Great hotel, except for the WiFi. When the local ski lifts close at 4:30pm and there's minimal apres-ski, you'd like to be able to use the evenings to catch up with friends & family at home. But the WiFi only works in the hotel reception and bar, not in rooms. It's misconfigured which confuses devices: they say "failed to get an IP address". I tried telling the staff this but they just said the WiFi...

An average hotel. Receptionists were rude. Swimming pool costs extra with the opening times not really working post the slopes if you have children under 12. Buffet didn’t change much with the breakfast options not changing at all! I wouldn’t stay there again. Much nicer options available.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! My only small suggestion for improvement would be having tea facilities by default in all of the rooms. I asked about this and was told that you have to pay a small deposit to have the tea facilities in your room, but they don’t provide any milk. We had a magical skiing holiday here. This was not only due to the ideal location close to the ski slopes, but also due to the hotel itself. The attitude of the entire hotel team was great. We only visited the bar and restaurant twice during our stay in Passo Tonale, however it is a lovely, clean, warm and comfortable hotel and with a nice ambiance. Very nice, clean hotel, near to the ski area. We enjoyed our stay, we were only a bit disappointed with the breakfasts, they were the same everyday and there were no vegetables or fresh fruits.

We Just stopped for lunch while riding by bike. Rain, cold, we could enjoy covered bike parking and re-charge while having a tasty lunch. Very kind Indeed!!!!

It had a good room although it was a bit outdated also the food had its ups and downs as the meat was always a mystery , and when it would say it was one type of meat it could be another . Not to far from the moutons about a 8 minutes walk with ski boots on but without only about 5 minutes . Also near the bottom of the mountain there is a ski and snowboard hire .

Friendly staff, but a bit dated infrastructure. Good for groups, but would not recommend for a family or romantic holiday. Also don't expect to much from the breakfast buffet. There is no variation. The evening dinner is also not very special, although every person will find there choice in the menu. There is also a salad bar every evening.

yesterday 4 people at my table did NOT get any food in the evening, simply because there was not a lot of food on the table. Also the portions are way to small for us, when we were skiing all of us were hungry. The portions weren’t even the same size, one person got double the amount of the other. Rooms were great👍

Went skiing and stayed here. It is in a great location, walking distance from the midpoint for the gondola to the slopes. There is parking out the front of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable with plenty of light from the large windows. These can be covered with blinds to black out the room if required. We stayed in this hotel last week. I would suggest that there is better hotels closer to the town as this is a 15 minute walk from the town. They originally put us in a basement level room. We could hear everything from people flushing there toilets,sound of water coming down the drains and people slamming doors. Our visit here was great. We booked via Crystal who I was disappointed with, but our stay at HLL was great, I especially liked the having the sauna available. The staff never seem to sleep! They were always there no matter the time. Plus the manager was a great guy too.

This is a unique hotel near the top of Tonale Pass. The hotel caters to skiers, hikers, and cyclists. But the hotel is also near the sky gondolas for views of the mountains

It’s a nice hotel for the price. The bed was comfy. The location was great. It was enough to please us for a short break. The things I didn’t like was the room key had a very heavy metal keyring on it. Not ideal to carry around skiing. The automatic lights in the hallway could do with staying on longer.

The hotel is less than 100 m from the nearest lift, so it is a true ski-in. The staff is very helpful and willing to suport you. The rooms are very clean, hot running water, cebtral heating. There was no fridge in my room, but my neigbours had one: check it before booking. Well, I used the balcony as a freezer)

The hotel is at great location, ski slope's, stores and souvenir shops are 50m-100m away. Pamela is a great host, very polite and willing to help at any time. Time for dinner was too late(19:30) for us and food was acceptable. Bed's where to hard for sleeping.

Great family run hotel 50m from the ski lifts. Good location in town with bars, restaurants and shops a short stroll away. We’d never visited this area of Italy and were lucky in that there had been a massive dump of snow the week before we arrived and then the sun came out! The hotel had recently been refurbished and the price was great value.

It is a family hotel run by several lovely ladies. Close to the lifts than most other hotels. Clean and warm rooms. Nice staff. Decent meals. No fancy staff like sauna or swimming pull, but there are couple bigger hotels across the street where you can go if you want.

Stayed here as part of a school skiing trip. Accommodation is very clean and of a reasonable standard. The food is very good and the staff exceedingly helpful. I would recommend this as a good value place to stay in Passo Tonale

The hotel is super cozy, the spa is brilliant, the FOOD was delicious, but most of all, the staff here is so friendly, helpfull but also classy and polite. Even tho we had wery fogy and snowing days, they made our trip so much better becouse of their friendly aproach. I have to give a shoutout to two best waiters the names are Kevin and Mateo, extra classy gentelmans.

Beds uncomfortable and creaked noisily with every small movement. Great service from the friendly staff. Hotel is a slippery steep walk up from the main town so either be prepared for this or be dependent on the hotel's free shuttle minibus and it's operating hours. I always spend not a lot of time at hotel. I only request to be warm, hot water and clean. From this proposes this hotel is great. Very nice and helpful crew. We recently stayed here for a week for a snowboarding holiday in late January. We liked the location, it was a short walk to the piste, where you can ski down to the lift. It is a little further out of the main town, around a 20 min walk. There is a hotel shuttle that can take you to and from certain points in the town. The evening meals were great, well cooked, 3 course meals which changed daily....

Fantastic food. And fantastic helpful personal, great view, ski in ski out, Paulo is the best! And yes, old building, cold in windy nights, but if you don't want traditional Italian go somewhere else, and eat fastfood at McDonald's...

Good location, between two chair lifts (300 meters one and 400 the other), the rooms are comfortable, only a small fridge is missing to keep drinks cool. The meals are fair, the breakfast excellent. The skiroom is comfortable even though it is not possible to access it directly from the hotel. Nice and welcoming staff. I would go there again
