We stayed for two nights in December with a colleague in two double rooms for single use and they were very comfortable, at reception the lady is a very friendly and caring person who makes you feel at ease. The hotel also has a free spa inside for guests. In summer you can use an outdoor swimming pool. We will come back for sure.

Very nice and clean hotel. All the staff and owners are very kind. It is close to the bus stop to go to Merano for the markets and the spa. All around there are beautiful paths for walking. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast and as for dinner the dishes are tasty and delicious. The entire relaxation area, spa and swimming pool is very well looked after and very beautiful. Top Class! The view, grounds, rooms, pools, food and service - everything is outstanding. 10-15 minutes by car from center of Merano (above it), in a charming village with apple orchards. Highly recommended

Awesome holiday location. Cozy rooms, nice spa and pool area. Service team acts professional and welcoming. Food is very good, half board is an excellent choice! We stayed at a Natural room, the design is alpine modern, beds are super comfy, views from the balcony are amazing. Hiking and walking options are close, public transport ticket is included in the room fee. Parking is free.

Incredibly friendly staff. Everything was tried to satisfy the guest. A large, varied breakfast buffet. The evening menu is very exquisite. A compliment to the kitchen. The apartments were very well thought out. The mattresses in the beds were great, plus the height-adjustable slatted frame at the head end. All of the rooms are extremely clean, so everything is highly recommended

Clean rooms, nice pool, good breakfast. WiFi not adequate, owner unfriendly with staff. Also, the owner decided to pour pool chemicals into the pool on a Sunday afternoon with plenty of guests enjoying the facilities up to that point.

Casual place with an elegant touch. Menu offers something for everybody, from local specialties to international favorites.

Overall a very good restaurant. Large selection of menus and the quality is good. The staff are very friendly and tried hard. The boss walks through the ranks every now and then. Here and there a Grüß Gott or hello would be nice. But he certainly doesn't need that. But that doesn't really reduce the positive impression.

My husband and I visited this place while on a cycle trip across Europe. It is a lovely hotel. We had a big room with a balcony with great views. It has everything you need. We slept well.

I arrived late and left the next morning, so not much to go on, but found the staff really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a beautiful garden and a very large, pleasant patio area. The town itself is pretty and quiet, and I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

The best restaurant I've ever been to! I'm always looking forward to going there when on vacation. In the restaurant there is a huge variety of different dishes: In the Pizzeria you will get the best pizza of the region, which is quickly and perfectly prepared in a traditional pizza oven. The prices are really affordable! In the restaurant and "Palmengarten" you get regional and Mexican food for good...

I like places like this. Huge menu from Schnitzel to chicken wings and tacos. Nothing fancy, but good food, nice staff.

We spent wonderful days at Residence Eden. The apartment was great and the view was fantastic. The hostess was very, very nice and accommodating. We would love to come back.

Very nice apartment with very nice hosts. Corona requirements are implemented. Very nice that there is an underground car park! Bread service with the local bakery works great. Towels are exchanged on request. Pool with enough loungers available, WiFi is free. The kitchen in the apartment contains all the necessary things. City bus only 50m away, quiet location. We would be happy to come back.
