It was a beautiful holiday in the name of tranquility. An unparalleled silence and peace, here you sleep sweet dreams. Jovanni made me the best gin fizz I have ever drunk. At the reception everyone is polite and the food is excellent. Very nice

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Every member of the staff – from reception to the restaurant and even the technical team – was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Great hotel, restaurant offer needs looking at. Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding.

The “Hotel Sorriso” can be remarked for its good service and high cleanliness. The Shuttle for the ski area stops just few meters from the main entrance. The Ski room and private car parking is worth for sure. The team is available to support you for any requests. Breakfast included is enriched by sweet and savory options. The staff really took care of me during my stay. Thank you so much for your attention and care. If you’re cycling in the region consider staying here. The short walk into town is good for recovery.

I had a great experience with the Hotel Sorriso. Location of this hotel is fantastic and the wiew is simply stunning. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home, with clean and comfortable rooms and attention to detail. The staff, Pamy and Sylvia were fantastic, great attitude, helpful and always available. My stay was perfect!

A very cozy place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great service, amazing breakfast. They also have many conventions with local restaurants. Last but not least, they also have a covered parking for motorcycles totally free.

A 'gem' of a hotel. Great location, being a short walk to ski lifts as well as the picturesque town of Ponte Di Legno. The hotel was spotless and had a real cosy feel with the open fire. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Irene who was extremely helpful and accommodating which was much appreciated as we were a group of 11 staying over half term.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Garni Pegra for a week skiing. In fact we loved all of Ponte di Legno. Location is great for skiing and the village. A very short walk to the chairlift to the Ponte di Legno runs and the gondola to the Passo Tonale ski area. We had a lovely room with balcony looking to the forest and mountains. A short walk to the centre of Ponte and a few minutes walk to the lifts so veru conveniently positioned. We were room only which we prefer. Great ski room with plenty space.

Great hotel overall. The staff was generally attentive and professional. However, I did experience one uncomfortable incident where I was asked to give up my seat for a group before I had finished my drink, and no alternative accommodation was offered. There appeared to be plenty of available seating elsewhere, so this interaction was surprising. Aside from that, my stay was very pleasant.

The property itself is nice and confortable but the service was really bad. The owner didn’t let us drink our wine in any part of hotel common areas and refused to borrow a bottle opener and glasses for us to drink in our room unless we bought in the hotel bar. If you want to use the frigobar you need to pay 1 euro per day. They want to charge for every single item that a four stars hotel should provide...

We enjoyed the stay very much. The young lady in the reception/bar (working from 1300 hours) was so nice and serviceminded. At the breakfast the lady in charge was spending too much time instructing the 2 other staffs of how to angle the spoons, so the 3 of them were actually blocking the buffet most of the time. A little less micro management would be in order.

The location and service are both amazing..option of ski lockers by the slope. The room was just ok, no option for hot tea or water. Sink in the bathroom is large and makes using toilet a bit uncomfortable. A Minor inconvenience was also the lack of vegetables in the breakfast menu but this might be a cultural difference. Would return again due to the service and location.
