Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.

We stayed here in mid Nov 24. Loved the hotel, loved Merano. Upon check in we were automatically upgraded to a very nice large modern room. Had a large walk-in wardrobe and large lounge area and view of apple groves. The spa facilities were comprehensive; good sized heated pool, saunas, and quiet chill areas. A nice hotel near the center of Meran. The staff was friendly and kind, the breakfast was great, they offered many things. The room had an air conditioning, was quiet and clean. Only the bathroom was a bit old and did not fit to the rest of the hotel and to the photos online. And parking is not included in the price, but you can find a spot nearby.

Booked last minute and received a price around €150 incl breakfast which is excellent value these days. Loved the park, the outside pool, the outside lounge. The inside pool and the rooms are a tad on the older charming side, but this is typical in all of Italy, and especially in castle hotels. We were very happy with our stay.

We spent our first family vacation with our 6 month old daughter at the Hotel Lisetta - we had a wonderful time thanks to the lovely and warm staff! The hotel location, room facilities, pool area and also the breakfast buffet and evening menu are definitely to be recommended :-)

Nice hotel I think it should be a three star... Maybe the swimming pool made it a 4 Star ... uncomfortable pillow and mattress....nice balcony.

The hotel was perfect: everything was brand new and very clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. The dinners were excellent and very tasty. Even though the hotel is not close to the center, I'd recommend it for sure.

Friendly staff. Location is not so comfortable if you like to visit city center. Rooms arespacious but not enouf power outlets. Breakfast is not outstanding.

Absolutely amazing place. Stayed here for Christmas and could not have been support with the room, the view, the service, and especially the food!

This hotel is simply fantastic! The location and view are breathtaking. Beautifully furnished, pleasant rooms with every comfort. Extremely friendly and helpful staff pamper guests from arrival to departure. The breakfast...

Great hotel! Super clean. Rich breakfast! Very friendly staff! However, you should be careful when booking - the "normal double rooms" only have a French balcony. We definitely missed a balcony to sit out on or to hang up clothes in the fresh air after hiking. Unfortunately, we did not pay attention when booking.
