Excellent structure, located a little outside Acireale. Comfortable rooms with beds equipped with new mattresses. Beauty kit in the bathroom. Beautiful swimming pool and very well-kept garden. The cuisine is excellent with a varied breakfast with sweet and savory things. I'll be back.

This was part of a package holiday, so it is probably not appropriate to comment on the quality of the food. However, the rooms were very clean, although the pillows and matrasses were quite hard. The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer.

As unfortunately happens in my beloved southern Italy, the place is fantastic but....it wouldn't take much. Rooms furnished in the 70s, poor bathroom amenities, breakfast and dinner without fresh local products (which would cost even less). Sin

The structure is clean and is in a strategic point to easily reach different cities to visit in the surrounding area! Reception and restaurant staff always polite and friendly and ready to satisfy every request with a smile! The pool is always clean and welcoming for guests to enjoy a bit of relaxation. Being the days of August we also had an entertainment service available that cheered up the evenings without ever being insistent!

In one word: ****!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything is terrible, first of all the practically canteen-style cuisine, inedible. Confused, uncourteous waiters, clearly annoyed by any request. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. It's a fourth star that isn't even worth one.

Wonderful clean hotel and a spectacular garden. Spacious rooms. All excellent restaurant and super friendly waiters Orazio and Lorenzo super professional. We will definitely be back thanks see you soon

The hotel is okay. The rooms are cleaned daily. Nothing to say about the cleanliness, the gardens, the common areas are well maintained. We stayed for five days. The restaurant is not up to a 4 star hotel. The meals are almost identical every day. The same types of pasta, fusilli, more or less raw, not al dente at the start, only the sauce is changed at each meal. Breaded meat is a little thicker than a smear of ham. The waiters are in a hurry to clear the dishes. The cook must be instructed to overdo it. The hotel is very pleasant to sleep with a breakfast, it is better to eat outside.

Terrible hotel. No toilet paper roll, just some toilet paper towels, so thin and small, you couldn’t even blow your nose with them. Breakfast was very limited and tasteless, dinner was horrendous. In general, the food wasn’t even edible. The hotel is located 20 km outside the city of Catania. There was no Wi-Fi coverage inside the room, only at the reception and at the main hall. The facilities were old. Hygiene was mediocre. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel, it’s barely a 3 star hotel. The staff is not willing to help you and they find excuses to justify all the disadvantages, deficits and inadequacies of this hotel. Spend your money somewhere else.

Nice hotel, good food, room and bed comfortable. Nice swimming pool, with bar adjacent. Excellent view up to Mount Etna from the poolside. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel situated on outskirts of town, but this can easily be reached by local bus which stops outside hotel and has a regular service, or a taxi can be ordered.
