Grand Hotel Le Rocce in Gaeta

Just wow. If you don't want the crowds of Sorrento/Amalfi I highly recommend coming to Gaeta and booking your stay here. It was easy to arrive via taxi from the Formia-Gaeta train station from Rome. Views- Amazing. Staff-Amazing. Rooms-Amazing. Restaurant- Incredible. I can't wait to book again for a solo trip.

The hotel and beach were beautiful . Very relaxing with great views.
Its not really within walking distance of anywhere so a car is needed. We went to Sperlinga most evenings which is about 10 minute drive.

Property was very nice and relaxing. Exactly what I was looking for at this part of my vacation.

Breathtaking panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere with multiple vistas and areas to take it all in. Staff is on point and more than willing to assist with anything you might need. From which train to take for a trip to Rome or where to have dinner in downtown Gaeta. Highly recommend this as a getaway

Very clean, great staff, breath taking sea views all throughout the property. A heavenly piece of paradise in a seaside town.

Great place to stay and relax. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to navigate but it is well worth it.

This hotel boasts probably one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. Please keep in mind that the steps are not for the faint of heart. This hotel offers an authentic Italian experience and not all of the staff will understand English but we enjoyed practicing our Italian. The staff are friendly and service is excellent. The views are amazing. It’s a 35 euro round trip taxi to Gaeta old town where all of the restaurants are. There is some shopping downtown but it’s not sorrento…. A good thing. We arrived in late September early October for five nights. The pool is clean and beautiful, slightly heated and the jacuzzi is a little warmer but not a hot tub. The restaurant was good, but we preferred dining in town. We would stay here again and recommend it for a romantic get away. I think they earned their four stars with service and the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. Please keep in mind that the hotel was not crowded when we arrived and I understand that it is very busy in August so the experience may be different. All in all we love it here. We are in room 212 with a beautiful patio and view in the main building. I recommend to bring some insect repellent. We have one more night and will say arrivaderci to Gaeta.

Parking area was safe and convenient to property. Excellent staff. Good wifi. Good breakfast, beautiful views. A note to mention that there are many levels of outdoor stairs to get to various sections of property, ie breakfast and dinner terraces, pool, beach. Overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel was perfect for a few days stay before our cruise. Georgouses's little cove!!

Stayed here for 3 days, one of the nicest places I've ever been in my life. All the staff are so kind and accommodating, the property is amazing, from the rooms to the restaurants and bars located right on the resort. The private beach is breathtaking and was never too packed. Would definitely recommend to friends family and colleagues. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return.
