Posto fantastico, struttura pulita,comoda per le famiglie. Staff cortese animatori simpatici e disponibili con i bambini sicuramente ci torneremo

The rooms could have been much cleaner. The view from the balcony was spectacular and worth everything else.
The animatori were mediocre with a huge dose of unrequired over-excitement; aside the yelling and off-tone singing, most of them had limited intelligence. The girls responsible for the children entertainment were kids themselves with a lot of touching and hugging, that I,personally, do Not appreciate.
If you are a numerous family this is the place for you. If however you do not have children, run away fast and do not look back.
The receptionist that served us was really slow. Saving grace our waiter Lorenzo, who was a quick study and always polite and helpful.
The food was excellent with a lot of different options for primi and secondi and there was Always something on the grill. The Grill Cook, also known as Mr Simpatia could have tried to be less of an impolite idiot, maybe his food would have been better.
I will not come back, but mostly because our family is really over that kind of vacation. We prefer less noise and more refinement.
