Boss very friendly and tried hard. Looks well organized and is happy to help. Your partner, however, appears very unfriendly, snotty and dismissive. Room: despite the price rather simple, with hard-to-close bathroom doors and diced colored bed linen. Breakfast very good and varied. Pool area with no shade and a simple ready-to-use pool. Garden planting at most only in the making and sad for plant lovers...

Beautiful hotel in lovely location. Unfortunately I arrived too late and left too early to take advantage of the spa and wonderful swimming pool. But I will return to do so at a later date. Very welcome break from a long drive through the small mountain roads.

Nice hotel to stay in Meran. City Center is just a 15 min walk.

EXCELLENT TO STAYCATION DURING SUMMER.. Hotel Juliane at Italy...the hotel is very soacious . Luxury . and have a great facilities and amenities..fabulous 2 swimming pool. Indoor and outdoor pools surprisingly with a lush garden all surrounding at the hotel.. sundeck chairs. Deck umbrella .stunning spot location the propert around the place..is very clean..free breakfast ..foods is very well delicious...

There was aircon which functioned well. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The outdoor pool was very nice and I was often alone in it. The pool is long enough to actually swim in, which is great! I liked having the option to eat breakfast outside or inside. The buffet breakfast was good. The location is within walking distance to town. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. Be sure...

We stayed 3 days. We can say that the welcome was nice, unlike other structures in the area. Very accurate food and preparation of dishes, kind staff, last but not least, cleanliness and order in every environment. To remember and recommend. Super the waiter, always ready and attentive. Thanks 👍
