This is a gem of a hotel in Venice. Murano is a lovely island and very accessible to the main parts of Venice. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and big enough. Breakfast was typical for a hotel and enough to get us started for the day ahead. Staff were also very friendly! We will definitely be back here for our next Venice trip!

I was disappointed by this hotel, especially compared to other Hyatts and all the other hotels we stayed at over 2+ weeks in Italy. The main concern is the temperature of the room - the air conditioning either doesn’t work, or isn’t sufficient, and I now see many other guests complain about this in reviews, and wish I saw that before we booked. I've enjoyed the stay. The hotel is nice and I have felt comfortable and warm which is important in winter. The reception stuff is very kind. What amazes me the most is the location of the hotel, it is such a magic experience wandering around Murano island, it is so silent and you have a good amount of facilities. Great location. Clean modern rooms, smallish, but that’s Venice. Good option if you want to stay away from the crowds but have easy access to the rest of the city. You must call on arrival to gain access as there are no staffers onsite. Come and go by using door code.

Rooms are excellent, there is an AC, a closet, a TV with netflix access (not sure you wanna see it but it's good when it is raining outside!!), breakfast is free of charge but extremely simple. Good location. But you really need to take water bus to get to it. Be aware the water bus stops at around 8pm . So if you arrive on a late flight You probably need a water taxi. Cost us about 80 euro. As we arrived in Venice about 10pm . The breakfast is ok, bread, cheese, jams and coffee.

An absolutely magical place. Located in a quiet, serene part of Venice, but close enough to walk to all attractions. The rooms are beautiful and quiet and the decor is amazing. Such a beautiful hotel! You get to stay in a palace. A bit out of the way, but at the same time due to the size of Venice everything was walkable. Our rooms were amazing, we had a little balcony in our room with a beautiful view.

A super hotel located in a quiet area very close to everything you will want to see in the historic area of Venice. The room was clean, tidy and good value - the breakfast buffet was excellent! The staff were friendly and spoke good English.

A lovely hotel bordering a canal in my favourite city. We visited in March as part of my wifes birthday present. We had some issues with our pre payment and through the language barrier of Italian/English and Visa card they resolved our issue whilst we were out having dinner. Breakfast is supplied, and although it is simple, it was more than adequate. Altogether, it was excellent.

Rooms are well kept. Service is nice and helpful. 40 minutes boat ride from the airport. This is the only way to get to the Island. 10 minutes walk from the boat drop off.

A brilliant hotel with great value. Rooms are a decent size with all the crreture comforts you'd expect and the staff downstairs are incredibly friendly. This hotel has a very neat roof top terrace with some seating and fairy lights that come on at night, neat place to chill and have a drink.

I visited Venice during the great floods of 2019. The hotel was not easy to be found, hidden in a small alley of Cannaregio. The hotel lobby was, as the whole town, full of water. Very helpful staff and value for money

The hotel is very upscale, the rooms are spacious, and there is a large garden leading to the back door directly to the lagoon. Breakfast and dinner can be served outdoors or indoors. However, there are mosquitoes outdoors due to the dense greenery. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco, but passing the main street, there are shops on both sides, so it is not monotonous.

The environment is very good, but it is just that you need to go up and down 4 stairs to get to the train station. The hotel booked a taxi boat to the station for 80 Euros per boat. If you are not physically fit/have a limited budget, it is recommended to choose a hotel closer.

It was my wife's birthday whilst we were in Venice and when we got back from being out all day, they had put a bottle of bubbly in our room. I would highly recommend this hotel. Everything good except that the Hotel consists of various buildings connected to each other and to reach the room 619 was problematic since we had to climb 3 flights of stairs for about 50 steps and then after a long corridor go down another flight of about 20 steps. The hotel has very good location, you can easily walk everywhere. The rooms are quite big. There is no complimentary water or tea/coffee in the room, but you can order it in the bar downstairs. The breakfast is quite good, so is the service.

We had a beautiful room on the 1st floor, what luck compared to our friends who for the same price found themselves on the ground floor room 631, very low ceiling with small windows without view to the outside and a masked smell of sewer by disgusting air fresheners. Absolute best friendly staff, very clean with maid service everyday, very calm beautiful atmosphere. The continental breakfast room is beautiful also with fresh choices of foods every morning. Close to shops, deli, and sites. I was there in Venice for 8 wonderful days. When I return to Venice, this hotel will be my choice for check-in once again.

I had the good fortune to spend spent a week in this hotel and it was an absolute delight. The location is perfect; the price is right, and the included breakfast is epic in a beautiful room. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Venice.

We can highly recommend this place. Is top located in Cannaregio/Venice, such a nice area. At our check in they gave us in upgrade to a Suite (210). The staff are friendly and the hotel itself is an antique building with beautiful façade. Inside is not less beautiful and is very clean. Our double room with king size bed was very comfortable, the hotel is quiet, well kept and the breakfast is honest and tasty. This small hotel is upstairs on the third floor. The staff were very welcoming and full of passion and energies characteristic of Italians! The room is cozy, quiet and decent living up to the three star hotel standards. The breakfast is amazing! The location is also very good and easy to find out. The only thing is that the floor in the room is not even with the door side lower than the window side...

This charming hotel is very well-maintained and definitely worth a stay. Our suite offered a fantastic direct river view. I would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Venice.

The location is a bit far from public transportation, which can be quite inconvenient if you're carrying luggage. However, on the upside, it's very quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the luggage storage service was also a thoughtful touch. They also arrange evening lake tours. Breakfast was decent, but the dining environment was very pleasant.

We had a nice stay, due to great service, amazing location with many bars and restaurant, and overall good price.

Be prepared that it is very difficult to find this hotel!!! It is accessible only by foot but the address is misleading and the GPS couldn't manage. It will lead you to a canal where the hotel doesn't exist. So we wasted 2 and a half hours (instead of Google map's calculation of 15 minutes) to find it. My advice is to go to the European cultural centre on Strada Nova, keep going towards the canal while...
