Only spent two days here but found the property and staff to be lovely. Gorgeous pool that was super big. They need better food options as we found ourselves hungry mid-day but were told only limited food was available? Restaurant shuts down in between lunch and dinner. We did have dinner one night and it was delicious. Loved the gazpacho! Would stay here again most definitely!

We had a mixed experience in Mangia’s Favignana Resort. The pool and the seaside are fantastic and when there is no loud music, it’s also very relaxing. The breakfast was good. The first room (room 400) we got was very run down, dirty, very loud and not the same standard as the other rooms in the same category. We asked for a room change, which was much better, but still not worth the price we paid...

Overall resort grounds are great. Plenty of places to sit by the gorgeous water and huge pool! Very nice restaurant too. The rooms need a refresh. Very outdated and we had ants too. Keep in mind you’re visiting a small island in the middle of nowhere with a lot of difficulties of getting water, supplies, gas and all essentials that we give for granted in the mainland! The Location at the sea is beautiful. We got a big room on discount because we booked last minute via booking. The room was clean but there were ants (don't leave food around!!). The front desk staff was super friendly (especially Julia), gave us kind suggestions for our trip and advice to get around the island. Would highly recommend. The apartment was great and the staff really helpful and friendly. The apartments are cleaned everyday so you have the best of both world with the space and ability to cook of the apartment but the daily tidy up of a hotel. The hotel is not a far walk from the center of the village and restaurants. The pool is nice, although not large, and the room we got was a suite with a handy little kitchen, and a nice view of the western sky for sunsets. Lovely resort that is walking distance to both the Sea Club (see separate review) and the city center. The staff was professional, courteous and eager to make our stay unforgettable. Having booked directly on the resort's website, we had no trouble accommodating our large group with its varied dietary needs. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience that has made a lasting impression.

Absolutely lovely. The room was super nice with AC and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast buffet was great and diverse with a view of the sea. It is possible to rent bikes to get around for 5€. Located only a few hundred meters from the harbour and a shuttle service is provided.

Calling this hotel a 4 star is a stretch. Very good shuttle service from the port. They say they have shuttle service to the beach, but it’s only one beach and the least beautiful. Great hotel. We rented bikes directly with the hotel and it was a great experience. The gentleman Rosario that works at the hotel and tends to bike rentals provided excellent, professional and friendly service. Highly recommend you rent directly with the hotel.

Oh, I have visited the island many times. This was my first time staying in a hotel. It did not disappoint. The feature of being picked up and dropped off at the ferry with your luggage at no additional cost is fantastic. The hotel is very nice, but located outside of the main city. Breakfast was good, it’s buffet style. The receptionist was very nice and friendly but at every request she had a number reader to give you and then you would have to “figure it out”. We stopped there on a very warm day when we desperately needed water. The waiters were amazingly nice, they offered us the water and gave us tips for our day on the island ☺️ seems like a quality place!

SEPTEMBER STAY Time flies...winter is upon us, but the memory of Favignana makes everything less nostalgic. Our stay on the island was pleasant, thanks in part to Il Portico. We stayed in a double room: the bathroom and bedroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable (the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but that's a matter of personal preference). I can only recommend this hotel in Favignana! Super central location but at the same time quiet, nice rooms, nice bathroom, fair prices, friendly staff and good breakfast (except fruit juice with us water with sugar)

Very good location, few steps from town square but peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was a great choice of fresh pastries, eggs, yogurts, juices and the best coffee.

We stayed two nights at this charming hotel in May. Rooms pleasantly furnished, uplifting views across the rooftops to the Normal castle on the island's heights. The manager (and his family) made us very welcome and were always ready to help with recommendations, bookings etc. Good location for stroll into the attractive town square. Recommended.

We stayed here for a week almost 5 years ago in 2018. It was perfect , the food was superb and the owner and staff extremely welcoming.

I stayed 4 nights here. Rooms are clean, well equipped, quiet, well decorated, good bed and bedding, nice bathroom. The public rooms are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is very satisfying, and dinner is good but $$ for value. Service is kind and generous. The hotel is well placed in the village - 2 minutes from the main square and other eateries, 4 minutes to the ferry terminal.

Very nice hotel, very friendky staff. Very unique, built inside tufo caves - very unique experience to spend time on differene underground level, wont find it in any pkace around the world or sicily. Wish I’d had the time to take advantage of the spa, bar, and pool. With so much to see and do on Favignana one really needs a longer stay! Strongly suggest learning as much Italian as possible if you don’t already speak the language.

We had a lovely stay at Il Mulino! The hotel is located just outside the port/central area in a calm & quiet area but still walking distance from all the restaurants & shops. The room was clean and fresh and the staff was friendly and helpful. We rented bikes from the reception for 7 EUR per day which was the perfect way to explore the island.

We got there with hungry kids and they cooked for us even though it was off hours. Very friendly and accommodating: the kids all ate well. The pasta with pesto favignanese brought back memories of one of my mom's recipes.

My wife found this to be a very basic and quiet place. It could be transformed with a new and nicer kitchen unit and bathroom and matching and clean cutlery and crockery etc. It is nevertheless unique and wonderful. The surroundings are stunning and it is ideally set amongst pine trees not too far from a fantastic beach. Having a little self-contained unit is ideal for children and the price was not...

No fair notice of reduction in services Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed...

Beautiful little caravan park! We stayed in one of the little cabins and absolutely loved it park provides all the essentials if you want you can pay for a warm shower. Had an absolute blast staying here. Will be back in the future!
