The room is spacious, the view is beautiful, and the transportation is convenient with daily ferry services.

Perfect spot just out of Venice. Was actually quite nice to be able to get away to your own little island after a busy day. Staff were great but the prices for food and drink were crazy, even for Venice

I went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.

The shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. Luckily, Ctrip helped me file a complaint.

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!

A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised in taiwan. Everything is in mandarin and they only accept English memo. No refund for our hotel fees. Will reconsider this hotel next time

We went a long time ago but you come to a dock and busboy comes to grab luggage from it boat taxi. You enter right on the grand canal and if you walk out the back you are a minute from St Marks Square! Excellent location.

The location is super convenient, and though it's listed as 20 sqm, the deluxe rooms are actually around 35 sqm (why?). Did Not Disappoint Incredible budget-friendly hotel that did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and more importantly, very clean. The staff was attentive and courteous. Very close to major sites and very quiet on the property. I’d much rather stay here and save hundreds or thousands of euros than some of the bigger name brand places that don’t really provide extra value.

This is a gem of a hotel in Venice. Murano is a lovely island and very accessible to the main parts of Venice. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and big enough.
