Hotels in San Leone

Pleasant stay, but breakfast was a disappointment.

Very nice location with amazing view. Easy parking and close to the beach and restaurants.

Excellent location, restaurants nearby. Parking on property. Great lobby.

Great front desk staff, upgraded us to a slightly larger room while traveling with a baby.

Excellent parking, breakfast was awesome, had some trouble with the internet not working, fridge not working, but all in all it was a nice stay. It’s right off the water and the balcony was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Old fashioned hotel which could do with a refresh but the pool overlooking the sea, the location and breakfast made up for the paper thin walls!

When you stay at a four-star hotel there are certain expectations like things will work. The biggest issues we had were the walls are paper thin. .....we could hear everything in the two rooms next to us, the Wi-Fi was down more than it was up, and the staff seem to be clueless when there were problems. Our air conditioning didn't work. They sent someone up. He literally just took a look at it, told...

beautiful private beach and pool. Extremely clean.

Oldy worldy hotel with interesting vintage/antiquities around every corner. Beautiful beach a short walk away. Vegetarian option on menu much appreciated. Visited out of season so not all 'options' open but not an issue as only there 2 nights and busy during the day. Friendly welcoming bar staff. VERY comfortable bed and good quality bed linen.

We had an excellent dinner and buffet breakfast with a CIE tour. All the houses along the narrow little street leading to this hotels had fences & closed gates. The hotel itself was gated and when the gates closed behind us we were told that they wouldn't open until next morning. If thus neighborhood is safe then why the precautions? If not why were we being housed there. Very strange indeed! The...

The hotel is well appointed, with nice decor and fittings, clean comfortable rooms, and a nice pool. It is however a bit remote, with quite a steep walk down to the nearest beach. The beach itself was a bit bleak and windswept. Buffet style breakfast was decent enough, with scrambled eggs, bacon, and a good selection of fruit, pastries, cold meats etc. The evening meals were less satisfactory. We had...

I was travelling with a group of a dozen doing the standard tour of historic Sicily and we were here for two nights. This was the best of the four hotels we used on the tour. Booking was by the tour operator so I have no idea how much they charged. Reception was fine and the room allocated was good, clean and comfortable. We had arranged dinner for both nights as there aren't any alternatives within...

Rooms were clean and very spacious, had a great variety of breakfast options. Location was perfect to the main attractions in Agrigento

Deceiving information about the pool accessibility! Needed to pay for spa services just to use the pool. Also across the road from the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed my three-night stay at Hotel Costazzurra. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lounging by the pool with a cold drink was definitely a highlight. The hotel restaurant had great lunch/dinner options to choose from and the breakfast was always delicious. I would stay here again!

Very near the historical sites of the area. Parking was included and secure. Swimming pool looked great. Breakfast was excellent. A surprise bottle of Sicilian wine was given upon our departure. Very convenient if you have a car. Dinner was not the best we’ve had during our trip.

Amazing staff and location Amazing staff, great location for 10 walk to beach/marina. 7 minute drive to valley of temples. Nice forecourt for breakfast and pizza. Ample parking and nice pool area. Complementary Prosecco on arrival and departure was gifted a bottle of local Wine... don know if this is the norm... but in my 30 years of travel, that was a first I have been gifted something on departure...

A hotel, a spa and a museum!!!! Who thought that was even possible. Lovely room with great views, the spa facilities are also great. The pool area was being refurbished and prepared for the season so we didn’t get to try it out. Overall excellent, some great spots for food and drinks within walking distance, Dr Fish a few doors away is amazing.

Thanks to the travel off-season, I was able to stay at this wonderful hotel. The environment is peaceful, the gardens are stunning, the restaurant is excellent, and the views are breathtaking. If you’re coming to Sicily for your honeymoon, this place is definitely worth staying for a night or two.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant on site was an added convenience. The location was terrific.

A lovely oasis ,on our way across the island.Fantastic dinner and breakfast.Very clean, staff was superb.

Had lunch, dinner and breakfast here and food was excellent. Dinner was outside in the garden with views of the temples. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel is really cool, the building was 700 years old! It has lots of space for parking, very friendly stuff and a beautiful garden where you can have romantic dinner at. Food is also very good at the restaurant. I highly highly recommend!

Beautiful location overlooking the Greek ruins. Food was delicious. Wish they had a pool on the property.

Clean, welcoming, and surrounded by greenery. Connected to the Dio Scuro Hotel, located in San Leone (Ag).

For those who want to live in tranquility, this is the ideal place immersed in beautiful countryside 500 meters from the Valley of the Temples. Full of greenery. The structure is beautiful and clean.

I had a great last minute stay here at Albachiara B&B. Slept well and ready to explore some more. Thank you for the hospitality!

We spent one week in Alba Chiara B&B in San Leone. The location is great, owners were very nice, and the rooms were clean and tidy. I recommend trying at least once fish kus-kus in the restoran, as it was one of the best meals I had on the entire holiday on Sicily.

Property was ok for what it was. However as previously reviewed the host was more pre occupied with the tax and trying to get us to pay €10 for parking when it was outside at the time of our arrival. Also didn’t give us the balcony room we paid for when request we were moved but she wasn’t happy about it. Wouldn’t stay again. Beach was nice though for sunset. Also the Dune restaurant is bang average

Close to the beach and the beachclub.

Fine for overnight Overnight stay was fine. Excellent restaurant across the road on the beach. Pleasant room - only complaint was the hallway outside the room had a timed switch and if you were too slow it would switch off and it was pitch black to try and find the switch again. Car park charge of 10euros

The guesthouse looks simple from the outside, but inside we had a surprisingly nice room with a large bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful. You just have to walk across the road to the beach, where you get sunbeds and umbrellas (included in the price). We also had dinner there, it was delicious. Thank you for everything!

This is an awesome B&B. Lando and his sister are great hosts, we felt so welcome. The breakfast buffet is amazing, Lando takes great pride in providing a variety of excellent local produce, including home-produced olive oil and cakes/pastries. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the ocean and restaurants, and less than 10 minute drive to the Valley of Temples. Thoroughly recommended, thank you...

A great place with great bedrooms , close to the beachfront and restaurants There is parking The breakfasts were so good , lots of local products Lando and Tiziana were wonderful hosts So much helpful information of places to go , things to do , and wonderful conversations at breakfast Very helpful pre arrival and as we left Absolutely recommend

Lando is a very warm & welcoming host. Parking onsite is secure. The breakfast is amazing. So much to choose from. All fresh, home made and locally sourced....delicious. The room was comfortable & quiet.

Awesome place. Great host and incredible breakfast. Highly recommend!

The host was excellent . He was very personable, helpful and kind. Yhe breakfast was superior.

We had a great time at this bed and breakfast! Really nice owners, good location and clean. The breakfast is the best we had on our 3 week long italy trip! Everything is handpicked and come from local producers in the area. I would go back only for the breakfast! Would definitely recommend this place!

Wow!! How can we leave THE 6 star? If any hesitation just book Domingo’s place: artistic, comfort, tasty and great energy for short or long stay.

Terrific place to stay. Thank you!

Very friendly hosts, very good breakfast!

We were delighted by our stay at this B&B. The host was very helpful and charming, and the accommodations were excellent: large room, high performing air-conditioner, great breakfast and close to the outdoor restaurants in San Leone.

Excellent location, perfect for the Valley of the Temples and family visit to Camastra. We will take many happy memories with us and thank you for being such a gracious and generous host. A very comfortable room in a very clean and well decorated homely B&B, well equipped (though USB charging points would be an added bonus making you 5*+), lovely breakfast and your local knowledge and suggestions...

Cozy little B&B, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The property is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It is very clear that there is a lot of pride taken in the business. Domingo, the owner is very friendly and attentive. He goes above and beyond to help his guests. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

This B&B is practically new; the rooms are welcoming and clean, and there's a lovely terrace with a sea view, which is truly special. We loved the location because you can just cross the street and walk right to the beach. Kudos to the owner for his kindness and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

Cozy and clean room. Recently renovated. Large terrace. Good breakfast served on the shared terrace. Free on-street parking or on the main road (blue lines, but free). It's on the second floor with no elevator, and with heavy luggage... 🤪 The part of town where it's located isn't the best-kept, but it hadn't been in season yet; it's definitely transformed in the height of summer. The beach is just...

Small but nice room. Clean bathroom. Thematically furbished rooms. Good breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Recommended restaurant was VERY good.

I would recommend! Stylish modern rooms very close to the beach

This was our best accomodation of a two week- trip to Sicily! Absolutely wonderful!

Ciccio and Susi are such fabulous hosts, we can only encourage anyone staying in the Agrigento area to consider this exceptional B & B experience, such personal, attentive service being a highlight of our multi-week trip around Sicily. Other reviews here are rightly complimentary of the love and focus on quality that they have poured into renovating this old farmhouse, exceptionally comfortable and...

I stayed three nights in November while sightseeing (temples, Porto Empedocle, etc). The room and the experience were wonderful. The hosts reached out in advance with helpful information, and gave me lots of tips while there. They also went above and beyond and drove me to the station when I left. The room was comfortable and super clean. The location is adorable. I can't recommend this place enough

Lovely B&B featuring spacious, airy and stylishly decorated rooms. Located a few minutes walk from the main area of the atmospheric old town which has numerous superb dining options and sights to enjoy. The friendly and efficient hosts are always happy to make suggestions and arrangements and offer advice. Highly recommended.

A fantastic B&B in Agrigento. Excellent location in old town centre, clean, modern and tastefully decorated accommodation. Owners so helpful and personable. Great advice on parking, local area, what to visit, where to eat and bespoke, plentiful and delicious breakfast laid on the next day. Could not recommend more highly. Thank you.

We are a family of four and the Quadruple room was perfect for us. Giusy was great, responsive and accommodating. While we were unloading luggage from our car, she found and pointed out a parking spot for us, right next to the hotel, which saved us hassles of driving to a paid parking lot. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful. Our stay in Agrigento was brief but La Nuova Girgenti made it special...

I stayed three nights in this b&b. The owner is very kind and available to give information, clean and comfortable rooms. The beach is not far away, not equipped but beautiful and quiet. The center of San Leone is about half an hour walk but the bus service works well. Excellent location to reach the valley of the temples.

Room was very clean. Very easy to reach

This BB is simple, it requires a car to get around but you can park on the street. The room is comfortable, spotless and good bedding. Alfredo welcomes you warmly, serves you breakfast with great fresh croissants, chats with us. We had a good stay. I recommend! Thank you Alfredo!!

The campsite was nice, maybe with a small lack of space between the vehicles. Toilets could have been a wee bit cleaner. The next restaurants are about 1.6 km away from the site. The footpath is terrible, so watch your step. For one night ok.

Ideal place to camp when visiting the valley of the Temples Negative are the toilets, no toilet seats and no paper. Showers very small and no place to hang up your clothes whilst you are showering.

Cabin Basic accommodations in a cabin. I chose this place for location and parking. It was away from busy Agrigento and very close to the ocean. Short walk into San Leone for food options. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful

It is super near from the Valley of Temple

Super well-kept site at a fair price. Close (1,200 m) to the harbor and beach promenade with many restaurants. Large pitches. Very good sanitary facilities. Electricity and water directly at the pitch! Recommended and top class in Sicily! Bus stop at the site for transfers to the Valley of the Temples and the next town.

Very good for motorhomes. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Great location for visiting Valley of the Temples and Agrigento
