We booked this at the last minute due to its proximity to the airport in Reggio Calabria. It was the nicest place in which stayed in all of Puglia and Calabria. Room was immaculate and the staff attentive and professional.

Excellent Off-Season Value Arrived on a Sunday afternoon in October, for a 2-night stay, only to learn that the spa is closed on Mondays. Absolutely wonderful stay! The resort is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Strait of Messina, beautiful gardens, and a real sense of peace. The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms spacious and elegant, and the pool and spa made it a perfect retreat. Breakfast offers a wide variety, while lunch and dinner are truly Michelin-star level.

Without question the best resort spa in Villa San Giovanni . This is where my dad is from ,so I’ve come to Villa quite a bit . My favorite ! Great live music and Dj by the pool , amazing views of Sicily across the sea . Restaurant rivals any Michelin restaurant that I’ve been to .

Everything was great. The one thing I will say, ensure that you have clicked on the right amount of guests; for some reason, my ******* defaulted to one guest and we were charged 40 euro a night for each night, which ended up costing an additional 400 euro for the stay.

We, Roland and Silvia from Switzerland, travelling by bycicle, spent 1 night in the Hotel la Conca. Francesco is a very friendly and helpful person. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were very happy to stay there and recommend it to everybody.

I spent one night at this hotel with my dog ​​and can highly recommend it if you're planning to take the ferry to Sicily. Hotel Il Dollaro is a genuine family-run business with truly warm and welcoming owners. They are always available and helpful – whether it's with breakfast, buying ferry tickets, or restaurant recommendations. Bravo!

I think this is an excellent choice, inexpensive, and the hotel owners are very loyal. My car broke down and they helped me a lot with the repair.
