The “Hotel Sorriso” can be remarked for its good service and high cleanliness.
The Shuttle for the ski area stops just few meters from the main entrance.
The Ski room and private car parking is worth for sure.
The team is available to support you for any requests.
Breakfast included is enriched by sweet and savory options.
There is a small wellness center (personally not used).
WiFi well equipped
Unfortunately the Restaurant service has to be improved, but it has been proposed for the first time….

I had a great experience with the Hotel Sorriso. Location of this hotel is fantastic and the wiew is simply stunning. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home, with clean and comfortable rooms and attention to detail. The staff, Pamy and Sylvia were fantastic, great attitude, helpful and always available. My stay was perfect!

UN PERNOTTAMENTO DA FAVOLA! Veramente un ottimo hotel con tutte le comodità essenziali per una settimana bianca. Colazione BUONISSIMA, con ampia scelta! "Sorriso" di nome e di fatto! Gentilissimi e cordiali sempre disponibili alle richieste del cliente! Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e navetta efficiente per le piste! Ci ritornerei volentieri! Grazie!

If you want the perfect holiday experience, look no further. The whole place is spotlessly clean, decorations all very classy, and the breakfast is delicious in the ambience of a tastefully furnished breakfast room with a stunning mountain view. Owners and staff could not be more attentive and friendly. For nice weather, there are several options of comfortable seating outside with a view of the breathtaking scenery

A very cozy place to stay.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Great service, amazing breakfast.
They also have many conventions with local restaurants.
Last but not least, they also have a covered parking for motorcycles totally free.

Very modern decorating, large room, large bathroom, small private patio off room with chairs. Queen size bed with 2 individual duvets so no fighting over covers. Great bathroom amenities, shower hats, dental kits, slippers, sanitary bags. Staff very friendly, spoke adequate English, very helpful with map of town and suggested places to eat dinner with a 10% off discount card. Breakfast not buffet style, instead a checklist is provided to each table. Service is very quick, food delicious and fresh. Extra order of eggs and coffee not a problem. Good wifi throughout property. Secure underground parking at no extra cost for our motorbike, plenty of convenient outdoor parking for cars. Nice outdoor seating overlooking ski hills, good for an evening drink from hotel bar. Really great location, a 5 minute walk to the center of town.

Disliked · Bed and pillow was very hard. No in-room kettle. As is often the case with a reservation made through a booking site, room had less desirable view at the back of the hotel.

The location , the rooms , the wonderful breakfast but above all the welcoming and charming owners . I travel all my life for work and tourism , more than 35 years , and rarely I felt so welcomed and taken care of from an hotel team .

We spent a weekend with our 13-month-old daughter as guests of the hotel on full board. Impeccably clean rooms and linens! The location is strategic: the free shuttle bus stop under the hotel, and the center can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Excellent dishes .. all! All the guys very kind and accommodating .. managed by a couple of young guys to whom we offer our heartfelt congratulations and thanks for giving us the pleasure of staying with them, making us feel at home!
We can't wait to come back and see you!

Nice place. Staff very kind. As soon as it opened, I had a little problem with a dish but immediately fixed it and they offered me coffee and amaro. It happens, nothing wrong with that. I will definitely be back 😀😀😀
