This hotel kindly cancelled our reservation 4 hrs before our arrival on a very crowded week in the region despite the fact that we booked more than a month prior. We spent the whole first day of our holidays stressfully looking for accomodations and had to rely on locals to help us. What a lack of professionalism!!
Arriving late in the night (but having warned well in advance), the concierge informs us that due to an overbooking problem one of the 2 booked rooms was given away by mistake and they diverted us all together (1 couple + 1) in a quadruple - take or leave-. The beginning is not the best but, given the time and the tiredness of the journey, let's take ...
Despite the initial bitterness, the room is still welcoming and spacious, with a beautiful outdoor veranda. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent. Dear, also the cleaning lady.
At check-out, the manager apologizes for what happened (sincere apology, not just a mere circumstance) and applies a reduction on the final balance.
Problems happen everywhere, the important thing is to know how to remedy them.
Small tip: you need to pay a little more attention to the management of the reception (and maybe even use a 'uniform' that makes the receptionists distinguishable from the guests sitting in the hall).
Anyway, recommended. We will be back ;)

this hotel is a disaster, this hotel has ruined my summer vacation. this hotel does not match at all the prices listed in the booking. ask for extra money after payment. hope my tips save your vacation
