Professional polite happy staff!

At the end of June, my father and mother stayed at Villa Elena for a week. The property was functional and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The food was excellent, family-style cooking. The property has free parking, and umbrellas and sun loungers are available for use at the property. We stayed one night; it was a stopover on a long trip. I had booked a quadruple room with Booking months before check-in, but in the meantime, my card had expired, so the Booking reservation was canceled. However, after speaking over the phone, they kept the reservation. The price on Booking was €319, and I paid €321, which, considering there are no commissions with direct bookings, isn't fair. We stayed two nights. The property was very well-maintained from the outside, as were the lobby and common areas. The room, however, is showing signs of age, especially the bathroom, with a very damaged shower, containing limescale, mold, and rust. The shower would flood after a shower because it wasn't properly sealed. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. The room, however, was nice and comfortable...

Very clean hotel, we had a great time, from the cleanliness of the room to the lunch and dinner service. Everyone was very friendly, including the housekeepers, who were always very kind and helpful. I recommend it. We will definitely be back. The property is located just a few meters from the sea, a five-minute walk away.

Nice 1 night stop while road tripping across italy

Wonderful hotel that's off the beaten track located in a hillside village close to the sea. It's a 10 minute stroll to the old town to eat in the handful of excellent restaurants. The room we had was large and well furnished, perfect for our two night stay. We stayed to break up our car journey from the Amalfi coast to Venice.

This is a lovely family run hotel. We felt very welcomed and the room was very spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the location beautiful. We would stay there again. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is located close to the beach (just a 5-minute walk). A big advantage is a place reserved for you on the beach (umbrella and sunbeds for which you don't have to pay). Savory and sweet breakfasts + good coffee. Each room has a small fridge and air conditioning. Rooms clean and cleaned daily. A huge advantage - available underground parking. Very hospitable and helpful staff.

Quiet location, wide, well-equipped beach Elegant hotel with every comfort. Two swimming pools, one heated with a whirlpool. Ample shaded parking. Excellent and refined cuisine. Superb service and food, a nice beach and long walking/biking strip along the beach. Rooms are a bit small, but if you're lucky with the weather you're not going to be there much anyway. Clean rooms steps away from the Alba Adratica beach at a very good price. Continental breakfast included with great coffee and local deli meats and bread. Just be aware that there are just a few parking slots for hotel guests. Must pay an extra to use the underground parking.

We rented a mobile home. This was new, clean and had airconditioning. The beach is 500 meters away, with our own beds. The staff is very friendly and speaks Italian, English, French and German. The staff also helps with what you can see and do in Abruzzo and the nearby Marche. You can cycle, go to little towns, go to the mountains, etc. We will go there again!

Great campsite and amenities, and a beautiful beach only 2 minutes away

Good residence. Clean, great location, well-maintained. The clientele, however, isn't up to par, detracting from its value: people dragging tables and chairs around late at night or early in the morning, not caring about anyone else. It's impossible not to respect the rest of others, but this doesn't affect my positive rating of the facility.

We used the property for the Easter weekend, and despite the weather not being the best, the welcome was excellent. The apartments are comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. This is a great hotel in Giulianova a beachside town. Staff are very helpful. Parking is easy & secure. Restaurant and bar is very good. When we arrived we walked into the town about 15 mins. It appeared a quiet little town but when we tried to get into a restaurant we had chosen they were fully booked. Hotel 900 is a must do if you are in the area.

This was one of nicest hotels I have been recently. I have two suggestions: 1. Please install a schuko power socket at the desk, just like the one that is in the bathroom next to the mirror (I already had an adapter). 2. AC wasn't functional last night of my stay, had to open the windows. For the price range this was fine.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience regarding the booking through booking which does not allow the availability of rooms for three people, so you pay 2 rooms for 3 people. Excellent 3-star hotel, with furnishings and rooms worthy of its category, and a kind and helpful manager and staff who go above and beyond. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread, a variety of pastries, croissants, fresh fruit, and cold cuts, as well as the usual biscuits, butter and jam, yogurt, and three types of cornflakes. I found myself very well both for the kindness and professionalism of the managers, and for the structure located near the sea and at the same time easily accessible from the station. I booked a hotel at short notice and couldn't get a taxi after getting off the train. Fortunately, a kind person sent us there for free, thank you. The front desk service is warm, but the conditions are average, the elevator is old, and the breakfast is average. Fortunately, it is relatively close to customers.

A Port in a Storm We were stranded with car breakdown. We managed a last minute booking and found a true gem. La Signora Paola went above and beyond to assist us in our plight so far from home. A second night stay was made available and we could have stayed longer but the car repair was expedited. Lovely breakfasts and we had a super balcony on which to survey the traffic jams below.

Great stay for the price Price-quality ratio was excellent and I enjoyed my stay. Easy to arrive by car, parking spaces available. And the breakfast was excellent too, many choises of delicious pies besides normal items like bread, yoghurt etc.
