Nice stay overall. The staff were very friendly and super responsive. We were traveling with a baby — they quickly provided a baby cot and high chair. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly. The hotel is old, rooms are basic with outdated furniture — not really 4-star standard. The pool is lovely with nice natural views. Location is a bit far (35 min drive to Portofino), but it’s a good value...

Don’t be put off by the looks from the outside which aren’t the most attractive, inside is old style in many parts but everything was very clean and tidy all the amenities you’d expect and an excellent shower, The restaurant next door does superb food and if staying at the hotel you get a discount, on site parking was a plus as well

We stayed 4 nights at this property and had a great time. The rooms were warm and clean. The staff were helpful as we travelled with our cat and finally the hotel has a historic restaurant and focacceria right next to the hotel where we were able to eat.

Comfortable stay, spacious room, very clean and impeccable bathroom. Excellent breakfast and also the possibility of having dinner at the focacceria bistro, which fully met expectations. The hotel staff was very helpful and patient with two chatterboxes like us eager for information on trails and natural attractions to visit. Beautiful hotel with great service and an excellent price/quality ratio. We received a friendly welcome, and the hotel offers spacious indoor parking. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view from our private balcony. It’s also conveniently close to stunning cities like Portofino. Highly recommended!

Hotel in a fairly central location in Recco, housed in a beautiful external structure. Very helpful and friendly staff, brings gifts to customers. Comfortable, clean rooms, but with slightly dated furnishings. Possibility of breakfast on the terrace.

Historic place, the food is very good, the rooms in old style are very clean and welcoming.

Family hotel with a great history. Very nice owner and staff, delicious breakfast. Very small parking spaces, keep this in mind if you have a large car.

Excellent dinner with typical dishes including the fantastic focaccia with Recco cheese. An interesting (but not heavy) presentation on the "chemistry of foods". A place to "revisit" even with foodie friends.

Great hotel! We had a lovely large room with a comfortable bed. Check-in was friendly, parking was a plus, and we were also happy with the air conditioning in the room! We also met the owner, who was super friendly! The only downside was the very low shower wall. Otherwise, it was great and highly recommended!
