Very spacious room, huge bed and comfortable mattress. The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel management, it cannot be set up individually in each room. The shower was newly renovated and very comfortable and spacious. Location is great, just 7 minutes walk to main Piazza in Messina. Very close to the train station as well.

Rooms are outdated, hallways had old and dirty carpets but the people at the reception are friendly and even offered a free upgrade to one of the rooms. Location is really good in the center of the city. Bed linen and towels excellent quality.

We stayed here only one night. The location is strategic, close to the ferry harbour, at least one of them, to the train station and to one of the main squares. The hotel looks like an 80 vintage gem in need of a refreshing. But overall it's still in a nice condition.

Location is a little away from attractions, but still within 30 mins walking distance. There arent much good restaurants nearby the street

The hotel is situated slightly outside the city centre. It offers a friendly atmosphere with a very accommodating Staff. It encompasses a restaurant with decent food and a bar for those who are interested in a late evening or afternoon drink. despite that our room needed some extra attention it was nice and had everything needed. I stayed in this hotel because I had to go to a concert at the sports hall, I chose it for its proximity to the venue, the area seemed quiet to me, excellent restaurant and the waitress with us was very kind and friendly, a little more maintenance should be done, and more attention should be paid to the cleaning of the rooms, there was a bit of dust, for the rest the stay was to our liking.

The Hotel is a good location coming or going to the ferry harbour. It is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is continental and very rich with excellent Italian coffee, yoghurt, fresh fruit, sweet and savory food.

We, Roland and Silvia from Switzerland, travelling by bycicle, spent 1 night in the Hotel la Conca. Francesco is a very friendly and helpful person. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were very happy to stay there and recommend it to everybody.

This boutique hotel is a must if you in Messina. Great concierge service and the rooms are comfortable!!! The breakfast at the rooftop terrace was relaxing and the coffee superb!!! .very central, easy access to supermarket. Close to bus stop. Can be noisy outside in the street at night. A safe refuge when a cruise ship is in town. Tha manager is a lovely man but not always at the desk, you have your own front1 door key. Good lift but steps drove me crazy.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is a nice place: large room, clean, large and updated bathroom, breakfast, 24-hour staff and very comfortable. I recommend and will repeat. It is a 10-minute walk to the train station. A bit pricier than other places but worth the exta money.

A better B&B experience. I chose to stay in the dock town on the day I transferred to the ferry. This family hotel has independent parking facilities, which is more convenient. Just need to use the key card. There are too many keys, which is a bit troublesome. Other aspects, including service, are very good.

I do not want to hurt any feelings but the word deluxe does not belong. My room very difficult in the shower area. The only possibility was the hand held shower. That is not deluxe. Breakfast was great. Internet was not working in the am. Need a bigger sign out front as it looked like an old building but inside was modern. Be nice to have a smart Tv that has You Tube. Be nice to have some body wash or bigger bar of soap.

Ok stay ok value The rooms are okay and it's good value for the money you pay. But it's looks much nicer on the website, than in reality and I think it needs an upgrade. Breakfast ok, but half of the things at the buffet disappeared and the staff didn't fill it up.. So a little disappointment.

My wife and I have been travelling for the past 6 months and this is hands down the best hotel we have stayed in,everything was perfect, great variety breakfast clean comfortable rooms. The location was great close to the train and bus station, with plenty of cafes and restaurants would definitely go back.

We stayed 2 nights with breakfast. Nice room, nice style interior, , clean, new, with airco and nice bathroom. We slept very well and the breakfast was good. Good restaurants around and nearby the city center. Allot of privacy is guaranteed.

In a great location, with everything you will want to see pretty much in walking distance from the b&b. The staff are friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, the room price also included an Italian/continental buffet breakfast served on site. I would definitely stop here again and would highly recommend the b&b for anyone passing through Messina.

Very elegant rooms and very clean room. Very large breakfast if you consider that it is a B&B. The structure that houses the B&B is unfortunately a bit dilapidated especially in the upper part of the stairs of the building. All in all, the reception is all about the B&B is organized and structured with care and elegance. The location is also excellent, very close to services and clubs.

The host was so communicative and friendly, and she gave us wonderful recommendations for things to do in Messina. Nice room ,very clean.Check in was easy and we were facilitated with and earlier than expected check in. Property on a quiet street but only 100 meters or so from the Cathedral. The room was really nice with comfortable bed and a good shower. The breakfast is just packaged goods and stale cereal but tea, coffee etc is good. We stayed on a Friday night, arriving quite late. Really beautiful place. It’s a historic building that has been lovingly restored by the owner. Great water pressure. The owner and his partner were very friendly and sent us recommendations even though we only stayed one night. Messina is gorgeous so we’ll go back. And hopefully we can stay at this property again

Excellent choice, location was perfect 2m walk to the Duomo, restaurants and transportation. Rosario was exceptional, very helpful … emailed me all I needed to know as to what to see, where to eat and where to shop. Highly recommend this property.

The accommodation is old and the bathroom is very old. The shower is very small and you can't move around properly. The internet is very bad, it's disconnected most of the time. The only thing that's worth it is the location. The staff are polite.

Messina Once checked in a good stay. Comfortable room and good location. Problem with check in was that I was expected to do it remotely, sending a copy of my passport by WhatsApp, which I declined to do. The person I had been speaking to then contacted his boss who then came round, checked me in properly and was friendly and helpful.

A lot of attention was dedicated to the design and decor. Every room has a theme, and the overall aesthetics are very interesting and refined. This property is located above one of Messina's two main commercial districts. It offers short-stay and extended accommodations in one- or two-room units in a well-maintained nine-story tower. Request a room looking to the south or west with a balcony.

After some initial hesitation (I'm a senior citizen...not very tech-savvy), I enjoyed an excellent stay thanks to the beauty and functionality of the rooms, the lovely terrace, and the excellent, varied and plentiful breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful. I will gladly and wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful property.

Location OK approx 10min walk away from Messina main areas. Quiet, clean and comfortable, breakfast was good however staff are nowhere to be seen and the owner only communicates via messages/email would be nice to meet them too but they may work so understand this.

Very new hotel with large rooms and high-quality furniture. Great option to stay while traveling in or out of Sicily, very close to ferry. There is no parking, but we still could park right in front of the hotel.

A very pleasant stay in this brand new B&B, tastefully furnished and excellently managed. Many hotels should follow suit for their professionalism and courtesy. The structure will be for me the reference point in Messina and the term of comparison throughout Italy.

The room really impeccable, beautiful, spotless, comfortable bed and the bathroom very nice and well equipped; as for the service I only had telephone contact with the owner while with the waiter only a few words (he didn't need anything else he was also absent during our breakfast), frankly the LOW breakfast we found two croissants (not very good) one fruit juice with pear two yoghurts then biscuits...

I was there for only 2 nights, but was completely fine with the guesthouse. The room was very comfortable and clean with a balcony. The contact person Luigi is very friendly and informs you upfront with any services. Some cafes and bakerys are reachable in some minutes by feet.

Regarding the breakfast, there is a voucher to be exchanged for a cafe and a croissant at a cafe about a hundred metres down the road. This may not be what people expect but it is well documented and it was an experience to sit in the small cafe and watch the locals...

Ther was mold in the soap dish, dirt or food on the walls, peeling wall paper, over powering/sickening cherry deodorant attempting to cover up cigarette smoke smell and it was dark with barking dogs and crying babies. You get what you pay for. Luckily it was close to good shopping, a street fest and walkable to historic sites and train stations.

Also, it’s listed as a “B&B” but there’s no breakfast that I was made aware of, not a big deal for me though.
