra helpful when it came to planning. Thank you for making every day of our stay very special.
Very good hotel. The staff is beyond praise. Well done!!!

Before our arrival we had some doubts regarding the value of The Norman since it’d be challenging to justify the stiff price. However, after our stay, we totally understand it. Everything, from the attentiveness of all the personnel tending to us during our check in, through the impeccable room experience, pool, Alena, The Library and the spa treatments, was absolutely amazing. Thanks for making our...
This place was very accommodating. Food at the restaurant was great. Hotel is close and walk distance from everything, Carmel Market, Rothschild, and to another famous street full of restaurants that end it at the Carmel market, right now I can’t remember the name. The staff were always very helped and friendly. The only downside is that they are not a stroller/wheelchair friendly hotel, probably because...
We went to The Norman for a short staycation. Me and my partner booked a Loft Suite and it was stunning - a beautifully designed space with a thoughtful layout and a charming balcony overlooking Melchett Street. I want to mention the great pieces of israeli artists that are on display throughout the whole hotels facilities, we loved it. There is nothing more to say. The service was on the highest standard...
Quite simply the best hotel in Tel Aviv. The service from the moment you arrive is impeccable. All the staff are just so helpful and friendly. The beds are enormous and so comfortable. You honestly can’t beat breakfast on the terrace. Special mention to Harry on concierge, he always managed to get us the restaurant bookings we wanted even when the restaurants looked fully booked. If I had to say one...
Had a fantastic evening at Alena during the week of Purim. Located inside The Norman Hotel, the restaurant offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere that made for a great dining experience. I went with a friend and tried a variety of dishes, each offering something unique. We had lamb and fish skewers served with fresh, fluffy pitas, crispy chips, and all the dips on the menu. The pita was freshly baked...
We had a lovely night at the Norman. Yes its pricy but the quality is top notch. Breakfast is well known in the Tel Aviv and rightfully so. Pool on the roof is lovely & clean (salty water 💦 ). Would love to visit again some day.

Very Nice staff. Great beach location. Excellent breakfast.
Great stay right on Gordon Beach. Very convenient. Excellent breakfast.
Immediate access to the beach for swimming, to the Tayelet promenade for my morning run, great indoor lap pool when the sea was not an option, and excellent breakfast buffet. I've been staying here for 35 yrs under its different brands and will never change. .
All the staff at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful and always smiling. They were obviously happy to work there.
Unique location spoiled with endless walking distance attractions, great amenities and service, highly recommend!

The price was too high vs service . The water shower going out of shower and we needed to put towels on floor althogh i complain no body came . My children took csnd of cocacola from mini bar and we pay 45 nis like still during the day !!! No exsit to sea although i read before coming that there is an exit ....
I had the immense pleasure of staying at the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel for 12 nights, and it surpassed every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in sheer luxury and impeccable hospitality. The check-in process was nothing short of splendid, with the staff being incredibly warm and attentive. Descent hotel, staff are not the most interacting and kind, even though some cleaners are. The location is perfect! The breakfast was nothing amazing but good, even though the waiting service was very ashaming. The parking was the worst of all though. The owner of the parking thought it would be a good idea to make more money by doubling the amount of cars that can enter, meaning that half of the cars...
Awesome experience I can see why this place is rated five stars. Alon front desk made everything easy for us to check in under welcomed any questions that we had. This hotel is a definite must do with one of the...
I like that this place has both an indoor and outdoor pools and it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The building is not new and some parts of it are dilapidated. For example a large chunk of black marble, over the main entrance door fell during my stay. This was very dangerous. The stucco is discolored on the way to the pool. The rooms seem okay but not outstanding. Being in a five star hotel I would...
Shows its age but compensates with exceptional staff. Room I stayed was big, well equipped and maintained but some parts were very old and should be replaced (wardrobe). Beachfront location great for the tourist but awful traffic-wise for the business traveller.

I enjoyed a great two weeks at the Royal Beach Tel Aviv. Isrotel is known to have great food and the Royal Beach did not disappoint! One of the best Breakfasts in Tel Aviv. The exec lounge food, though limited by comparison, was also top quality. The rooms are a little small, but I love that they have balconies with sea views. The best thing about the hotel is the proximity to Carmel Market. Overall...
Fantastic location, right on the beach! I went with a girlfriend and we enjoyed the beautiful pool area, which has a view directly on the beach. The hotel staff was very attentive, and the concierge went above and beyond in assisting us with our day planning. Great value, will definitely be back!
Really great experience. This was our first time visiting Israel. We booked the executive room on the 16th floor (1609). We received a complementary bottle of wine. Really awesome view of both Tel Aviv and the Sea. Phenomenal breakfast every morning.
GREAT location and building. The rooms are fancy and the spa area is just terrific. However, in all the rooms with numbers ending on -16 to -19 (416, 417, 516, 517, etc.) you'll hear the water sewage from flushing toilets and showers from the entire hotel. Apart from that it's a very solid hotel with somewhat cooperative and friendly staff though.
Extremely helpful concierge, from the moment we arrived from the airport. Lobby is beautiful, all of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with the exception of just one female at the front desk who could not have been less interested in helping us. She was the only poor example. The shabbat dinner was incredible, and each night they had a beautiful Chanukah dinner with candles and donuts...
It's a modestly nice hotel with a great view to the sea. Location is amazing for a vacation. the rooms where clean but when I looked under the surface I saw a cupple of cut corners to save time on cleaning. -1 🌟 The food was alright, not a great variety and what they had on hand was decently good with a few minor exceptions, good over all. The staff there were mostly immigrants , so they did usually...

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool Upon arrival I was told pool is under construction. I was refered to for pay public pool...that was closed. They wouldn't comp me for breakfast either Essentially they said " sorry ..too bad" STAY AWAY
Great hotel especially the staff and the professional and welcoming attitude nothing was a problem The room we had was of a very good size although the property is being refurbished and the swimming pool was not available <we where informed> prior to booking and on checking > nothing was a problem and that did not effect our trip
Good hotel in a good location, swimming pool was not open until August due to renovation and the fitness room was very outdated and small.
Facing the sea, the beach environment is first-class.
Great place and great service 🙏🏻

Due to medical treatment ןמ Ichilov Hospital we stayed at Vital Hotel for about two weeks. The proximity to the hospital was a big plus for us. 1. The best feature of the hotel is the cleanliness. Breakfast is ok, there is variety, although...
Good hotel for business visits as there’s a shopping mall and a morning food market on Fridays. There’s a very nice gym as well with complimentary access for guests. I tried the Les Mills core. Fantastic class! Breakfast is great with Nespresso coffee and the lounge is available all day. Good size room with Nespresso machine. I only wish they had USB or international sockets by the bed as I forgot...
My stay was perfect. My son was in Ichilov and the Vital Hotel was next to the campus. The mall next door was such a convenience and I could easily get what my son and I needed. Everything in the hotel was immaculately clean and efficient, the bed was comfortable, the whole room was comfortable - and the breakfast was amazing. I really couldn't have been happier. Thank you
The hotel is nice clean and in an excellent location. There is coffe and snacks all day at level 12. And breakfast is rich and tasty. The only thing was we had a noise of drillings during the morning that came from next room that was really loud.. rather than that a very convenient hotel.
Not bad, but too expensive... Tel Aviv is really expensive
The room was clean, and they gave us chocolate and water. There is a shopping mall below, with supermarkets and other places to eat. On Fridays, there are many carts selling various local foods in the mall. It is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to get to the beach by taxi. I like it very much and will stay here again next time.
Food is really good and diverse. Awesome breakfast selection, local wine in the lounge daytime and happy hour with wine and cheese & sandwiches at 5 o’clock. Bed is super comfy; robes are available. Very clean hotel and room The staff is polite and speak different languages

I had 4 great nights there! Super friendly, helpful staff, all of them! Perfect location for me - I love the Levinsky Market area. Facilities completely adequate and clean... Will be very happy to come back!
Very nice rooms with advanced check-in system. They gave us an upgrade free of charge in a bigger room with a balcony and they left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The staff at the reception was very helpful. They even leave a list of good restaurants and pubs to explore in the area. The room was nice, modern and clean. The location is very good! The area is full of live, night and day.
not for couples!!! We reserved the deluxe room with balcony... We got a room on the rooftop on the Fourth floor it was not nice ... The room was depressing with no view and the only window was to the patio where other guest can hang ..no privacy!!! The facilities like air conditioning and bath, kitchen were ok. The patio is fine but you don't get Street view which is one of the most fun in Tel Aviv...
Nicely remodeled hotel. The room is small but very clean and bright. Easy check in, you are given your door code and you can let yourself in. Small refrigerator provided, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Quiet area and great location.
Small and cozy. Great location, right by levinsky market.
Small hotel, self registration, located in a cool area. You're right next to lots of restaurants and bars. Wifi was spot on, TVs were smart ones (good for streaming you're Netflix), rooms very clean and comfortable. Great host. If you're the type of traveler that doesn't like big hotels or short term apartment rentals, then this hotel is perfect for you.

The location was good, with a 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance to the beach. There was a lot of sound leakage from the next room. Other than that, it was a satisfying stay.
