Good residence. Clean, great location, well-maintained. The clientele, however, isn't up to par, detracting from its value: people dragging tables and chairs around late at night or early in the morning, not caring about anyone else. It's impossible not to respect the rest of others, but this doesn't affect my positive rating of the facility.

We used the property for the Easter weekend, and despite the weather not being the best, the welcome was excellent. The apartments are comfortable and well-equipped. Immaculately clean and recently renovated, they offer a great place to relax even when it's raining outside. The terrace with sea view is also very pleasant.

Beautiful property, very clean, excellent reception service, and the owners, especially Cristina, and the staff, were incredibly helpful and courteous. The cleanliness, location, and courtesy are truly excellent! Rooms feature a large, livable balcony (those on the ground floor have a private garden), air conditioning (unfortunately, there's a fee!), a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer. The property also has a washing machine available for guest use and a vending machine. There's a fully equipped and free beach right in front of the property...

You simply have to cross the street and the beach is there. To rent a place for your holidays this is the right place.

Nice family owned hotel, good price and hospitality.

I booked a hotel at short notice and couldn't get a taxi after getting off the train. Fortunately, a kind person sent us there for free, thank you. The front desk service is warm, but the conditions are average, the elevator is old, and the breakfast is average. Fortunately, it is relatively close to customers.

Very nice staff, excellent breakfast room on the 5th floor with view over the village, rooms are a bit aged, but clean, you need a car to go to the restaurants and the beach. Pricing is fair.

A Port in a Storm We were stranded with car breakdown. We managed a last minute booking and found a true gem. La Signora Paola went above and beyond to assist us in our plight so far from home. A second night stay was made available and we could have stayed longer but the car repair was expedited. Lovely breakfasts and we had a super balcony on which to survey the traffic jams below.

Great stay for the price Price-quality ratio was excellent and I enjoyed my stay. Easy to arrive by car, parking spaces available. And the breakfast was excellent too, many choises of delicious pies besides normal items like bread, yoghurt etc.

nice place that deserves a bit of an overhaul. however it makes up all of it with the incredible service and friendliness of everybody! be advised the location is on the intersection, it gets very noisy all day.

We stayed only 2 days but it was ok. We arrived at 1.30am and there was somebody to welcome us. Breakfast, swimming pool, underground parking.

Arriving late in the night (but having warned well in advance), the concierge informs us that due to an overbooking problem one of the 2 booked rooms was given away by mistake and they diverted us all together (1 couple + 1) in a quadruple - take or leave-. Very pleased to book this hotel, nice polite and friendly staff. Great location close to the beach and great bargain with beach umbrellas and sunbeds chairs. Breakfast a little poor in choice but ok if you are not fuss. Recommended anyway for it good value!

The beds are really hard as well as the pillows.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, very central to the town of martinsicuro (and it must be beautiful in the summer which is when I plan to come back) Nice breakfast and helpful staff, good value for the price.

Small hotel with parking, renovated in a modern style. Very affordable price for a triple room with TV and minibar. Comfortable and new bathroom. Convenient restaurant service and very nice staff. Abundant and varied breakfast. Personal in reception extremely helpful and kind. Convenient location for the town center.
