Iron Hotel by Residence Moderno in Bari

Very bad experience with official hotel customer service. Due to the hacker attack on global level my flight was cancelled. Air company sent me an cancellation SMS 3 hours before departure with no more explanations. It was a late afternoon and I didn't have any other solution to come to my final destination. Immediately I contacted hotel staff and explained them that I would not appear. I told them that situation is not under my control and I asked them for refund 2/3 booked nights. I didn't expect a refund for the first night because it was 9 P.M. They refused me with some bad and primitive explanations. In the end, very bad English and very bad comprehension for extraordinary situations. AVOID THEM!

came for business trip and during my stay during night time there is a guy that only speaks Italian (you can barely communicate). It is cold and I tried to turn on the "airconditioning system" which does not work properly. It turns on and after a while (5min) it turns off again on its own. And the most important for myself is that I took for my trip an expensive coat and a jacket. The second day of my trip I noticed that both of them are damaged after I hanged them on the hanger place. (see photo) Side note: That wall with the hangers is excactly the sharing wall with the bathroom. As soon as I noticed it I have tried to come in contact with the person responsible but unfortunately a manager is not at the hotel 24/7. So I emailed them and the response I ve got from the hotel is that "We inform you that the stains on the illustrated garments absolutely do not depend by us  wall nor by the products used for the cleans." So here I am asking.. How is it possible from Monday (I wore the brown coat) to Wednesday resulting to these stains on BOTH coats without even wearing the one? How is it possible to have the excact stains on the right arm in which it was lean on the wall? The wall that connects the bathroom (shower specificly) and the room.
