Paradise We have found our new paradise. What an incredible location – here we could fully enjoy the sea and the tranquility. We stayed for 2 nights / 3 days and didn’t leave the hotel grounds even once, as everything we needed was right there. The food and drinks were excellent. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. The facilities were excellent - beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea, just like the photos. Plenty of sunbeds to relax in. This was part of a package holiday, so it is probably not appropriate to comment on the quality of the food. However, the rooms were very clean, although the pillows and matrasses were quite hard. The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer.
As unfortunately happens in my beloved southern Italy, the place is fantastic but....it wouldn't take much. Rooms furnished in the 70s, poor bathroom amenities, breakfast and dinner without fresh local products (which would cost even less). Sin
The structure is clean and is in a strategic point to easily reach different cities to visit in the surrounding area! Reception and restaurant staff always polite and friendly and ready to satisfy every request with a smile! The pool is always clean and welcoming for guests to enjoy a bit of relaxation. Nice hotel, good food, room and bed comfortable. Nice swimming pool, with bar adjacent. Excellent view up to Mount Etna from the poolside. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel situated on outskirts of town, but this can easily be reached by local bus which stops outside hotel and has a regular service, or a taxi can be ordered.

Had a nice time. The room was a little small , was not given a chance to upgrade . Food was great and location was close to airport and very clean with nice views.

Nothing did stand out for good, or bad. Definitely wouldn't recommend it as a stay for the location, makes no sense, it's far from everything, unless you're visiting Acireale, then of course. But still, was absolutely average, not worth the value, unless again you want to explore Acireale.
This a wonderful boutique property walking distance from town and quiet neighborhoods. The people are extraordinary nice, accommodating and helpful. The restaurant is also excellent. My only issue is it's on the highway and the highway noise is noticeable.
Nice hotel but away from everything with a small outdoor swimming pool always full of tree leaves or plant residues as it is located in a garden. Nice and clean room but external terrace full of dust and dirty tables and chairs

Beautiful room, right in the center, 2 steps from the Duomo, I highly recommend both for the quiet location but at the same time a few steps from the Duomo. Booked our apartment here through HomeAway and were looked after beautifully by Carla and Elvira. About 10 apartments altogether of varying sizes with a lovely pool and gardens securely gated to stop kids wandering out to the parked cars or the street at the end of the drive. Spent a week here, lovely apartment,clean and tidy and great pool for the kids. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that it didn't have a pull out bed for the kids as they don't share a bed well! Central location on the coast for all of the sites. Amazing views of Etna as well.
