This is a gem of a hotel in Venice. Murano is a lovely island and very accessible to the main parts of Venice. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and big enough. Breakfast was typical for a hotel and enough to get us started for the day ahead. Staff were also very friendly! We will definitely be back here for our next Venice trip!

I was disappointed by this hotel, especially compared to other Hyatts and all the other hotels we stayed at over 2+ weeks in Italy. The main concern is the temperature of the room - the air conditioning either doesn’t work, or isn’t sufficient, and I now see many other guests complain about this in reviews, and wish I saw that before we booked. The rooms were significantly hotter than the outdoors...

Great location at beautiful Murano. Hotels looks new and “luxurious”, away from the noise and crowds of Venice, 15 minutes boat ride to/from Venice, station is in front of hotel. Our family stayed at this hotel for one night in Venice. Since there were four of us, we stayed in a duplex suite with breakfast included. I highly recommend experiencing the breakfast. Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano. The staff were all lovely and the service was extremely good. The great experience started with the transfer from the airport on the hotels boat, with the driver providing some excellent advise on the trip over to the island. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I was disappointed that the room only had roof windows. It wasn’t clear on the website. Breakfast was very limited.

We stayed here from Oct 9-11, 2025. The place is so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were planning to stay in Venice but we were glad that we stayed in Murano instead. The place is only a ferry/boat away from Venice. Our room was clean, also they offer breakfast. We would come back here again.

Nice little breakfast great staff

Calm, quiet and clean A small and pleasant little hotels hotel hidden close to the boats and restaurant, very accessible to reach. Friendly staff, good cleaning and breakfast included. Shower booth in our room was small and tight. We didn't hear any noise in the night. A pleasant, functional experience.

The property and staff were great! Breakfast was not our favorite, but we were happy to have a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay! I would stay there again!

We stayed 2 nights at this gorgeous property. Beautiful sumptuous room overlooking the canal. Impeccably clean, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and we would stay again when in Venice.

A hidden gem. A wonderful, small (8 rooms?) hotel, with more of a B&B feel. Beautiful rooms, great canal views, good breakfast and coffee options. And a very friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and cozy and the location was perfect. The staff was polite and they made sure to try to help us with everything we needed and more, for example packed breakfast for out early leave. We highly recommend this place for your visit in Murano.

A lovely, quiet hotel, well situated in Murano for quick access to Venice with trattoria locals hang out at close enough to be convenient but not so close as to keep you up at night. The staff are welcoming and laid back, and the rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. Perfect city break away from the crowds of Venice but still within easy reach.

I booked to stay at the Murano Palace as my wife has always wanted to visit Murano and Venice, so to celebrate her birthday I looked to book somewhere that would allow us to visit both. Great location. Comfortable room. Only disappointment was the blurb said it had a restaurant. The restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. I had ordered a breakfast but had to check out the breakfast started at 8am. 8am is a little late to be starting for breakfast if you have a ferry to catch. They did supply a few breakfast items in a bag but it wasn’t enough to get me going.

The breakfast was great and the lady served us breakfast with big love and care. We had a strike going and she advised us to use the other site of the island for the transport to the Venice area. She was a great help.

Wonderful quaint with fabulous restaurant We had the most lovely visit. This hope is quaint quiet and beautiful. It is right in the middle of Murano and attach to the most delicious restaurant. The fabulous food family run.

Room was decent size and bathroom okay. Was clean and comfortable if a bit warm for me tbh... Central location to Murano

Quaint little motel. No screens on windows so could not open to let in fresh air. Do not go by pictures in ads - not near canal or lights along waterway. Light breakfast provided was tasty and coffee good and hot.

Absolute wonderful stay at Al Soffiador **Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars)** My wife and I recently stayed at Al Soffiador and we couldn't have been more impressed! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, it was a truly delightful experience.
