Check in was 3pm, it’s now 3:05 asked for my room as I’m not feeling too well they said at least another 10 minutes... No upgrade

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff and owner, Antonella, couldn’t do enough to make our stay a joy. We weren’t easy, 6 adults, 2 of which were vegan, 2 children and a baby. Seafront location private parking. Staff always available and very kind. Spotless rooms, perfect spa and pool. Hearty and well served breakfast. Lunch and dinner served in the great beach restaurant. Very nice hotel experience in the calm surrounding area of San Felice Circeo. Beautiful property, helpful staff, glorious AC and a nice Continental breakfast were the highlights. The awkward placement of the toilet too close to the shower was the only complaint I had. Would recommend to travelers with their own form of transportation.

Well located on the sea with private parking. I recommend asking for one of the refurbished rooms which I found very clean and well soundproofed. To improve the breakfast (essential) and the a la carte dinner based on fish which personally did not satisfy me at all, otherwise a good structure.

We have been spending our holidays here for 3 years, we have 2 small children and in my opinion it is ideal !!! They are able to accommodate and satisfy our needs. In my opinion it is an excellent family-run hotel where the food is excellent and genuine! To next year !

I booked a standard room at this property, overlooking the garden. When we arrived we were surprised because we found a sea view room. We went to Villa Penelope for a couple's dinner at the hotel restaurant. If you are looking for a restaurant for a romantic dinner this is perfect. The place is very nice, few tables, elegant and quiet with a beautiful view of the sea, in the evening it was a perfect setting! Fantastic beachfront location, but a little further from the center. The private beach is neat and clean, a few steps from the hotel and the sea is splendid. Simple but complete and good breakfast, plus the staff is very helpful. The only flaws are the windows of the rooms a little old and the external facade of the farmhouse to be repainted, otherwise a wonderful stay. Recommended.

Unfortunately it was a pleasant experience to stay only one night in this small but organized hotel on the south coast of Circeo. Absolutely wonderful hotel. A truly Mediterranean paradise. Great breakfast (although loads of wasps in the terrace!). Not the best option for reduced mobility people, loads of stairs.

Excellent tasty cuisine in a beautiful surrounding. Nice atmosphere and professional service. The hotel is "nec plus ultra" and really the only five star of the mount Circeo area. Already only the garden is a must to visit.

It is a nice hotel, most of the staff are very nice and helpful. The location is great, you have almost everything you need for a very quiet relaxing holiday. Just be prepared because is it very expensive. My honest opinion is not quite good value for the money. First time in the B&B. The place is well cared for, right from the orchard - adjacent to the internal parking - which welcomes you when you arrive. Lovely place with a breathtaking sea view, never seen such a beautiful sea. Hospitality is exceptional, you feel in heaven. The only flaw is the road to reach the claro de lua, but it's really worth it. I highly recommend it to everyone

Location was good to access beach and local restaurants if you didnt mind walking 20-30 minutes, which we did. Parking at beach was tough so we walked.. Owner was helpful in making restaurant and beach reservations. Nice Italian-style breakfast with good coffee.
