Hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel because there is a swimming pool. All the rest is 3-star level. Hotel Concordia is excellent — very beautiful and perfectly located, with many options around. The hotel’s restaurant is wonderful and was often full, which makes sense since it’s also open to the public. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional.

All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room on the third floor was immaculate. They've done a great renovation of the hotel. Our blacony overlooked the square which was quiet and had views of the mountain. The staff were accomodating when we needed extra things to help with our stay. Generally a really positive vibe here.

We had an amazing 4 days at Hotel B&B Bondi. Everyone was so helpful and very handy that Federica is also a ski instructor.
