Bathing caps for the pool? Ridiculous. Hotel desperately needs renovations. Location is good though.

Clean and comfortable Hotel was clean and desk staff efficient and friendly. Room was Ok but no in-room coffee. Dinner was disappointing. Food was OK, service was not as friendly as front desk. Slightly condescending and very reluctantly performed. Felt more like Paris than beachfront hotel in Italy.

Hotel clean, breakfast was great with a wide selection of items. Pool and Bar was closed guess 3rd & 4th week of Sept are off season. Great place to stay.

The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. But, everything is kept clean and tidy.marble stairs, high ceilings. Large rooms, wide balconies. Decent mattresses, refrigerator.

Pastries were recycled from the day before. Scrambled eggs were not replenished. The quality was poor as it was dried up

Words cannot describe how wonderful Seapark hotel resort is. The food was excellent thanks to Angelo and Angelo and their teams. Stayed with a child. Had to remind about it, though when booked we had put it in. Had to remind about the extra bed as well. The receptionist couldn’t see our booking properly, which was very annoying!

We stayed for one night as a halfway stop on our way to our vacation destination. The location was beautiful, facing the sea, and the room was clean, but the noise from the hallway and the view of the train tracks didn't let us sleep as well as we'd hoped. Great seaside motel. Family run, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was only open on weekends during our stay but Mama's pasta was sure amazing! There are lots of good dining options close by as well.

This is a great hotel in Giulianova a beachside town. Staff are very helpful. Parking is easy & secure. Restaurant and bar is very good. When we arrived we walked into the town about 15 mins. It appeared a quiet little town but when we tried to get into a restaurant we had chosen they were fully booked. Hotel 900 is a must do if you are in the area.

Beautiful common areas, good breakfast, clean. Room and bathroom unbelievably small, without a single window

This was one of nicest hotels I have been recently. I have two suggestions: 1. Please install a schuko power socket at the desk, just like the one that is in the bathroom next to the mirror (I already had an adapter). 2. AC wasn't functional last night of my stay, had to open the windows. For the price range this was fine.

Excellent 3-star hotel, with furnishings and rooms worthy of its category, and a kind and helpful manager and staff who go above and beyond. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread, a variety of pastries, croissants, fresh fruit, and cold cuts, as well as the usual biscuits, butter and jam, yogurt, and three types of cornflakes. I returned to this hotel for the pleasant feeling of being pampered by the very kind owners. I found myself very well both for the kindness and professionalism of the managers, and for the structure located near the sea and at the same time easily accessible from the station. Very good, varied breakfast with desserts prepared by Mrs. Tina who runs the hotel together with her brother Pierluigi. Truly recommended.

Hotel in a central location, rooms with all comforts, excellent breakfast. The special detail, however, is the staff: faced with our very personal need for a less hard mattress, they immediately took steps to change the mattress with a softer one and to purchase and apply a topper in record time. Very nice and clean hotel, in the center and a few steps from the beach. Family run, very kind, excellent breakfast, from the sweet with Mrs. Tina's delicious cakes, to the savory, great choice. The bicycle service offered by the structure is excellent, there is a cycle path on the seafront that leads to the various beaches and nearby locations. Highly recommended!!

Very nice personal who made us feel welcome. We had a nice, fresh room in the annex with a fantastic terrace with view to the beach! Good bed, minibar. Small hotel a stone's throw from the sea. The very kind staff is always at your disposal. The wide choice of homemade cakes for breakfast. The home cooking, always open for your needs, offers delicious and fresh dishes. You feel like home.

Very small nice hotel in the center. Unfortunately I had a negative experience regarding the booking through booking which does not allow the availability of rooms for three people, so you pay 2 rooms for 3 people. Trying to resolve by phone prior to accommodation I did not get positive feedback from the owner. However, I give 3 stars for cleanliness, room and fitness presence and rear parking.

We rented a mobile home. This was new, clean and had airconditioning. The beach is 500 meters away, with our own beds. The staff is very friendly and speaks Italian, English, French and German. The staff also helps with what you can see and do in Abruzzo and the nearby Marche. You can cycle, go to little towns, go to the mountains, etc. We will go there again!

Right by the sea , good restaurant ,clean ,very friendly ,fine sand I highly recomend this resort to families . Close to Giulianova by car or bike .

Chaotic reception upon delivery of keys. Two-room bungalow with large interiors but not very spacious outside. Another negative note is the bar with little choice for breakfast and the market with several empty shelves. Positive note is the location near the sea with a large beach and clean sea.

Nice accommodation, clean site. Reception staff helpful and efficient. Unfortunately some of the bar and shop (mini mart) staff are rude and dismissive. After the second day of our holiday we felt so uncomfortable we decided not to use the bar and shop anymore - preferring instead to spend our money at the nearby Lidl ( 5 minutes away by car) for all our supplies. Their loss I guess.

Great camp on the seaside and with its own swimming pool with toboggan. This year we are lucky to have a great animation team (thank you, Daniel and all your team). Anyone from the camp is always ready to help with any question or problem. And they all know English!

Nice sandy beach, clean sea. We stayed in an apartment outside the resort. It was nice, spacious, newly refurbished but a bit noisy (music at night, dumpster and delivery cars in the morning, car park next to the building). There is a nice path to Guilianova.

Arrived with caravan at 14:30 to discover that silent time was from 2-4pm and we were not let in until 4pm. I complained that I was not told about this when I phoned to book and that it was not on the website. I was then told that it was on the map on the website. Yes ‘silent time’ is but not that the gates are closed. At least we have air con, but our plan of getting to pitch and sleeping for afternoon...
