The location is perfect, by the beach.
The room are big enough with a spacious terrace and a big bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The panoramic terrace with the jacuzzi and comfortable sunbeds is probably the best part of the hotel. The SPA and fitness center are available with an extra charge. The hotel has also and agreement with a beach club nearby which provides you with sunbeds and an ombrella for an extra fee daily.
The staff is friendly an helpful.

I don’t give a 5-star rating because there’s no coffee/tea making facility in the room (maybe due to COVID-19 protocols or management choice) and because of the extra charge to use the gym.

This attractive hotel offers not only normal hotel rooms but also spacious apartments. The hotel and the complex are very clean! Especially in times of Covid, cleanliness and hygiene are important aspects.
The equipment of the apartments is modern and functional and offers guests everything they need for a comfortable stay.
The apartments were also cleaned thoroughly every day, which is not always done at other apartment hotels.
The entire staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only point of criticism or improvement is the breakfast:
For a 4-star hotel, the variety of dishes / products on offer was too little for us and did not correspond to the international standard. Since the normal buffet process was not available due to Covid times and only 2 service staff served the wishes of the guests, queues were often preprogrammed. The buffet itself was confusing and special requests were not taken into account. Hard-boiled or scrambled eggs were available every day, but a special request (e.g. a simple fried egg or a certain cooking time for a breakfast egg) was not possible. I don't know such inflexibility from other 4-star hotels.

Overall, however, everything was excellent!! - even if we wanted a little more at breakfast (I also know that breakfasts in central Italy are not as lavish as northern Europeans like to do).

Recommendation: choose a room with a sea view. The morning sunrise or the illuminated palm promenade in the evening are beautiful to look at here.

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel that is one of the best in the area. Rosario and his colleagues at the reception were always helpful and resourceful. Renovated, comfortable, clean and well equipped room with large balcony. The common facilities are very good: depth and length of main pool nice for swimming, rooftop lounging area with jacuzzi and the spa at the basement (10 euros for two hours, worth it at least once, really nice and big area). Breakfast very good, maybe could do better with savoury, cakes and pastries were delicious. Relaxed location next to the sea. Great memories...
