We’ve just had three lovely nights at this beautiful hotel on the Gargano peninsula. The food was delicious, the breakfasts couldn’t be better with everything we wanted, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. . Thanks to you all 🙏😄. If you are lucky enough to get here, check the unusual bath and shower. Ours was really special but being less able I found it quite a challenge and would have preferred the usual walk in shower.

Stunning location, elegant rooms, stylish decor, brilliant chef. This must be one of the very best places to stay in Puglia. Slight note of caution, that it would be best to avoid weekends in May and September when the hotel doubles as a wedding venue. But otherwise it's perfect.

We celebrated our wedding with Gioia on Saturday 14 September 2024, everything was impeccable, the cuisine and the entire event curated by the director Giuseppe Ferrantino, the arrangements and detailed care of the room and exteriors by the Wedding planner Filomena and the management of the lunch and morning steps by the very kind maitre d' Luigi, The location is located in a strategic point with a fantastic view, the staff is super qualified and the food impeccable!! What can I say, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Locanda del Carrubo for your wedding ❤️

A well located (for beautiful beaches and Vieste) boutique, spa hotel. The bedrooms are a little tired and the bathrooms, in particular, in need of modernisation. The spa is very good. Breakfast is excellent. The staff are just charming.. Francesco, our waiter gets 5 stars!! Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
