A warm and wonderful stay at Hotel Cristallo

We had an amazing week at Hotel Cristallo with our three kids and their ++. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The hotel is small, cozy, and perfectly located in the center of Livigno – right by the bus stop, which made getting around super easy.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also appreciated the underground parking garage. Breakfast was fresh and well taken care of every morning. The owner greeted us with genuine warmth and quickly got to know our preferences, which made us feel even more at home.

In the evenings, after a delicious meal, we loved hanging out in the bar where we were always welcome to play games and relax together.

Hotel Cristallo is full of charm and hospitality – a true gem in Livigno.
We’ll definitely be back!

This is my second time I stayed and I love the rhythm, vibe and family feel of the hotel. Always made to feel welcome and at home. Maura genuinely cared that I was having a good day EVERY day and I appreciated that. Food is excellent quality and great value for money. Would not stay anywhere else in Livigno - I introduced my daughter and her boyfriend this year and they loved it too.

We had a great week at Hotel Cristallo (two families / four rooms). The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is awesome. The wellness area is the best we have tried yet. The staff is also very nice. We departed early in the morning (due to the tunnel opening hours) so they offered to make us lunch packs. We hope to visit Hotel Cristallo again 😊

We were with a group of 6 people and they made sure we had a good seating area together for the whole week. I love the fresh breakfast and dinner they served, it felt like I was dining outside every night. Breakfast is the same every morning, but it is very fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and very helpful, too. The owner Maura helped me find a great ski teacher just the night before, on a night when it was snowing we wanted to go out with sleds and she gave us every sled she could find at the hotel. We stayed late on some nights to play board games in the common area and she even joined us playing. The rooms are also very spacious, clean and comfortable. All in all, I'd go back and recommend it to everyone. The bus stops just in front of the Hotel door, so no need to walk with your equipment and the city center is 2 minutes away.

Great hotel. The owner welcomed us and helped us with everything. Smiling and responsive staff, excellent, delicious food. The rooms are furnished in a typical Alpine style, cleaned every day. There are all the amenities for skiers. We will back again!!!

Recently stayed 1/2 board at this family-run hotel. Plenty of choice for breakfast plus 4 different courses for dinner. Nice gins and wine pairings. Ideal location with bus stop directly outside. I don’t ski but swam 50km at the pool. Will return.

You really feel at home in Cristallo with very friendly staff. For skiing it is well located even though it is not next to a lift. A 3 minutes' walk and you can ski down to the nearest lift and you can ski back to Cristallo both from the Costacio and the Carosello side.
