Hotels in Paestum

First of all the location is not good but you know that before you go there. As for the facilities the rooms were big and clean and ours was renovated. The breakfast was not good for Italian cuisine while the restaurant to have a meal there was nothing special. They should pay attention to the restaurant because in that area there are not many options nearby.

We were in this hotel to spend a weekend near the sea to relax, we were very surprised about kindness and care in all aspects, room was very clean and well organized, dinners and breakfasts delicious and various every day. Beach is very closed and easy to reach, the service is very helpful and fast (food is tasty).

Paestum is beautiful with great history and Hotel Le Palme is a fantastic place to stay when you come. The hotel is superb, with friendly, helpful staff and the food is great. Pool is perfect as well and the beach is just a short stroll away (or there is a buggy service if you prefer). We had a wonderful week there.

What a lovely hotel! The rooms are comfortable and have a balcony, air conditioning, fridge, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. The food is exceptionally good and the table service both efficient and friendly. We were part of a large group. We stayed in room 318, It was clean and large enough, but the A/C couldn’t be set to a temperature that was comfortable for me, Wish the Best for summer. Belive to visited another time.

Stayed here 3 nights prior to attending a wedding in Paestum. Our deluxe room was large and clean with a good shower. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is wonderful. As for being a 5-star hotel. The rating is less than I would expect from a 5-star. The bathrooms were less than adequate. When the three of us arrived, we carried our own bags into the hotel and to our rooms. The pool costs to use, and the towels are an additional cost. The bar and the bar staff were amazing.

Everybody is very friendly, breakfast is fantastic. Parking is a huge plus. I’m a tall guy therefore quite heavy, that was the most comfortable bed in any hotel that I had a pleasure to sleep. We had an anniversary, and we have received complementary champagne. Thank you!

Location, location, location - on the beach If you plan to visit the ancient ruins at Paestum, then this hotel is the place to stay. We visited in week 41 - and enjoyed listening to the sound of the sea through the open door to the nice balcony, which had amazing view over Salerno bay with the Amalfi coast and Capri on the horizon. Good hotel if you want to spend your day at the beach. Unfortunately the room is very old and the service provided is from the 60s! They dont let you choose the sunbeads or the table to eat even if they are empty.. Good experience overall but don’t expect much of this hotel than the beach

A really special place! The hotel is actually nicer than shown in the photos which is rare. The staff are the friendliest and so attentive. The property is immaculately cared for and really luxurious. The breakfast buffet is divine! And the beach is fantastic. Highly recommended!

I like it there. It's a quiet location with a nice sandy beach and plenty of sunbeds. The staff is helpful, parking is free and plentiful, and there's a good restaurant on-site along with a decent breakfast, a bar and a pool. Clean rooms. The WiFi is a bit slow, and the air conditioning isn't very efficient.

This resort was perfect for our day trip to Pasteum and Pompeii. The room and hotel grounds were immaculate, very pretty. (It reminded us of Palm Springs). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, definitely not just your basic continental fare.! Our favorite thing was the access to the private beach for watching the sunset. We would highly recommend!

Close to the beach (15 min walk), but what we appreciated the most were that they had bicycles to use. The condition of the bikes was just okay, so you have to be a bit picky, but they were great for getting around since there seemed to be no local bus service in the area. It took about 20 min to ride to the archeological park and just a few min to get to the beach where there is a long promenade along...

Ideally located for the excavations, but the surrounding area is quite shabby. Not a huge choice of nice restaurants.

The room wasn’t in the main property and was 3 blocks away. This was the only main burden. If the room was in the building we would be able to reach the front desk and the hotel facilities more easily. Besides that everything else was quite good and enjoyable.

It was modern, with coffee and tea service, all the toiletries imaginable, close to a mini-mart and bar and within walking distance of my tour hotel. It also had a collection of poetry in the room.

The hotel was newly built, clean, and the friendly staff made my trip enjoyable.

We liked the pool and the area of the hotel. Also the stuff was helpful and it has the shared bicycles to borrow for free, to move around Paestum (easy to reach by that the archeological area or minigolf)

We stayed one night on our way to Rome. They gave us a large room for a cheap price. Breakfast was buffet style, good quality. Everything was clean and elegant. We weeks lucky that it was October - the place was almost deserted so we had it all for ourselves.

Shady waiter We enjoyed staying at the hotel and the pool is very nice. However at the restaurant the waiter overcharged us and the hotel refused to adjust the bill later. Could have been almost perfect. We have been to the restaurant only. We were 3 familles 5 adults and 5 children (10 to 14 yo). Visited Meridiana Hotel for a wedding. Service at wedding was outstanding, Counterdesk service was bored and busy with Mobil phone and chats with colleagues. Parking slots are not secured, everyone could enter ( not ideal for this type of location) food was good, I was still expecting more

Family owned and operated. Very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful pools and large rooms. Close to the beach but the pools are so nice you probably won't go to the beach that often. If you do the hotel will reserve loungers and umbrellas for you right on the edge of the water. Food at the hotel is excellent.

I don't like the style of the hotel but the room is not bad. Pretty good breakfast and the owner nice and kind. My partner complained about the air conditioning hitting his face but personally it doesn't bother me. You can also watch sky for free but some channels sometimes don't work. I found myself quite well!

Structure with great potential just a few meters from the sea! All the kind and attentive staff, really good and quality food: we often ate fish! They also organized an evening with barbecue in the garden and live music, and a fun parade for the children. The only flaw we were in the adjacent building and the outside was dirty and decadent.

We were greeted with courtesy and availability. The beach view room is spotless and comes with everything you need for families including a small fridge to keep something cool. Everything for families and children. An additional positive note goes to the catering service. Things are of excellent quality, fresh genuine and very good. The staff was courteous and the room size and comfort was excellent. The provided breakfast and options for lunch and dinner were great with affordable price and excellent service. Overall our experience was great including the proximity to the sea and the private Lido Il Pescatore.

The hotel is right on the beach. Staff were very helpful and always avaliable. We had to check out very early to catch our flight home but were offered breakfast and were given what we asked for promptly on rising. Dinner was limited but very good value.

Literally right next to the beach. It’s a very nice location. All you can eat breakfast is included, and there’s a fine variety of pastries, bread, meats, and cheese among other things. It’s tasty! The rooms offer a coastal vibe which suits the location.

The location is excellent: 5 minutes walk and you're at the beach. Parking inside the property. The Hotel is surrounded by green, you wake up with the birds singing, you sleep really, really well. Very nice hotel, with designer decorations. The only thing that made me take one star off was the state of the bathroom. While the rooms were great, clean and in good shape, the shower and the floor had traces of dry limescale, and the showerhead was really not clean!

The hotel looks lovely from the moment you approach. We managed to walk from the train station (Capaccio Rabadiccio) to the hotel. The room was a good size, with a nice closet, safe and drawers.
