It's a scam and the owner is a cheat
List of Complaints :
1. I booked and paid for my triple delux room (room size 30 sqm) 2 months ago but he gave me a budget room.
2. There is no reception. He didn’t came to give me keys in the location. I had to go 600m down the street to his cafe to collect my keys.
3. When i went to the room, i found hardly any facilities. Only the bed was comfortable . No air conditioning, no room heating. Not even waste bin in the room. No lights in the stairways.
4. He serves breakfast in his Cafe which is located 600m from the location. And for Saturdays his cafe is closed. We couldn’t take breakfast for two days though it was paid for.
5. The condition of the room and washroom was poor.(photo attached). No maintenance work is done for the room and also washroom. Even the flush is broken. Water doesn’t drain properly.
6. Even there are exposed electrical wires.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent location, excellent and plentiful breakfast, and a more than reasonable price. Guests can use the shared kitchen. We will definitely be back soon.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I was traveling from Naples on business and contacted the hotel to inform them that my train was 130 minutes late. What was their response? Don't bother us, we're working. Please contact us in 30 minutes. This is out of this world; politeness has become optional.

Decent place for the price (€64 + taxes)
Good:
1. Clean room and toilet
2. I paid $66 + taxes and can't complain about the place for that price. Good place to stay if you are visiting Venice on a budget.
3. About a kilometer from the train station.
4. A small breakfast is included.
Bad:
1. Sheets were not clean.
2. There is no sign board except the name on the bell, ringing the bell didn't even work. I had to call the host to enter the place, if you are booking here, remember to note the host's number.

Nothing special. Don't go there if you're alone woman or a group of women.
+ : clear room and bathroom, very polite cleaning lady, bus stop nearby
- : BAD neighbourhood ( people fighting at night just 10m away from hotel, suspicious looks at you from people looking like thugs everywhere, prostitutes standing nearby),
Old rooms with dirty walls they must be painted, same with bathrooms.
Very poor breakfast just few sweet things and lady who serves it to you seems like she's there to not let you eat too much ( they are counting how much people eat after breakfast (?) )
If coming back from Venice take bus 7E, not 2, you won't have to go next to small park where drunk groups are fighting.

I had a one-night stay. I slept very well, and found the location to be quite good being in the centre of Mestre (a 10-min bus trip to Venice, where I was headed). I had some problems with the water temperature while taking a shower but overall a nice stay.

The location was good, near a bus stop to the centre of Venice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and allowed me to check in early for free. The bathroom is shared with other guests, but is well equipped. The kitchen is also shared, though the breakfast was slightly disappointing (toast and a yogurt, with juice, coffee and biscuits). However, overall was a pleasant stay.
