Excellent B&B, wife, husband and son, really nice people who transmit so much tranquility and availability ... As for the B&B, what about ... a stone's throw from everything, more central than that !!!

Of the three hotels we stayed at in Italy, this is the second best! We highly recommend it! Even to dog owners (we and our 7-year-old Dalmatian). We definitely want to stay here again next year on our way to Brinidisi for the GR ferry! Thank you for the very friendly welcome from the nice young man who runs the hotel!

A great place, large clean rooms with everything needed for a great stay. Booked with breakfast included which was excellent choice of hot and cold foods. Great Coffee. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great location, wonderful and huge room. Super nice and helpful owner. I would have given 5 stars but I didn't just do it for the slow lift and the minimal breakfast..you could have done better.

I really like this hotel because it is very nice and it has a big garden. The room is very nice and it has 2 big bathrooms, and it is very helpful to have a code for the door, because then you can just walk in and you don’t need a card, overall I think this place is amazing and I recommend going.

The host was amazing, really nice and helpful, answered all of my questions. B&B is clean and all the essentials are provided. Beach is near and the bus stop is pretty close. I wouldn't advise taking taxi from the airport as it costs 25 euros.

Repeat visitor great location for the beach also bus and train station just five mins away, place very clean and quiet from the traffic

This beautifully equipped room exceeded my expectations for the price and the personal attention went beyond. It was late when we checked in. We were tired and hungry. The gentleman carried our luggage and came with us to show where to park and then walked us to a great little restaurant! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this gem!

We stayed one night at this B&B, but it was enough to enjoy the extraordinary welcome and kindness of Franco and Alessandra, who treated us like family. Clean and well organized places. Abundant breakfast with plenty of choice, served on the veranda in a comfortable and charming atmosphere. Definitely to be recommended!

Very clean and the bed was super comfy, everything is well set out, the wifi was great and apart from the limited car parking in this area as you would get with any place in the centre of pescara, you are literally right next to the beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The balcony is great to enjoy a morning coffee. Plus Anna was super responsive and helpful !!!!

Really well located apartment. Anna met us at check-in and it all went smoothly. The apartment was large, modern and very clean.

I went to Pescara in order to visit my wife‘s family and spent some time at the Pescara Centro Luxury Suite II. Lovely modern rooms with all you need and close to the station. Booked another stay in April which i had to cancel on short notice due to a strike of the italian railway company. The hotel management was very helpful in finding a solution (thank you!). I will try to book this hotel again...

Absolute hidden gem centrally located and particularly easy to access all transport link. Wonderful facilities especially the shower which was awesome. Highly recommended, all aspects of the stay were brilliant and despite the language barrier the staff were very helpful and really friendly.
