This was an absolutely lovely hotel with great staff. There was an issue with our beds upon arrival and we were upgraded to a larger suite with no hassle. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms have amazing views. The on-site breakfast was also of high quality. Highly recommended. This was a trip with friends but I will be returning with family as well.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s in a fantastic location. You have your choice of the lake or the sea. The staff is friendly and responsive. The breakfast was delicious.

Amazing place to stay on a calm village, nice views and gentile people. The hotel is beautiful, they have rooms to attend some work meetings, and the garden is perfect to do afterwork. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner were tasty! Thanks for these good days!

Everything was clean and staff was friendly. The nearby beach is definitely worth to visit several times.

Service and assistance were great. Large room with private courtyard and a clothes drying rack! Very functional and clean. Breakfast included one of selection of quality pastries, home-made coconut cake, yogurt, fresh fruit and of course coffee.

The hotel is very tired unfortunately (( I was there in 2005. I liked it, so I decided to come back. In comparison: the appearance of everything as a whole has become better, the picture is good. But in the details: cabinets, frames, furniture on the balcony - sad .. The location is VIP, but the content is disappointing. Such responsive guys work at the reception, but they also do not look respectable...

The hotel has a strategic location and a spacious beach. It's not the first time I've been to this property, but this year it's gotten worse in terms of the facilities and services. Staying on the lake side means checking in and out in the main building. You can book a restaurant dinner at reception, but if you dare ask for an outdoor table, you can't choose one unless you go to the restaurant and...

Relaxing weekend in November with still pleasant weather. Breakfast and SPA were to our liking, as well as the cleanliness and services offered by the structure. The fact that it is seafront is a great advantage!

If you are looking for quiet and romantic place I highly recommend this hotel but it’s a bit old a renovation would be great

We were staying at the hotel begging of the October, so out of season time, and had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The hotel amenities, like pool and wellness were closed, but we had the beach and all the lounge areas almost for ourselves. The personal were very friendly and helpful. I was so pleased to find that all the negative reviews were wrong. From the moment we were welcomed by the helpful, friendly staff at reception till we left, we encountered lovely staff, excellent facilities and an amazing breakfast. The rooms still have normal keys (nice as you dont have that issue with the power going off when you leave the room and take the card out of the socket). They are spacious...

A very nice stay at this hotel. The service was fantastic, everyone was so nice and the food was amazing. Thank you to Roberta in the restaurant, she was so nice! We would love to come back again, the only minus was that the beds was too hard for me so my hope is that they provide extra madrass to on top of the beds or change some of them to softer.

A hotel located directly on the beach. Courteous, efficient and prepared staff. Impeccable service. The property offers swimming pool, beach service and parking. The social areas with breathtaking sea views are beautiful

Nice structure, but the furniture, especially that of the rooms, is a bit dated. This and other small aspects make the three stars of this hotel narrow. I recommend more attention in cleaning the bathroom. Breakfast to be adapted more to a three-star hotel. The relationship between price and quality of the dinner in the structure is good. All in all I recommend it.

Great location and affordable!

Very nice hotel about a kilometer from the beach. We stayed in December and the rooms were always warm, which was very pleasant. The staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good, although I found the chairs to be sunken. Convenient parking right in front of the entrance.

A peaceful and relaxing stay, excellent location 1 km from the sea and very close to the city, excellent and plentiful breakfast, professional staff, and extremely friendly reception. A great place to relax in a beautiful village. Recommended.

Location is near the beach and restaurants, hotel in general is clean except breakfast wasn’t well organised. Breakfast ends at 10am but by 9:30pm when the tiny buffet is empty they don’t replenish. Staffs are not very friendly and service in the restaurant is lacking. Dinner wasn’t exceptional and they seem to be understaffed.

People who work there are very polite. Rooms are quit new and clean. You can get to any beach by hotel’s car (but not any time). Breakfast is nice also. Recommend!

Hotel located a short distance (2 km) from the center of Sabaudia. The well-maintained two-level structure features furnishings with a maritime theme. The first floor shares a large dining room with the Pepe restaurant, which also operates independently of the hotel. The rooms are located on the second floor.
