From the moment of arrival to leaving, we felt warmly looked after with exceptional attention. The hotel is in a wonderful position in that you do not need to use a car once you are there as everything is workable. Charming little Paradise on the edge of everything in Portofino.

Okay Hotel room was okay. Needs renovations.. bathroom shower head set up creates a water mess. Check in with Aziz was wonderful tho, staff overall in both locations were great, def made the stay better.

The rooms are nicely appointed although I had some mild issues with the plumbing at first. I am not a fan of half showers, but that is common there, especially in older properties. The one caution in the bathroom is the height of the tub above the floor...it can be a bit dangerous as the floor appears to be a couple inches lower than the tub bottom...just a small warning in my particular room. The staff was friendly, and the location is perfect, within walking distance of Castle Brown, Portofino Lighthouse, the Piazzaetta, a flavorful seafood restaurant, Trattoria Tripoli, and a beautiful hidden gem, Baia Cannone, just down the stairs outside the hotel. It is a small, secluded rocky cove known for its crystal-clear turquoise waters. My husband enjoyed the swim in it.

The staff was very friendly. They upgraded us to a better room than we booked for free, with two rooms and a gorgeous sea view. Valet parking is available. The location is perfect! The views are stunning.

The hotel is dull throughout the building. Dark colours interior. The building looks lovely from the outside. But old and uncool on the inside. The was a strong ‘sewage’ smell in my room and I had a headache everyday. I didn’t complaint as the Italian service is usually very poor towards foreigners . I stayed quite and enjoyed the view - that’s all worth it … but having said that many others hotels...

Portofino Hotel is in a brilliant location . Fantastic views . We did hire a car , but not needed. Everything within walking distance and a regular bus & boat services to other parts of the area .Secure valet parking €40 per day . Hotel a little tired looking in parts but very clean . Hotel staff were fantastic , really took good care of us & made our trip very special . We would highly recommend...

Portofino Andrea and rhe front desk qere exceptionally helpful and friendly and professional; always happy to assiat with requwara ans great at securinf dinner bookings at ahort notice. Would recommend staying here as it has easy access to portofino centre and great sunbathing facilites with a very good reataurant.

The hotel is very cozy and nice, lovely space with lovely and friendly management. The location is great, in central of Portofino and close to all interesting areas. Walking only 100 meter to all restaurant and bus stop . Room is very clean, breakfast is very yummy and the service is an excellent with good price.

This location is great and central in Portino. It is about 200meters from the large public parking garage. The garden is huge and the staff is great. We did not have a reservations but got the last room in the place please go here it is the best. I am going back for sure.

Hotel Eden is situated a few steps away from the Via Roma, the main strada of Portofino. The hotel is very nicely and simply furnished, with a nice garden out front. An affordable way to visit Portofino At 20-30mins walking distance to Portofino (on a nice footpath set into the hills and overlooking the sea), this hotel is well located for visiting the village whilst escaping the incredible hotel costs of Portofino itself.
