A brunette girl on the reception was rude! Our toddler broke toe-skin on the stairs and INSTEAD of offering any help - she immediately rushed to accuse us of "ruining the sofa completely" prior we managed to check-in. Breakfast: Guests cannot pour coffee for themselves, you have to ask a waiter and wait for it. Pebble beach is not comfortable without beach shoes, some guest can be called SECOND-CLASS...

Gorgeous resort off the beaten path- felt like a slice of heaven- room was modern, comfortable- stayed on the nonpremium side of resort, but was beautiful with elevator down to private beach with assigned chairs- sea was so lovely. Felt like an amazing way to start our trip in Puglia. Restaurant was very nice for breakfast and dinner- breathtaking views- staff were so nice. Thank you!

The location is great, the views from the restaurant and sea view room incredible. Everything: room, food, service, beach, pool area was excellent. Food at the beach restaurant did not meet the expectations. We were there the last weekend of the season; there was only a limited number of guests so the atmosphere was very relaxed. One of the best hotels in Italy for price/quality ratio. We stayed here for the first time over 10 years ago. It's clear that the excellent property maintenance and regular renovations have made it better than it was 11 years ago. The entire staff is great!

The property, beach and surroundings are as beautiful as the photos online, so we got what we came for in the sense that we got to relax and log some time on a gorgeous beach to unwind a bit towards the end of our vacation. Great location for a hotel. It’s about 35 mins south of Vieste which a bustling area especially in the summertime. The two beaches available are very beautiful and quiet. They have chairs, umbrellas and a bar at the beach. Two glass elevators transport you down the cliff to the beach access. SUP and kayaks are included and available. You are assigned a beach and a chair based on your room number....

Stunning location, elegant rooms, stylish decor, brilliant chef. This must be one of the very best places to stay in Puglia. Slight note of caution, that it would be best to avoid weekends in May and September when the hotel doubles as a wedding venue. But otherwise it's perfect.

Beautiful resort surrounded by greens, tranquillity, olive and lemon trees, a perfect swimming pool with Jacuzzi, bar/restaurant that serve decent food and drinks and the staff were friendly and a good team, the nearest beach is walking distance 300m, you can also hike up monte saraceno for spectacular views, (Rocky terrain so have proper terrain shoes), overall perfect place for a nice quiet vacation...

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Torre Santa Maria. We strongly recommend this resort if you are planning to vacation in the area! The staff are all wonderful! They are very helpful have great advice for things to do in the area or places to eat. The pool is amazing! We will definitely stay at this resort again next time we are in the area.

Please note that this place dont really have a jacuzzi, it is simply a smaller pool close to the big one and it is not hot nor warm. Great breakfast, location is not so good but doesn't really matter when you're with a car. The room was nice.

We had to stay for 10 days, but we immediately had a great time with the owners and especially with the entertainer and then we added another 2 days. The catering was excellent. The super clean rooms. As for the animation we found ourselves super well, the animator was super present and ready to welcome all the children and above all the proposals of the games. Nice atmosphere with the pool and playground for kids needs better cleaning and maintenance. Food for kids are excluded from the half pension package, also tourist tax (2.5€/day/pax) Pebbles beach, not great for small kids, baby eats the stone, tordler can't run around or play sandcastles, but clean water.

A decent hotel with a nice size rooms. They do need some updates on the rooms since they are old. The shower is very small and the towels are very thin. The pool is great but you will need a bathing cap to swim in the pool. You have easy access by stairs to the beach with pebbles. In the evening they often have weddings and depending on your room location this will bring some noise.

Nice, very clean hotel, not much interaction with staff to comment on, very good breakfast options. Although right on the long beach and beautiful view, it is a rock beach, so not comfortable for sunbathing or doing any strolling. Very nice pool. No Wifi was available in the room!

Cozy, clean hotel right beside beach. Nice views of beatiful marine landscapes. Enclosed with lot of olive trees. In restaurant only one person was able to speak english.

Within a few meters I find the sea, swimming pool, restaurant & breakfast, parking, room, reception; all coordinated by the precious cordiality of the hotel management, Paolo in the first place. Excellent value for money of the restaurant, great availability of the service staff. I plan to go back in September.

Nice room in the center ... but ... noise from the bars and restaurants below open until the wee hours ... and then they don't accept credit cards

The hotel is 10 rooms like a separate villas. It is in a very quet aria in the middle of olive forest.In the room you have everything you need for your pleasant stay and vacation. You havevery near the beach and diffrent restorants. I tottaly recomend for a quiet vacation near the nature.

Great place to spend a quiet and relaxing holidays. Each of the small villa has a patio with garden. Nice breakfast too! Amazing tomatoes and fresh fruit. You can purchase also their native olive oil which is of great quality. Highly recommended place !

Very nice, neat and clean hotel. The professional, kind and always available staff. We had dinner a couple of evenings, sampling both the pizza and the restaurant dishes. All really great. The courgette blossoms stuffed with prawns are simply delicious. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything to all the staff.

Fantastic welcome from Matteo who was also very flexible about our booking. He took time to tell us about Mattinata including restaurant recommendations. Hotel is within easy walking distance of the (pebble) beach where you will also find multiple bars and restaurants. The whole place is clean. The ambiance is peaceful and friendly. Breakfast on site is 12 euros if not part of your booking package...

Very nice place to stay. Nice clean pool with a pool bar. The staff takes care of cleaning quite often. All the staff is very friendly. At the poolbar quite good selection of drinks. One thing would better- to make a choice of snack for a quick lunch toasts and stuff for example.

We have spent an unforgettable holiday at Torre del Porto. It's the second time for us and coming back we found a lot of improvements! We chose the studio with sea view, cosy, well equipped, amazing a/c, with a awesome sea view balcony facing the sea. We dined for a few times in our balcony with such a great view. Everything was really great - the room was very cozy, cleaned on a daily basis carefully, the staff was very helpful and nice, the breakfast (coffee, croissant, fresh juice) was served just opposite the hotel. B&B Matinee is highly recommended :)
