Wonderful Stay at Hilton💕🙏🏼 I recently stayed at Hotel Hilton Ben to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The room was absolutely spectacular, spacious, and offered amazing views that made every morning feel special. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. I want to give a special mention to Herlane and Anyely...
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in an old pasta factory and it’s beautifully restored and decorated. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was similar to those offered at other international Hiltons although there wasn’t a ton of hot food options. Linens were on par with a five star hotel, but other amenities were not. There was no coffee maker, bottled water, or other small delights that usually...
The hotel itself is typical European style. The history is interesting and even though a water taxi is needed to get to the “main attractions” it was very convenient and free. Also, the concierge was great-he set us up on a glass blowing tour to Murano for free. This issues are the staff are not welcoming and we felt like we were a nuisance. They were vey kind to upgrade our room; however the room...
Fantastic location, if a little inconvenient and the feeling of being too posh for other folks (need a shuttle boat or water taxi to access hotel on that island). Room was spacious for Italian hotels, modern and flash, big bathroom with shower and separate tub (and clothesline!) Service from the friendly staff was really good. I appreciated how luxurious the breakfast buffet is. I did not have the...
This was our second stay at a Hilton Hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking lagoon view, which truly enhanced our experience. The staff impressed us with their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. Choosing the executive package was undeniably a brilliant decision—every penny was well spent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was outstanding...
One of the best options if you are good with stay in other island in Venice. We loved Giudeca island and the Hotel.

Hotel was absolutely amazing, but was under construction. Would definitely go back!
Absolutely stunning and comfortable hotel, impeccable service and great food. Recommend to anyone visiting Venice!
A great hotel! The staff were great. We just loved the hotel and spent most of our time in the bar lobby and on our balcony. We have seen Venice a number of times and Hotel Danieli is close everything. The ambience is unlike any hotel. A must stay!
Beautiful place. You can feel the deep history of this place. Hotel has lots of beautiful art, beautifully renovated, kept it’s original charm from the past centuries. I would suggest to visit at least for a drink or coffee
So just about everything about this hotel is wonderful. Excellent service from the second I checked in until now. Concierge, room service, room cleaning, the rooftop restaurant and the bar in the lobby were all lovely. The only negative I have is that the air conditioning is almost non existent. I didn’t sleep my entire stay because I’m melting. As expected when I told them, they immediately sent of...
Bar Dandolo - Hotel Danieli, Venice - what an amazing experience! Aperitivo at its finest! Perfect drinks, wondering setting and the service was fantastic! We originally had planned to go to the rooftop terrace but the weather wasn’t great so opted to have a drink at Bar Dandolo. We are so happy we did!

We are pleasantly surprised by this hotel, very well located in the liveliest street in Venice. And on the way back, we understood that there are public boats from the airport to Venice whose station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel.. price 15€ per person. While to come, we took a taxi that stops us at the place of Rome + 30 minutes of walking + crossing. However, the hotel does not provide a bottle...
Hotel Giorgione: A Venetian Gem Who would have thought that a flooded Airbnb could lead to the most incredible hotel experience? After a soggy start to our Venice adventure, we stumbled upon Hotel Giorgione and let me tell you, it was a stroke of luck! This boutique hotel is pure magic. From the moment we walked in, we were transported to a world of Venetian elegance. The staff was incredibly helpful...
Great location, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast is very good and having a bar and a pool table is nice for an end of the day relaxation. A surprisingly large hotel, slightly old fashioned, but it suited us. A very handy location for sightseeing.
Such a wonderful hotel. Quaint, Location is perfect, and very "old school". A bit of age but that is the draw. We have stayed at the G for the last 5 or 6 stays over the last 20 years. People are very helpful and accomodating. The opposite of the fancy hotels on the Canal but again that is exactly why we stay there. Love it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Giorgione. The hotel was in a great location to easily see the main sights and access water buses/taxis. The hotel was set away from the crowded areas so it was pleasantly peaceful. The staff were all very polite and attentive and quick to assist in any way. You will always be greeted with a smile at Hotel Giorgione. The pool terrace area is very pleasant to...

My husband and I came to Venice to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We wanted to stay in a luxurious suite with 24-hour room service, and close to St. Mark’s Square so we could enjoy those dueling café orchestras in the lit-up square at night. We noticed many Venice hotel rooms were very small and had no room service (or elevators). We were thrilled when we found Splendid and happily booked...
We really enjoyed our two nights. Everything was great with one exception. The rooftop bartender didn't follow our drink order and copped an attitude. He was the only downer in our two days. We mentioned to other staff and they acknowledged his pompous attitude.
This place has it all! Beautifully appointed rooms, free wine at check in, a great breakfast spread each morning, a rooftop bar overlooking the canal, and a very professional and pleasant staff. We also had dinner one evening and again, the food and service were top notch. Not a single regret in sight. Also, the concierge is efficient, friendly and helpful. You need a water taxi to the airport? No...
Spectacular hotel in Venice - certain earns the name! We spent 2 nights here and central to either San Marco or Rialto just a few minutes walking. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance, lots of options for shopping, snacks or drinks before dinner. A rooftop terrace for great sunsets with cocktails and snacks. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t provide a review, but looked like a great...
Excellent hotel with direct water taxi access. This allows the boat to go direct to the hotel lobby. Rooms are traditional and large. Marble bathrooms, great water pressure. Booked 2 rooms - twin share and King bed. Be aware the king bed is 2 twin beds put together so there is a gap in the middle. The location was amazing just a 5 minute walk to Saint Mark's Square and many other key attractions...
Beautiful location. Right off the canal, it was a true experience to get to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very attentive and the room was big and comfortable. Central to really good restaurants and shopping! I stayed for 2 days and honestly i didnt even want to leave haha. Will definitely be back! I would 1000% recommend.

We've had our honey moon at the San Clemente and it was magical. The staff was amazing, especially Ellen and Navid. What a wonderful experience that the team at San Clemente Palace bestowed upon my wife and I during our honeymoon! Located on a private island in the lagoon about 10min away from San Marco square by complimentary hotel shuttle boat. Service is excellent, Restaurant and Bar are great and the pool is very nice to relax after the tourist crowds in Venice. Rooms are a bit dated and TVs are small.
Myra and Micheal with the Concierge were amazing! They answered all of our questions, gave great recommendations, and helped us plan our visit to Venice. It's OK, it can't be compared with domestic hotels, but it's pretty good abroad
The property is unique in that it occupies a total island; however, the building needs to be electrically updated to accommodate new IPhones and other devices. There was only one USB outlet in our room, which was located in an outdated clock/radio. Restaurant Dining was limited in the evening; however, room service was excellent.
A lovely property away from the business of venice town. The shuttle was perfectly ran and all the staff are super polite, welcoming and friendly !
Excellent, pleasant and quiet hotel and service Nice hôtel on the island. Lovely garden. Confortable room. Quiet :) food is expensive but you are in Venice … spa needs to be booked and quite expensive even if you are staying in the hotel.
My stay at the Marriott hotel in Venice left a very positive impression. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, with a stunning view of the lagoon. A lovable hotel that felt like home. Enjoyable space for guests during breakfast dining and drinks on terrace. Rooms are small as expected but comfortable and well appointed; overall experience was classy and memorable.

Beautiful view. Excellent service. The food was delicious. Make a reservation in advance and take proof of it with you because when we arrived, the host told me I didn't have a reservation. The restaurant on the first floor has a different menu. Also, if you are not a hotel guest, the restaurant charges you an extra fee, which I believe is very unfair.

Great for taking pictures, food was mediocre at best, simple pasta with tomato sauce took 1 hour, the sauce was dripped into the pan out of a plastic bag (not fresh), steak was served cold and raw even tho we ordered well done, pasta with seafood (mussels and shrimp) was a bit salty. Very expensive and did not fulfill our expectations.
You have to buy drinks or food in order to enjoy the roof top views even a hotel guest. If guests could bring their own drinks to relax and enjoy the views it would be a different story. The hotel promotes this as part of their hotel, but it comes with a catch, you have to pay for the overpriced drinks or food to stay up there. We were better off having drinks from a near by kiosk and enjoying drinks...
We opted to have a drink as we arrive around 10pm, was easy enough to get a table without having to queue. Really nice views, we went in the evening so there were fireworks in the distance which made it very romantic. There is a good atmosphere with a live DJ playing until late. It has really good views as the bar is on the rooftop of the hotel above the Grand Canal
Staff was very friendly. Didn't try the food. I will just say, yes, technically you are on a rooftop. Yes, the grand Canal is below, but most of the view from this side is dominated by a huge parking garage and the bus station. There are 2 other rooftop places in town in other areas; if you want to pay top prices for drinks with a view, I would seek them out.

It was very convenient because you could take a water taxi directly to the hotel. You can also take a gondola right in front of the hotel, and it is very close to St. Mark's Square. There was an Italian who could speak Japanese, and the staff were all very kind. There was no conditioner or toothbrush, but I didn't mind. The room was very nice.
Truly 5 stars. Literally one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever been to in my 63 years of traveling the world. The location, the food, the artworks, the rooms, the staff! Everything was superb. I was with my mother and aunt, both are very particular about their standards and we were all equally impressed.
I came here 20 years ago as a kid with my parents and remember having a great time. Came back with my partner and had a wonderful experience. It’s romantic and the oriental bar and breakfast are amazing. Have fun!
The Metropole offers a sumptuous interior -- plush velvets, stunning flower arrangements and a collector's treasure trove on display -- in a perfect location. Best of all the staff is impeccable in their courtesy and efficiency. We have been coming for five years now and cannot recommend this hotel more highly
Amazing romantic hotel, very clean with high standards, spacious rooms with good menus and food, and a great location for venturing out and going on walks. Perfect for a city break. views, all in all - 'excellent'!
The art collection and history still make this a fantastic experience, but definitely getting a bit tired. Would benefit from a bit of restoration and detailing (but not modernization or renovation - those would ruin the charm). Some basic stuff like power points by the bedside and ditching the old style combo bath/showers would go a long way. Also, get rid of the TVs or mount them on the way and...

Rooms were spacious and comfortable! We had an incredible canal view which kept us entertained during a rainy afternoon. The staff were incredibly friendly. The location is wonderful if you are looking to be a little away from the main tourist areas. It is a bit of a walk to everything (which we loved and is common in Venice). The rooms were clean, there is AC everywhere, the staff were nice, and room service was quick. The breakfast pastries were delicious, but there was limited hot food (just bacon and eggs). Lovely hotel on pier front. Very accessible by water taxi to hotel front or water ferry to Marco polo stop and short walk down pier side. Lovely food. Service perfect. Sky bar amazing for views. Fabulous. Lovely shutters on windows for total blackout.
Wonderful hotel! Nice location on the grand canal and the views from the rooftop bar are amazing! Highly recommend a water taxi from the train station as the walk includes so many bridges without ramps for rolling luggage (the distance is not so bad without luggage, but the up and down with several bags got old). Great place to stay and explore the city!
Fantastic family run hotel the staff were really friendly and attentive. The room was beautifully styled and clean. Breakfast was a classical European style. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff were warm and attentive, making check-in smooth and easy. A special mention to Tommaso, the manager, who was fantastic, his communication was excellent, and he handled everything with such care. Any issues were resolved quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Our room was beautiful, and with a little lean out of the window...
Price, room is small and not really comfortable, too stuffy, too colorful, a strange arrangement of furniture, so-so breakfast

We're Canadian, and stayed here while in Venice and took a two-day trip to Rome. One of the gentlemen working the counter wanted us to leave our key behind but I didnt feel comfortable doing that. I guess thats a "thing" with older hotels in Italy. I liked the room with a balcony and the vintage furniture and decor. Showers needed better pressure but the breakfast was great.
This is a 3 star hotel at best. The rooms are bare bones and in desperate need of update. I wasn’t expecting a huge bathroom, but I could barely fit into the shower. The shower head was broken spraying water in all directions, there weren’t any outlets unless you unplugged other necessary items, and I’m pretty sure the hairdryer predated 1980. Overall, just kind of dingy and not a place you look...
Nice location. 2 minutes walk to Railway station and 30 seconds to grand canal.
location: about 13 mins walk from one of the train stations. close to restaurants and attractions. breakfast: good selection. cleanliness: room and bathroom were clean.
An old hotel at a very good location included breakfast. We reported the shower head broken the 1st night. But we found it was not replaced after we were out for a whole day. We stayed for 2 nights using the broken shower head!
Check in and out was very easy and we were provided a map with some good details. It's in a perfect location about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The bed was comfortable but the shower was a little cramped. The A/C worked well and the breakfast was very good. We would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located for St Marks square and the main ferry stops. Compact rooms (in our case) but extremely beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic. My only gripe is that the drinks and food here were completely over the top price wise compared to local restaurants and bars which is a shame as we would have eaten here and stopped at the bar more if it were more in line...
The hotel is located right next to St. Mark’s Square, which made everything incredibly convenient. It has a chic and calm atmosphere — elegant without being too formal. All the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice.
Our favourite go to location in Venice! Stayed at this hotel on a previous occasion, and nothing has changed! Still the same outstanding service and attention to detail. Cannot go past the location, right outside the back door of the basilica. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is right in the centre of Venice, look no further. Well appointed rooms where the well stocked mini bar , amazingly...
I was pleasantly surprised from the hotel. The location is perfect. I stayed in a superior double room on the first floor, it was spacious, stylish, beds extra comfortable, very very clean. Even though the room was overlooking restaurants and bars, no noise was heard from outside or from the rooms next door. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent.
This hotel has a great location. The staff is kind, we loved Prince in the bar- he’s full of great information about the area and makes amazing cocktails. The rooms are fine, a little older, but my only issue was the AC with the heat outside barely kept the room comfortable. We managed to take showers and lay on the bed waiting to cool down often… however, the air works in the halls etc. it could...
All the folks at the Reception and even at the bar are very courteous. Porter had a lovely smile on his face too. Rooms are bit old but nice as it gives a village vibe. Breakfast is good too.
