Hotels in Tonale

I’m sure out of school holiday season the hotel is fine. During school holidays, 400 children in the facility was too much. Overcrowding rooms with 5 children sharing was too much. It’s a hotel room not a dormitory.

The rooms are acceptable, although there is an issue with heating control (the radiators are constantly cold). Breakfasts are average, while dinners are very good. The location is excellent. If you are focused on skiing rather than luxury, this hotel is definitely a good choice.

Great hotel, except for the WiFi. When the local ski lifts close at 4:30pm and there's minimal apres-ski, you'd like to be able to use the evenings to catch up with friends & family at home. But the WiFi only works in the hotel reception and bar, not in rooms. It's misconfigured which confuses devices: they say "failed to get an IP address". I tried telling the staff this but they just said the WiFi...

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, very clean. Very friendly staff specially at bar and restaurant and animation (nice program for kids). Food was good too. We had really nice week staying there.

Great service, delicious authentic Italian food!

Great family-run hotel, between Ponte and Passo Tonale. Our family room for four was extremely clean and very spacious, with a large bathroom. View of the beautiful mountains and just across the road, there is the cable car to Ponte di Legno or Tonale until late afternoon. Typical Italian, mountain breakfast (try the yogurt!). Lovely people who take great care of guests. Great value for money.

Great hotel with a very understanding owner who welcomes feedback in order to continuously improve the service provided to his guests. The food is good, especially considering the large number of guests—in our case, 88 people—which is not always easy to cater for. yesterday 4 people at my table did NOT get any food in the evening, simply because there was not a lot of food on the table. Also the portions are way to small for us, when we were skiing all of us were hungry. The portions weren’t even the same size, one person got double the amount of the other. Rooms were great👍

Perfect to stay, very friendly service, excellent dinner and very good breakfast. In addition the hotel has a garage for motorbikes. Nice view go the glacier and in total the price for one room including dinner and breakfast from my point of view is attractive.

The Orchidea is an excellent tradtional family hotel. It is impeccably clean and includes a wellness centre with sauna , spa, jacuzzi and chill out area. The great place for skiing! Delicious food with quality and variety of choice. All staff including cleaners and waiters were very friendly and kind. Excellent location, the bus stop is just opposite to the hotel but anyway it is only 10 minutes walk to the nearest ski lift. The rooms are cleaned and serviced everyday, some of them has wonderful view at the Presanella peak. We’ll come back this year

This is a unique hotel near the top of Tonale Pass. The hotel caters to skiers, hikers, and cyclists. But the hotel is also near the sky gondolas for views of the mountains

This is my 8th visit of this hotel in last 10 years (= winter seasons) - that says it all! If not, I can say about that: beautiful hotel, really kind owners and staff, delicious food and drink... and of course really good place for skiing

Hotel La Torretta more than exceeded our expectations. The staff, specially in the evenings and at reception, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is right next to the lifts, just a 3-minute walk next to the fun Magic Pub. I would certainly recommend Hotel La Torretta for anyone planning on visiting Passo Tonale!

i loved this hotel, an amazing experience and although i’m english all the hotel staff was kind with me talking in my language. I also loved how good was the waiter Raffaele, since the first dinner i immediately saw his skills i wish him the best and with him my experience has become even better. Perfect location for ski, near by the elevators. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are large and very clean but needs some minor improvements. The main issue is the quality of the beds and mattresses, simply not good. Beds are narrow and mattresses are from low quality, quite used, soft and bumpy. We had a magical skiing holiday here. This was not only due to the ideal location close to the ski slopes, but also due to the hotel itself. The attitude of the entire hotel team was great. Great place with extremely pleasant staff. Situated on the best location in the village. Great spa and a very pleasant dinner setup. If I am to return to Passo del Tonnale I will definitely stay at this place.
