The room is clean and the breakfast was sufficient with many choices. This hotel promotes a laundry room with one washer, one dryer, which is very nice and convenient. However this washer room is there more for the staff, and when I arrived both the washer and dryer were full of blankets, aprons, all unattended. When I asked the one front desk staff for a little help with the machine, at her convenience...

Excellent structure, located a little outside Acireale. Comfortable rooms with beds equipped with new mattresses. Beauty kit in the bathroom. Beautiful swimming pool and very well-kept garden. The cuisine is excellent with a varied breakfast with sweet and savory things. I'll be back.

This was part of a package holiday, so it is probably not appropriate to comment on the quality of the food. However, the rooms were very clean, although the pillows and matrasses were quite hard. The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer.

As unfortunately happens in my beloved southern Italy, the place is fantastic but....it wouldn't take much. Rooms furnished in the 70s, poor bathroom amenities, breakfast and dinner without fresh local products (which would cost even less). Sin

The structure is clean and is in a strategic point to easily reach different cities to visit in the surrounding area! Reception and restaurant staff always polite and friendly and ready to satisfy every request with a smile! The pool is always clean and welcoming for guests to enjoy a bit of relaxation. Desk staff not very attentive and clearer signage is needed at the entrance. Overall, nice comfortable room with a good breakfast (breakfast staff very good)

We had two weeks at the Wave hotel this August and had a brilliant time. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a lovely breakfast every day and there was a good selection of different foods. We ate a the restaurant in the evening and it was very good. Also the pool was kept immaculate and there was a little pool bar bar selling drinks...

A large group of us stayed at Wave during a 3-night tour. We used the Wave hotel as our base. The reception staff were organised and welcoming. Our room was clean and fresh. Had a nice time. The room was a little small , was not given a chance to upgrade . Food was great and location was close to airport and very clean with nice views.

Nothing did stand out for good, or bad. Definitely wouldn't recommend it as a stay for the location, makes no sense, it's far from everything, unless you're visiting Acireale, then of course. But still, was absolutely average, not worth the value, unless again you want to explore Acireale.

This a wonderful boutique property walking distance from town and quiet neighborhoods. The people are extraordinary nice, accommodating and helpful. The restaurant is also excellent. My only issue is it's on the highway and the highway noise is noticeable.

The hotel is situated at a convenient and central location for Acireale. There is everything you might need nearby and a pretty little park just across the street. This hotel was exactly what I needed. Lovely and comfortable inside, beautiful park across the street, private parking which I badly wanted, and such a friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast too.

My comments are for the 3rd floor suite. Other guests told us other rooms were small. 3rd floor suite was large with large and very usable bathroom. Also includes private outside dining area on the roof. If you are trying to decide whether to splurge for the suite, I would say it is worth it. This hotel is welcoming and easy to access. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has lots of attraction nearby, restaurants , bars and beautiful square. You won’t got wrong with a visit. A good place to stay if you want to get the Mount Etna

Centrally located in Acireale, just steps from the Duomo and the Church of San Sebastiano. The owner, Deborah, was always available and ready to answer any questions. With the vista of Mount Etna in the background, Palazzo Giovanni is situated in a quiet street with its own large lemon grove and is a great place to stay. Beautiful place! Beautiful location. It’s right downtown AciReale, but has parking in the private courtyard. Room was very clean and modern. It was all renovated only several years ago. The building itself is from the 1700s. This is a private Air BnB run by a wonderful family. Highly recommend!

The property is very beautiful and the views of the sea from the slope of the Etna are spectacular. Very quiet, comfortable accommodations, very nice swimming pool. The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to go back for a longer stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. The gardens and scenery are incredible. Views are some of the best on the island. Great size pool that was extremely clean and plenty of space for relaxing. Staff very friendly. Room was modern and large. Would definitely return.
