The hotel is modern and the staff are very accommodating. It’s also right next to the beach. If you are going out of season be aware lots of things are closed, especially the restaurants. They only open two days a week out of season. Don’t let this put you off though. It’s a beautiful location. We used it as a stop of between Napoli and Rome.

Great hotel! Beds are comfortable and clean. New mattress. Nice hotel. Great spa! Breakfast was amazing! Beach was 5 minute walk! Would definitely go back!

Big, modern hotel that is clean and comfortable. Great spa to relax in and very friendly staff. The breakfast selection was a little disappointing but that was minor. Overall excellent.

Reception staff upon arrival not very helpful but amazing location near the beach and town walking distance. Great swimming pool outside with amazing service and housekeeping services were excellent would definitely recommend

Property rooms, facilities and restaurants are all very good. Only areas that were not ideal for me is having a safe place to go on walks (have to walk on a very busy road with little shoulder space. Overall a very nice place to stay

I am staying at the neighbouring hotel, lovely but average food. I walked over spontaneously tonight to have dinner here. It was absolutely delightful. Best food I have had so far in Italy. Wonderful staff, very tasty dishes, small and not to big. Really delicious. I can highly recommend

You are literally on the beach. It’s a gorgeous cove. Service is excellent. The food is good and delivered to you in a picnic box while you sit in your chaise lounge under your umbrella on the beach. This may be the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in in years. Highly recommend.

The location was fabulous. The staff at the reception desk was over the top. They truly cared about the overall guest experience. Always greeted with a smile. Very accommodating when requests made. Our first night in Italy was at the Summit Hotel and it was amazing. The staff were warm and welcoming, the sea view room was beautiful, the meals were delicious and a few hours at the beach was a wonderful way to start the trip. Thank you.

The hotel and beach were beautiful . Very relaxing with great views. Its not really within walking distance of anywhere so a car is needed. We went to Sperlinga most evenings which is about 10 minute drive.

Property was very nice and relaxing. Exactly what I was looking for at this part of my vacation.

Breathtaking panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere with multiple vistas and areas to take it all in. Staff is on point and more than willing to assist with anything you might need. From which train to take for a trip to Rome or where to have dinner in downtown Gaeta. Highly recommend this as a getaway

Very clean, great staff, breath taking sea views all throughout the property. A heavenly piece of paradise in a seaside town.

Great place to stay and relax. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to navigate but it is well worth it.

This hotel boasts probably one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. Please keep in mind that the steps are not for the faint of heart. This hotel offers an authentic Italian experience and not all of the staff will understand English but we enjoyed practicing our Italian. The staff are friendly and service is excellent. The views are amazing. It’s a 35 euro round trip taxi to Gaeta...

Very clean, quiet, and views from the beach hands down one of the best beaches.

It was very good experience. Clean, simple and nice hotel. Parking and hotel beach access are payable. But there is a public beach in two minutes walk.

Refrigerator or AC did not work, staff wouldn’t let us check into room until 1300 and checkout was at 1100 the next day.

Location is very good, very close to the beach. Nice patio to enjoy as well. Hotel is very dated. Very small shower and no safe in the room. Also did not like that a family of 4 had to pay 40 euros for a umbrella and chairs for the day. Towel werent even included

Staff were wonderful and welcoming and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Views across the water were lovely! Also, very walkable to restaurants and the Montagna and the medieval town. Unfortunately, construction/renovation within the hotel (top floor?) started around 8:30am and was quite disruptive. We had already been woken up at 8am by the loud 8am daily flag raising ceremony at the US...

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Gaeta The hotel was clean, and the views from our room were stunning . We were walking distance to all of Gaeta’s attractions

The hotel, which is located in a stunning location right at the entrance to the medieval citadel, was nice and clean, and the terrace, the small but cosy, partially open-air gym, and the common areas were well-kept. The beach was accessible by free shuttle, and the hotel also provides free sun loungers and umbrellas. Free parking. We got a room with a sea view and a small terrace with deck chairs...

It was a good location across from a Navy/Military base. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and we are still dreaming, everthing was perfect. Nothing was to much trouble, staff go above and beyond to make your time here magical. The food was absolutley incredible and super fresh. The hotel and rooms are very clean all gardens are kept immaculatley. The private beach is just an added bonus. Coming from England this was a complete stress free experience...

absolutely wonderful place. It deviates from all the stereotypes of the hotels I have visited. Cleanliness, everything works. The staff is pleasant. The restaurant on the beach is first class. The beach is beautiful, clean, luxurious entrance to the clear sea. Safely. I recommend it to everyone who is not looking for ultra-fast internet, cable TV, beach attractions and noisy nightlife on vacation....

We had a really lovely two day stay here. Accommodation is rustic but very clean with amazing views of the sea which is literally on your doorstep. The beach is so nice here as was the bar and restaurant. Staff very obliging. Can’t fault the place at all.

Aeneas Landing was great! It's absolutely beautiful!!!! The rooms were great, the beach was amazing and the food was spectacular. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. We were there during the week so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. They have some cute little ponds with turtles! The room had AC which was a lifesaver! And despite the limited breakfast items, it was delicious...

Beautiful resort with great private beach right in front. However rooms are really old and need renovation, especially bathrooms. When you pay 380€ per night you expect a different standard in the rooms. The restaurant is very nice in terms of view/setting and quality of food.. however it’s really overpriced.

This hotel is in the most amazing location with a stunning beach. We booked a seafront room with terrace. Whilst the room was a little bit outdated, the bathroom and interior decoration was quite old-fashioned - the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and had a good aircon. So we didn’t mind the outdated room as the view over the sea and the private beach made up for that. Breakfast was continental...

We spent 10 days in this hotel. Everything was great: location, beach, food. But especially great is the service and people. And what is important: the staff does very nice things that they might not do. Tani, Toni, Luca, Fabienne, you are fantastic people. And most importantly, Maria Luisa who made our vacation fantastic. It is an ideal place to stay in a quiet place along the beach. The service was good. Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was also good, though, bit enough items. The plus side is the location and the structure of the hotel. Very beautiful decorated

Fine! The beach is beautiful and the seawater is amazing with a largest part of spring water ice cold!

Friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean private beach. The fine sand makes for a good playground for children. The sea is very shallow which is especially great when traveling with small kids. The kitchen provides tasty food for dinner. For lunch there's the possibility to grab a sandwich at the beach bar (or take a short drive towards Gaeta for fesh Mozzarella and snacks!). Fantastic Stay! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, a lovely shower too. Beautiful building that's tastefully decorated. Sissi was a lovely host who provided us with her Blue Line Parking voucher and free parking outside the door. The breakfast was a lovely delight and so delicious. I would highly recommend.

She reached out before we arrived with all the parking details and sorted us a reserved spot right out front - made everything so much easier. A tip, if I can improve the wi.fee service, I personally don't care but for some it is a priority. A greeting and thanks to Sissi, the owner, VERY PROFESSIONAL, and always available to give good advice.

Wonderful Bed & Breakfast! The location is not in the old city of Gaeta but a bit further down the coast. I personally loved that since you can take beautiful walks along the Lungomare and reach the top of the old town in about 30 minutes. The owners were lovely, provide you with lots of information and help wherever they can. The breakfast buffet offers lots of mostly sweet choices. The pastries...

I booked the studio apartment, which is quite small for two people. The kitchen is tiny, there's no bidet, and the table is narrow. Ms. Anna is very kind and helpful. The strong points of this B&B are its location and the agreement with paid valet parking. For the price I paid, it's fine.

Everything was beautiful. The shower was spectacular. It's a shame there wasn't a small kitchen, but there really isn't much room. The bar is also very good. In the heart of Gaeta, at the beginning of via Indipendenza, it is clean, functional and offers good comfort in very spacious rooms.

Comfortable clean, the only flaw in the bathroom is that a shelf is needed in the shower cubicle to support the products. Still, I highly recommend it

Great apartment, with deck with view over the beach, open plan living, dining and kitchen, separate bathroom and bedroom (again with a great view), and parking about 100 metres away (for an extra cost - which is a big plus when travelling in August as street parking was hard to find). Paolo was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, taxi service to get into old town for dinner, closest supermarket...

Very nice structure. All with great attention to detail. The style of the rooms is welcoming and full of details. Very pleasant view but in a stretch of coast that is not very convenient for those who want to experience the sea in freedom and tranquility and with the possibility of a larger space, especially with children. In fact, from the accommodation facility you have to cross a road full of cars...

I stayed two nights in the middle of August with my partner. Paolo and Alessandra were of a rare welcome and very available for any need. Gorgeous rooms, as well as the entire facility. A stone's throw from the sea and a few minutes by car from medieval Gaeta. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

I found this B&B for a few days of relaxation with my parents, and they came back super satisfied with the choice they made. They have done nothing but compliments on the room, the breakfast and the whole structure. Also excellent for the position in which it is located. The only "negative" consideration is the paid parking in Gaeta, but it absolutely does not concern the structure. The very kind owner...

Beautiful apartment near the Serapo beach in Gaeta, clean and well furnished. Alessandra welcomed us with extreme kindness and discretion, giving us excellent advice and serving us a delicious breakfast in the external atrium. We will definitely be back!

Mr. Antonio was incredibly kind, welcoming us wonderfully and offering us recommendations for restaurants and monuments to visit. La struttura è nuova e molto accogliente, pulizia impeccabile, il proprietario gentile e disponibilissimo. La posizione è ottimale per chi vuole andare al mare a piedi e lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio riservato. Consigliatissimo

Stanza moderna, pulita, molto curata nei dettagli. Tocco tecnologico-chic con Alexa che ti spiega la struttura e cosa vedere e fare a Gaeta. Punto per me importante è il parcheggio privato per la moto proprio sotto il balcone di casa. Colazione varia.

This was a wonderful property, with the kindest owners! They were so patient with us and our very limited abilities in Italian. They called taxis for us, provided a free shuttle to Split Mountain and the beach, and helped us get back to the train station when we departed. The rooms were very nice, and it was a nice break from Rome for a few days to get to the ocean. Very highly recommended!
