I love this B&B. The family is always so welcoming. I've stayed twice and I can recommend this as one of the best kept secrets in Pescara! The breakfast is always amazing and they've recently installed a brand new coffee machine.

The house was exceptionally clean. The staff friendly and helpful and the surrounding grounds beautifully kept. Our car was parked behind a locked gate and everything felt safe and cared for. Close to downtown. Highly recommend.

Super clean and quiet B&B in a residential area of Pescara. Our hosts were very responsive, and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would definitely book again. It's helpful to have a car, as the B&B is a bit off the beaten path. You will have your own parking spot behind a locked gate, which was very reassuring for us. Highly recommended!

What a lovely gem of a place this is. The room (we had Zen) was comfortable, spotlessly clean and felt very quiet and serene. The welcome and attention from Carlo and Francesca was lovely and real. The secure parking was an absolute plus too. Shame we couldn’t stay longer, but maybe next time…

This beautifully equipped room exceeded my expectations for the price and the personal attention went beyond. It was late when we checked in. We were tired and hungry. The gentleman carried our luggage and came with us to show where to park and then walked us to a great little restaurant! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this gem!

Stayed for 1 night with 2 friends. Probably one of the best bed and breakfast in Pescara. It is very well located. Very close to the sea, very close to the shopping area and cafés, and still close to the station of Pescara. Bedooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Very friendly owner who make very good coffee. They speak No english but nevertheless everything is easy to manage. Room ok - clean. Stayed one night en route to another destination. Easy check in. Great comms from host. Room was basic but served its purpose. We were told there would be some light snacks and coffee in the common areas but there was nothing.

We only stayed here one night but the host had great communication and the room was exactly what we needed. The sunrise view was superb and unexpected! Will stay there again when we come back for sure!

Beautiful view. Room and balcony lovely. Difficulty obtaining bicycles advertised. Then had to take one bike ourselves for tire repair. Neighbor next door has noisey barking dogs.

The room was nice but small. The location is convenient to the airport, but not to the rest of Pescara. My biggest complaint is the company’s exclusive use of WhatsApp to provide entry codes. For those of us who refuse to give our personal information to Mark Zuckerberg, that makes it extremely difficult to use this location.
