Residence Dolce Vita Apart-hotel

We had a wonderful holiday thanks to the perfect accommodation in the Alba suite (Dolce Vita residence). We are demanding travelers when it comes to accommodation. The Alba Suite at the Dolce Vita Residence is stunning, fully equipped and spacious. It has a beautiful, large terrace with a narrow but nice sea view. Nice, modernly furnished. Perfectly tidy and clean. We greatly appreciate the individually wrapped bed linen and towels during the crown of the pandemic. The owners paid attention to every detail and safety. Location excellent, a few steps from the beach, it is possible to reach the center on foot both to San Benedetto and Porto D Ascoli. Excellent parking in the Garage - only for a selected number of cars, so no one limited us if we wanted to leave by car and return again. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We were very satisfied and recommend it to demanding travelers. Definitely the best apartment in Italy we have ever had. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location, swimming pool included in the package, cool place with green spaces and games for children .. terrace or porch ... possibility to eat indoors or outdoors ... very comfortable bed .... very good appliances. three minutes from the beach .. friendly owners, helpful polite. Good cleaning and kitchen equipment.

Perfect services, great place

We want to highly recomand this place for families. There are nice appartments and an nice swimmingpool for both children and adoults. It is a small playground for det smallest children in the back garden, thats nice. The residence were close to the beach,( 4 minutes to go) where you can borrow beachcheers for free,. the beach is perfekt for small children) The Residence is not so fare away from city sentre eighter( approximently 7 minutes with the bus, and the busstop were close to the appartment).

There are also some nice resturant nerby, and the Hamburger and hot-dog lunsjbar is and must, after some time by the beach. ( it is on the beach- street)

. But the best thing with this place, is Dolce Vita residences owners. They are the most loveing and helpful couple, that fix everything for you.

We have been coming to San Benedetto for many years and stayed at many places. Residence Dolce Vita is the best! Very comfortable, rooms are spacious, the pool and garden are very lovely. The best thing about this residence is the personalized service you receive from the owners. Fantastic hosts!!! We love staying here!
